I went back to see what was happening and Dr. Swanson told me that I would need another breast augmentation! I couldn't afford that nor did I expect that I would need a new augmentation considering it had only been a year! I have severe pressure in my left breast now and it looks like a pancake. If I don't wear a bra then it hurts like I'm carrying a rock in my left breast. I don't know what to do, but try to see if my doctor will take them out as an emergency. If anyone plans to file a lawsuit please include me! Now I'm seeing that she is retired and all these cases where customers are suffering like me. This is terrible.

This happened on Tuesday and instead of a call back my credit card was charged $175 dollars and I received an email saying "thank you for your payment." Mind you my acct is not passed due and I had just made a payment for $60. I highly DO NOT recommend this money hungry place. Hope this helps someone.

I think honestly it's a front of house problem or the Dr's talk to much. Whatever it is, if you have a life outside of your appointment make sure to reschedule it all and keep your whole day open just for a dermatologist appointment I only come back because I'm on accutane and need to finish out my session and then I will NEVER come back. Also the front of staff is SUPER RUDE, ALL THE TIME, they don't smile at you and they talk to the older patients like they're dumb.

I had no problems speaking with him, or seeing him. It's the rest of his staff that I have an issue with. They are not only extremely disorganized, rude, and unknowledgeable, they also take no accountability for their misinformation. I originally called to make a consultation appointment, and they had said that my consultation would be free. Upon entrance, they changed what they said and told me that I would actually have to pay $45. This was annoying, but fine. I told her that I had been told that it would be free, and she said, "Yes, and I misspoke, and I'm sorry about that, but now you need to pay $45." Whatever. Then, after Dr. Miller had said that my procedure would be covered by insurance, she came back and said that no, it would not be covered, even Dr. Miller was pretty sure that it would be. After a little back and forth between them, Dr. Miller told her to look into it, and if it was not covered by my insurance, he would just charge me $25. Two weeks later, I found that *surprise* it *was* covered by my insurance! She was about to charge me x3 the price of something that my insurance ... literally covered .... without checking. Then, I tried to pay my bill online, and the people at the front desk had inputted the incorrect e-mail address, so I could not pay my bill. They tried to say that I gave them the wrong e-mail (but it's my name........ pretty sure I know how to spell my own name?) and were really rude when I spoke to them. So even though I would like to go back and see Dr. Miller, I will not be because this whole process was really annoying and stressful for no reason.

And i am so happy that I decided to do so. Nancy did my Brazilian and was very detail oriented and quick. She used the hot wax and paper method with small sections. I appreciate the small sections she did! The salon it self was very inviting, beautiful, and relaxing. They offer other services like body and scalp massages, mani and pedis, and even lash extensions and semi permanent makeup. Cannot wait to schedule my next session!
