Second major issue: I was shocked to find out that washing dishes is not included in their $150 biweekly service. I've never heard of a cleaning service that doesn't wash dishes. When I questioned this, I was told it would be an extra charge--which made no sense for such a basic task. Then I was told that the $150 covers 65 minutes of cleaning for two people. However, after reviewing footage from my home security cameras, the cleaners have consistently spent less than an hour in my home. So I started wondering why I wasn't getting the full service time. Here's the kicker: I just found out they have been charging for the time it takes the cleaners to walk up and down the stairs to get to my apartment. That's right--they've been deducting actual cleaning time to account for the walk to and from their car. This was never explained to me when I started the service. It now makes sense why I was always wondering why the cleaning felt rushed--they were using part of my paid time for loading and unloading supplies, not actual cleaning. Also, I repeatedly had to ask them to make beds--something I thought was a basic part of any home cleaning service. My son's bed would consistently be left unmade unless I specifically asked. Recently, I was told the reason my service time was "running over" was because of the dishes (which again, were not part of the original service). They then tried to charge me an extra $50 just to wash dishes--on top of the $150 I was already paying. It honestly seems like this company is cutting corners and overcharging while not paying their workers fairly. The housekeepers often seemed rushed or disengaged, which makes me wonder how much of that $150 is actually going to them. In the end, I can't recommend this service to anyone. It feels like a company more focused on nickel-and-diming clients than delivering good service or treating their workers fairly. Save yourself the headache--look elsewhere.

Edited to add: "only certain people leave negative reviews" - actually, most of my reviews are positive, so there ya go. I leave honest reviews, whether they are positive or negative or neutral. Considering I sent you my info on June 23rd, using the July 4th holiday as an excuse (as you did in the message sent to me) for not getting back to me isn't really sincere, especially when we had exchanged messages on the 23rd.
