We have attended the tree-lighting/Santa arrival for years. It has always been a special event and the start of our family's holiday season. Last night (2022), however, was disappointing. In the past, it felt like a true community event. Last night had a clear "us versus them" vibe where the hotel guests were clearly preferred over community guests. In the past, friendly attentive staff served hot drinks and warm delicious cookies. Last night, the staff was surly and the cookies (bought at Costco?) were not even removed from the boxes. The velvet rope blocking the stairway to they porch acted as a visual reminder that some were not welcome. As my wife observed, the event felt "cheap" and cost-cutting efforts were everywhere. If the OH does not want (or cannot afford?) the public, perhaps do not invite them. In the past, we always brought out-of-town visitors to the Ocean House. Sadly, it feels like the OH is on a steep decline. Let's hope the ship is righted. read more

Our friends made reservations for 5:30 pm on a saturday night. The drive was easy and the valet was incredibly nice and provided great service. A wedding was going on but that did not stop the waitstaff for a great dinner out! Since we got there a little earlier, we stopped and grabbed a couple of cocktails, starting with an extra dirty martini for me that was delicious. We all split a few appetizers, including the calamari, buffalo spring rolls and octopus. I didn't have any of the octopus but the portion was rather small. However there was plenty of calamari and buffalo spring roll to share! I ordered the short rib for dinner-decently priced and portion. Perfect in every way for a Sunday night stay in February. Usually much mnore exspensive, there was a package that included lovely king room with fireplace, $150 hotel credit for use in the spa, dining room or other facilities. $90 credit for breakast (yes... it was that much and more). $600. Ends by March 31st.... look for a package in winter. Staff were attentive, availabile, knowledgeable. Dinner in the American Bistro terrific ... fois gras and steak for me... fish and other items for my husband. Beauitiful grounds and public spaces. Cannot recommend it highly enough. Relaix & Chateaux property. You will rarely feel more special. We periodically go for lunch int he summer, but overnight is a different experient.... in the most wonderful way. read more

Thanksgiving buffet was a great disappointment .The service was excellent as they had very good customer service from the beginning.However the buffet cost increased and the offerings were less than expected. The seafood station offered soggy shrimp and the oysters were not flavorful. Cheese Station much of the same the meats were good but were not restocked in a timely bases .The soup station offered lobster bisque.The soup was brown and watery not pink and creamy. The big event the buffet table mashed potatoes cold gravy thin and lack luster.The Turkey appeared to be compressed as was the ham.When I asked for the turkey drum from the beautiful big bird in front of me they said it was a model.Well I couldn't bare to eat the compressed meat I wanted turkey with texture and flavor,well not here. Off to the desert table which offered mostly apple related tarts which were dry and lacked interest.The table was loaded and looked good but the choices were not diverse. This was our third Thanksgiving buffet we liked the first two visits but this time around will be our last.Paying nearly 400$ we expected edible turkey and exceptional food.We will not recommend this place for fine dining and will not return. read more

Called to make resrvations for brunch for 8 people on wednesday. Was told they could only seat us at 815 am. That time was too early, so i was told they start taking reservations on Sunday. Fast forwad to yesterday (sunday May 22) at 745 am. I call to make reservations again, and i am told they can only seat us at 815 am. I explain that i just called on Wednesday and was told the same thing. The rep on the phone said they changed the policy and now you can call ten days beforehand. WHAT????? So, from Wednesday to Sunday, they changed their policy? That's ridiculous. But hey...The Ocean House is all set with trying to accomodate a party of 8? All set with place. Looking for a luxury summer vacay stateside? Ocean House (OH) in Watch Hill, Rhode Island is a Forbes Five Star Hotel & houses a Forbes Five Star restaurant and a Forbes Five Star spa. That's 15 stars in one location; hell to the yeah let's go! We vacationed here last Labor Day and had a wonderful trip; we'll certainly return in the future. We did have one hiccup when we were booking with Ocean House - to get to Watch Hill, Rhode Island from Denver, we had to fly into Boston and then needed to arrange transportation from Boston to the hotel. On Ocean House's website, it clearly dictates to reach out to the hotel if you're a guest and they'll be able to arrange transport on a guest's behalf. I reached out to Ocean House and received the an email more or less declining my request to assist in booking transport from 'Deb'. I forwarded Deb's email to the Group Director of Reservations - Mary Arcuri - and Mary immediately apologized, booked our transportation and completely smoothed over Deb's faux pas. Thank you Mary! The price for in-house transportation from the Boston airport was $350. Upon arrival at the Boston airport, Bob with Ocean House Guest Relations picked us up. We were picked up in a Grey Mercedes SUV. Ocean House has a Mercedes-Benz Partnership Program and delivers one-of-a-kind driving experiences to their guests with exclusive extras. Bob was top notch in every "Forbes Five Star" way - he was dressed to the nines, right on time and was a great conversationalist on our ride. It was a two hour ride from the airport to the hotel. Ocean House is East Coast stunning, waspy & warm. The buttery, yellow luxury hotel exudes timeless elegance with its stately columns and grand entryway. We stayed in a Standard Suite that included a large living room with a seasonal beach stone fireplace, neighborhood views and private terrace overlooking Watch Hill Village. The bathroom was a four fixture marble bathroom with a large walk in shower and a sumptuous deep-soaking tub. The room was stunning and housekeeping was phenomenal. Housekeeping offers dry cleaning that can be charged to the room which I took full advantage of. Housekeeping keeps the room stocked with little snacks (the chocolate puffs are drool worthy) and there is 24/7 in room dining available. Give the hot chocolate and cookies a try for a late night treat! Ocean House is right on the Atlantic Ocean and has a 650-foot private white-sand beach solely for use by Ocean House guests/members. The beach is pristine. During our stay we rented out a beach cabana two of the days we were there. The Beach Cabana comes with two beach loungers, an umbrella, a cabana with two chairs, a sofa and a cooler filled with water, soft drinks, champagne & fruit. We were waited on by a Dune Cottage (Ocean House's beach restaurant) server both of our beach days and he was stellar. I always had a piña colada in hand and the Chilled Lobster Rolls were amazing. During our beach days, we lounged, walked, swam in the ocean, listened to audio books and tanned. It was East Coast paradise! We LOVED the beach cabana experience and highly recommend it - it was our favorite experience at Ocean House. Ocean House has 13 acres of beautiful landscaping that includes a croquet space and lovely gardens. Taylor Swift also lives a stone's throw away in Holiday House. We ate at all of Ocean House's Restaurants during our stay and here is our rundown/rank of each: 1) COAST was our favorite restaurant at Ocean House - it's Forbes Five-Star Rated & AAA Five-Star Rated. We had the prix-fixe four-course savory menu paired with wine. The food and service were impeccable from start to finish! The sommelier in particular was a HUGE standout - he was a wine enthusiast and truly added a je nais se quoi to our meal that won't be duplicated elsewhere. 2) The Bistro was our second favorite restaurant at Ocean House and we ate here three times. The Bistro offers traditional brasserie fare. The Oysters and Seared Stonington Scallops were our favorites. The staff at The Bistro were kind and attentive. 3) Dune Cottage/Taco Shack was our third favorite restaurant. These are the outdoor restaurants on the beach. The Chilled Lobster Rolls were great. The Piña Coladas were amazing! The runner who served us our food in the beach cabana gave us wonderful service. The hostess at Dune Cottage was rude. The staff at Dune Cottage when we physically sat down there to eat were incredibly slow and disinterested in the customers. 4) The Verandah Raw Bar was our least favorite restaurant. The staff was slow as molasses and emotionally cold when interacting with us. We nicknamed our waiter "the Mime" due to his reluctance to wait on us lol. However the seafood was fresh and we loved eating on the outdoor terrace! The OH! Spa is the only Forbes Five-Star spa in Rhode Island and my experience there was outstanding. I am surprised at some of the extremely low reviews for this place but I can't speak to the food, spa, or hotel room experience. I visited the Ocean House for the annual Christmas Party and tree lighting. This was a family event with complimentary Christmas drinks and snacks, along with pictures with Santa, caroling and more. There was limited parking and because this was a special event, people parked on the side of the road and in front of nearby homes. Police guides traffic and (from my knowledge) no ones car was towed. The Ocean House is gorgeous and used for photo shoots, wedding destinations, designer brand retreats, etc. The staff that I interacted with were pleasant and spent most of their energy trying to control the crowds and excitement of the night. I was surprised that people only had access to the lobby and bar for this event. The lobby was packed with limited seating, it was freezing outside(that's where they were passing cookies and drinks). The event would be great if it was inside but I do understand that could be a huge task for the staff of this small hotel. Overall, gorgeous New England hotel. 30 min drive to Newport, 1hr drive to providence, 2ish hr drive to Boston. read more

This review is for the Verandah Raw Bar. The Ocean House itself is stunning. A beautiful gilded age mansion overlooking the water, it is quite impressive. We had a reservation for 4:30. I would do a couple hours later if you could, better sunset and cooler temperature. However, no matter what time the views are amazing. Food and drinks were good, but forgettable. I expected better from $4 oysters. The food wasn't bad, just super average for the price tag. You are definitely paying for the atmosphere, and not much else. Overall, it was a nice experience. The Ocean House reopened in 2010 to rave reviews and accolades. It was the shiny new gem of Rhode Island. Service was world class and it was stunning. They have been slowly slipping from grace with poor customer service, mediocre food, ridiculous prices, and now, new rules! ......guests are no longer allowed to sit on their huge porch facing the ocean for drinks unless they buy food, they now collect $5 for valet parking but the valets don't get any of the money, the size of the wine pour has gotten considerably smaller and the servers have attitude and haven't been taught the Golden Rule, which the Ocean House started with. I returned today with a friend to sit on the porch..... (now called the Veranda Raw Bar). It felt so nice to be back, in a familiar place that has been a part of my life since childhood. Our recent experiences there with food and service were disappointing so we hoped for the best. We originally wanted to sit with a drink on the porch but we were told that you must order food. We asked to be seated at the rail for a better view of the water. There were many empty round tables but we were told they were for larger parties. Shortly after we were seated against the building, a couple arrived and were seated at one of the round tables we were were just told we couldn't sit at. We waited a long time for anyone to come to our tiny, low, uncomfortable table and there was a long wait between visits from our server. Tiajuana. (Sp) She never returned to our table to refill our water but she did have time to stand at the table near us and speak loudly with the couple who was seated at the rail. Their conversation was so loud you could hear him in the bar. I complained about the LOUD CONVERSATION in which our server was involved and the server I spoke with just shrugged her shoulders and said her manager was there too...our server had not checked on us or any tables while she was talking to them for approximately 30 minutes. It was again, a disappointing, expensive experience dealing with disinterested servers and there were still 3 empty round tables when we left. Awful experience. My husband and I wanted to get away for the weekend. I chose the white cap suite because they describe it as having the ability to take a romantic walk straight to the beach. We only had 1 night , so I even called the hotel before to ensure this room would meet my expectations, since they do not provide sufficient photos on their website. I was reassured the walk to the beach would be idyllic. The hotel forgot to mention that this romantic walk is alongside a fence that is crumbling with crime scene tape and trash everywhere. It was clear that they did not intend their guests to use that path, and they do not maintain it during the winter. I immediately complained and texted the hotel that I needed a different room. After a few minutes they stopped responding to my texts. Only until I called the hotel directly did they start to acknowledge me. They took 2 hours to figure themselves out enough to provide a different room. We arrived at 4:45pm, and were not in our room until 7 pm. Just perfect timing to completely miss the sunset. This is not the experience you should expect for $3,000 a night. The second room I chose is beautiful but what's the point of having a great ocean view in the dark. I don't understand why the hotel staff decided to lie to me over the phone and not even offer me nicer rooms beforehand so that our short trip would not be ruined. In general, the staff is not interested in your positive experience and do not listen when you speak. When checking in, the person kept going on and on about activities they have on the property, all the while knowing we would be only staying 1 night. We were asked if we like coffee, even when we both said no, she continued to waste our time speaking about the type of coffee they have in the room. We ordered room service. We ordered truffle fries with no parmesan. After 45 minutes do you think they got it right? No. Parmesan everywhere. They have a beverage bar that comes with the room. The wine bottle they have is an $8 bottle of wine. Again, that normally would be great, but not when you are paying $3,000 a night! The toilets make gurgling noises all night long, so they are not even able to provide a restful night's sleep. There are huge disgusting stains all over the master bedroom carpet, we wore socks the entire time. The master bedroom was so bad, we didnt sleep there. They boast about their beautiful terraces on their websites... but don't mention they remove all the outdoor furniture in the winter so you can't even sit outside for a few minutes to enjoy the ocean air. The scent of the soap and lotions offered is very off putting, way too fragrant and unpleasant. I regretted using the soap to was my hands because the horrible odor would not wash off. They do not even provide a neutral or no fragrance option. These are not luxury amenities, and the thought of using their body wash makes me not want to shower here. What a disappointment. Your website makes false claims about your property. What I can't understand is why the staff chose to be so disrespectful to us. Why waste our time? Why deliberately try to ruin our experience by being dishonest and not offering us better rooms to begin with? Even after I made it clear that the cost was not a factor, I had to continue to argue before you acknowledged you would be able to provide a better room. Why did you choose to be so disrespectful to us? Other than the fact that the property is next to a beautiful ocean, it has absolutely nothing more to offer. read more

We came to Ocean House for breakfast on our day trip to Rhode Island and we enjoyed every second. First, the view from our table was phenomenal! We had a great view of the beach. Second, we got the stuffed french toast and 3 egg omelet along with their french press coffee. Before the food is brought out, they will bring a basket of warm assorted croissants that were lovely. It seemed that they had been brought to us straight from the oven! The french toast was delightful-- it was filled with strawberries and cream. It wasn't technically "stuffed" per se, it was more so just 2 pieces of thick french toast with a load of the cream & strawberries in between, but still it was very good-- highly recommend! The 3 egg omelet was good too. The goat cheese particularly stood out to me in the omelet, along with the chicken apple sausage. However, I didn't think the omelet was outstanding. Lastly, the service was really great. I think that the service is what makes this experience special and different from other restaurants. We will be coming back here for dinner at a later date. I find it surprising that this place has 223 reviews but hasn't reached their true rating of a 5-star hotel. I just left the Ocean House & while it was pricey, it was worth every single penny. The accommodation and hospitality was the most remarkable i've ever received at any hotel (I travel and have stayed in MANY). The building alone, the rooms, so clean, tasteful decor, inviting and busy; Busy with great cuisine, activities such as croquet in the backyard, the bar down on their private beach with complimentary cabanas for hotel guests. After arriving back from a walk past T- Swifty's place & the light house a few houses down from us, housekeeping came in and re-made up our room and re-stocked it with the complimentary drinks, and snacks. Around 5 pm, the Bar Mobile paid us a visit for some before dinner drinks. Courtney showed me to my room, showed us around, booked dinner reservations and scheduled a delivery of a morning paper of our choice booked. I would go back without a doubt. I loved it. read more

Continuing my East Coast adventure and came in for drinks on Saturday afternoon. We were quickly sat and given a small serving of chips, almonds and olives. I ordered the sugar fairy which was a bit too heavy on the syrup and gave me a stomach ache. I would just order a glass of wine next time. My two friends loved their mulled wine and coffee drink. I have never written a review like this before, but I feel compelled after an eye-opening experience. I should note, I've been in correspondence with management shortly after we arrived (to note how quickly things went south), and their responses have ranged from deflection to throwing our agent under the bus. If I see a reply to this thread from Daniel saying he looks forward to giving us another chance, I may vomit because there have been plenty of opportunities to course-correct while on-property. There have also been enough similar responses to establish a pattern...read the history of comments. Firstly, let me give credit and praise where it's due. The facility is beautiful, and there's no detail or feature I would change about the property. Fixtures are updated and clean, landscaping is gorgeous, and the kitchens create great meals served by a gracious staff. The valet, housekeeping, most F&B staff, and Jonathan (Sommelier) were fantastic. Second, the resort was very crowded. Ocean House is a popular place for locals and day guests to come for lunch, dinner, and cocktails. On several occasions, I saw people arriving and wandering the lobby, front porch, croquet field and gathered around the host/hostess stands without masks and ignoring current guidelines. What I did not see was anybody asking these guests to wear their masks. Until they get their act together, I would strongly recommend limiting the resort to overnight guests. How can a guest feel comfortable when non-guests, acting like the pandemic is over, continue to hang out at all hours? We have traveled since new protocols have been established and are flexible with changes, especially given the current environment. This resort underperformed in almost every aspect, besides food service. The pre-arrival communication to inform what was open, closed, modified, and help make arrangements did not happen. The GM claims to have sent them all to our travel agent but has yet to forward the direct emails (not an after the fact computer-generated version) to us for review. I'm open to being corrected. All attempts to have a real discussion have been met with deflections and passing the buck. Ocean House is not an authentic FIVE-star property. How would you feel about dropping $1K+ per day to feel unwelcome? If none of this bothers you, go ahead and book, but I would recommend Google-ing the Barron's article titled "The Most Overrated Hotel in America". Also, read previous reviews about missed opportunities, misinformation, poor management, times when the staff/management could have been more helpful to their guests and think about it before you book. Honestly, I ignored my advice; read the negative reviews but thought, "If all these industry publications give it a top rating, how could it be so bad?" The negative reviews came from recurring experiences and indicative of poor leadership. I'll stop writing now because I don't think this post will do much good, at least to the foundational operations. If you made it this far and are still considering a reservation, at least the saltwater taffy you get at departure is tasty. read more

I have been going to Ocean House beach even before their renovation. after their renovation my husband and I stayed there at least 7 times. it was the most magical place. yes, it was pricey but the experience old not be beat. we went for brunch today and had planned on booking a stay in October. Ocean House is ruined. every aspect of the hotel was chaotic. the brunch was terrible. 45 minutes to get first course. they cleared the table while I was eating. they have squeezed some sort of restaurant into every nook and cranny, obviously to make money. people streaming through the hotel. horrible experience. I will never return. the property was better when it was run down with a bar in the basement! kudos to Ocean House as they immediately reached out to me and showed extreme professionalism. we will return in the off season. One of the best outings I've had since the pandemic was a night with girlfriends at the Center for wine and culinary arts. We attended a cooking class that was private, with just a few friends. We chose the farm to table 101 with the food forager, Kathryn Caine. The setting, the cooking lesson, the wine, and the amazing meal made this a night I won't forget for a long time. This year we and a group of friends bought tickets for the Lobster Boil and BBQ at the Ocean House on July 21st. This has been a tradition for the last several years to celebrate the birthdays of several members of our group. The price has escalated to where the event is no longer a good value; specifically with regard to the service provided. We understand that labor shortages have been a challenge, however there was no apparent shortage of servers at the event in comparison with the number of guests as were notably several empty tables. Our main complaint is that servers would generally disregard guests' requests for service throughout the evening. Servers were available, but would spend time socializing or walking around aimlessly when they should have been tending to guests. For example, our lobster bowl would overflow with empty shells at our table as well as the tables of other guests. We and other guests would resort to putting their discarded lobster bowls, full of empty clam and lobster shells in the sand next to the table. At one point I requested that the staff clear the mess up. A staff member did do this, however failed to replace it at any point in the evening. Again, the issue was not because of a lack of servers, but was due to the server staff failing to work at capacity or focus on the job. One guest complained that her lobster bowl was not emptied and asked that a server empty it, however the server (and several other servers) were dancing in front of the steel drums or socializing with other staff members and disregarded the request. Our table of four represented a bill of nearly $1000 that included a 24% service charge. Everyone in our party has experience in the service industry, so we were all surprised at the lack of attentiveness and professionalism of the Ocean House staff during this event, particularly given the inflated cost and the relative service charge. Our experience paled in comparison to that of previous years'. Going forward we will find another venue to celebrate. read more

This has taken almost a month for me to write. On December 10th my husband spent close to 300.00 dollars on the "Brunch With Santa". Please note we have been to this brunch for years prior. This event was always held upstairs an sold out every year. We would rush to get our reservations. Always sold out. Well 2023 we were sent to the basement. Walk in an noticed the cheese station was behind the hostess podium. Dessert's which looked like they just came out of a box from Restaurant Depo. What they called a salad station on a side board nearly hanging on. There was not a plate in site nor was there room for any. My gut told me to turn around an suck up the 100.00 deposit. But this couldn't be the Ocean House we all know! I thought! Our waitress pulled another centerpiece from another table an placed it on ours. Then she disappeared. To hang over the counter an talk to whomever was on the other side. Never turning around. Food less then fair. Steak, tough, shrimp cocktail warm, ice cold soup. The only people who paid attention to us were the bus boys who were wonderful. Our waitress did appear to give us the check. Which had tip included. Which was a shame because she deserved nothing. We would have given the bus boy the whole tip. You ask why we didn't get a manager. Well the manager came to the table next to us. An she did not answer any of their questions. She brushed them off. I stayed in one of the Ocean Houses Signature Suites for one night last week and it was truly a fabulous little getaway from Boston. From the second I arrived, the staff was friendly and welcoming. They learned my name and said hello to me by name every time they walked by me. My suite was incredibly charming and decorated with coastal accents. It was exactly what I pictured a Rhode Island beach resort to look like. My suite also had two bathrooms - one with a shower and one with a luxurious soaking tub, an amazing De'Longhi espresso and cappuccino maker and big outdoor balcony with stunning ocean views. I'm going to review the resorts restaurant, COAST, separately, but I had a meal that was seriously to die for! The property also has a five-star spa and offers complimentary classes. (I took a coffee and cordials class during my stay). The property also has a few Mercedes Benz's that they let guests use if they are available! Seriously five star luxury all the way! read more

LOVELY hotel and property!! A really delightful place with historical significance and a sunny yellow exterior. Meticulously designed and maintained and it's as if you were on a luxury European liner, docked on cozy and private beach inlet. I LOVED the ART, particularly the Ludwig Bemelmans pieces, the creator and artist of the Madeline children's books. The current installation of 2 panels from Aristotle Onassis's yacht made the interior feel very special and intimate, similar to the Carlyle hotel in NYC that also features Bemelmans' work. It was really enjoyable to get to spend time with the various artworks each day. The waitress who took care of us for breakfast each morning, Khanya, really made it feel like a luxury experience. After the first breakfast, she remembered what we preferred to drink and had it ready to be presented to us. A really nice touch of getting to know your guests and hospitality. Staying was a great experience and similar in some ways to Deauville, France but without the flight. Delightful and Delovely! read more

I would give 0 stars except for the bus boy who cared more about a drink glass shattering in my wife's hand and a full drink dumped onto my wife than our server or the manager on duty. We also had to pay for the drink that she could not enjoy. With a table full of ice and a broken glass the food runner attempted to put our soup on top of the mess. When I asked him for napkins or a towel to clean up he said he's just here to drop our soup. After 38 minutes of us sitting with no sight of our server the same bus boy came by and apologized and processed our check for us. For a $300 bill I have never had such bad service. take your hard earned money and go anywhere else!! read more

If you appreciate being treated well, don't dine here. If I could choose ZERO stars I would. The worst part about this place is the management and security staff. They have security guard that should be working in South Providence. She has no problem using vulgar language in front of children. The food is lousy and over priced. read more

I'm a bit surprised at the mixed reviews for Ocean House...the place is incredible. Maybe it's because I'm an old real estate guy, but I was smitten when I drove up to this amazing property and location on the water. Ocean House is a redevelopment of an historic property with incredible attention to detail and quality. They could have served me Cheerios all weekend and I'd still have been impressed. We were there to celebrate the life of my brother-in-law, who passed too soon, but generously left instructions with his lovely widow to remember him at their favorite place on the New England shore. I now understand why they liked it so much. Staff was incredibly attentive and everything was a Five Star experience. In fact, I saw somewhere in their materials that Ocean House was one of only 11 resort properties in the world to receive "Triple Five Star" ratings from Forbes. Triple meaning accommodations, dining and spa. After a weekend in the Presidential and Sea Glass suites, I'm not about to argue. I love spas and took a day off work to enjoy a full day at the spa. I really needed to unwind and relax and thought going to the Ocean House Spa would be the perfect day. Sadly, I walked away feeling very disappointed. I scheduled treatments for a facial, message and wrap (over $700 in total). I had been looking forward to it for awhile. The facial was okay and pretty standard, however the message and wrap were a big disappointments. It felt like the lady was just rubbing lotion over me. I even asked her during the message if she could do it "harder", as I felt like I couldn't feel anything. Unfortunately with my second request, it did not change. She was very nice but I really wanted a message after all I paying $195 plus 20% gratuity to have it "my way". The wrap was also a let down. I thought I would have this amazing experience, but it felt like nothing was done. I was scrubbed with a brush over my legs, arms, back and stomach. Then she put the mud on me, while wrapping a "foil" around me. I laid there for about 5 mins then was told I could go shower off and that I should return for more lotion. This was not the experience I thought I would receive. I really just wanted to have my body relaxed and loosen up, that did not happen. As a side note, the air-conditioning up so high, I was always cold. I would ask for an extra blanket but it was still uncomfortable. read more

Great Service Summer getaway hotel with excellent spa and private dining room had great atmosphere. Definitely will be often this summer. read more
