I cannot comment on the actual doctor but the woman on the phone when I just called and inquired literally talked me out of using this doctor. I called to schedule an appointment to help induce labor at which point she went on a diatribe about how it's not "inducing" labor and on and on. After a long conversation with herself she presumed I didn't know what I needed (second child, second time using acupuncture to help induce labor, the first time having acupuncture work just fine), I thanked her and said I'd look around and call them back. It doesn't need to be that complicated. Just wanted to schedule an appointment in a couple months. read more

I met Dr. Bailey yesterday for the first time and am already a huge fan. I was referred to her by a friend of mine, and am so glad that I made an appointment. Since it was my first appointment with her, she spent a lot of time with me...first having a CONVERSATION about why I came to see her, and then giving me acupuncture. The appointment lasted for a little over 2 hours. Dr. Bailey is very knowledgeable. She knows TCM and acupuncture inside and out, and has so much expertise in how to stay healthy. I'm pretty well-informed about how TCM and acupuncture work and she was kind enough to just talk with me and share, instead of talking at me or down to me, as some other doctors I have met with do. She was also extremely gentle about the acupuncture treatment. I've had acupuncture before, so it wasn't new or overwhelming for me, but I want to point out specifically that she was so great about working with my body. And lastly, Dr. Bailey is a genuinely kind person. I felt cared for, not like just another appointment. She took care of me and the treatment she did has made me feel 1000 times better than I did before I saw her, and she was also very fair about what I need to do to help with healing. She's one of the best, and her prices are very reasonable. Oh! Dr. Bailey is one of the most brilliant, caring doctors I have ever met. I've known her for 10 years now and she had saved us many times from flu seasons, to dealing with Allergies that doctors didn't even know how to handle, to pregnancy and recovery. Both my young daughters and infant at the time got the benefit of working with her. Unfortunately we moved away but I sill call and purchase my YinChaos among other pills from her as the I trust the integrity of the products she sells and I see the impact of it on our health and wellbeing. Dr. Bailey is a life saver! I was 36weeks pregnant and had a pinched sciatic nerve. My OB didn't have any solutions for me that were safe for baby and could help relieve the pain. I could barely walk and thought I would be wheelchair bound for the last few weeks. I was nervous to go to an acupuncturist.. I had never tried one before and being so pregnant I had reservations. Dr Bailey has been a life saver for me! I first went to see her about 12 years ago when my regular dr couldn't figure out why I had been so sick for the last 6 months. I was beyond impressed with my experience at Dr. Bailey's office. My first contact was with Jessica and I was completely blown away by how friendly, helpful and kind she was and how fast she was at getting back to me. I always receive an email and a phone call reminding me of an upcoming appointment. A lot of doctors don't realize how important it is to have an office manager like Jessica. The first point of contact is crucial and leaves a lasting impression. Dr. Bailey is hands-down one of the best doctors I have seen regarding my pain management issues, and my first experience with acupuncture. Her demeanor and bed-side manner are calm, positive, thorough, attentive, flexible, and personal. I see her for a number of work related pain and nerve issues. Dr. Bailey made me feel comfortable and relaxed and asked me questions about my recreational life (which no doctor has ever done before!). We also discussed vitamin supplements to address some life phase events and she made recommendations as to other treatments that may be helpful. I find that doctors usually are distracted or rushed when visiting their patients, but not with Dr. Bailey. I had the sense that this doctor REALLY cared about my whole being and not just my pain management. Additionally I could tell that Dr. Bailey has a well-rounded medical background and approaches her care with a western and eastern perspective, not the typical medical "fix it and get rid of it" approach. It is for this reason and the fact that her office manager Jessica is very friendly and welcoming, that I give her five stars! So this is a long over due but much deserved review. I originally came to Dr Bailey with a very large ovarian cyst that my gynecologist said I would need surgery to remove. Within weeks, Dr Bailey had completely eliminated my cyst. Sonographers and my Gyno couldn't believe their eyes, along with my family and friends! After witnessing the miracles of Dr Bailey, my husband was eager to see her about our troubles with fertility. We had been trying for over two years. Went here when I was trying to get pregnant via IVF which I had tried before multiple times and previous to coming here it had never worked - BUT DR BAILEY IS A BIG REASON I HAVE MY BEAUTIFUL, HEALTHY BABY NOW!! I have worked with at least 10 acupuncturists over the years, and Dr. Bailey just blows the others away! She really puts her clients interests first, even if it is against her interest. For example, if you live far away, she will recommend you work with an acupuncturist closer to your home. I came to Dr. Bailey for assistance with fertility, and she said if you have to travel far for a treatment, that would be too stressful, and in such a situation, she would recommend someone closer to home. I was traveling 15-20 miles to the previous acupuncturist, on the 405, and they never suggested that I choose someone closer to home. I finally came to that decision on my own. I went to Dr. Bailey to build my lining, and amazed at the difference with her treatments! They were far more personal and extensive than the prior acupuncturist clinic. What was truly exceptional was her treatments before and after the transfer of our little embryos. I was so relaxed after her treatment --it put me into a peaceful bliss (even after I heard something disturbing from the fertility clinic that morning!) I can't believe anyone would have a transfer without this type of treatment, it was amazing! And I am now pregnant!! Also, she has incredible knowledge of fertility and pregnancy, and she is happy to share it with you! Where else can you find out about the best ob gyn that suits your needs? and what a doula is? and what a mid wife does? I was so happy that she not only knew, but had recommendations based upon thousands of patients feedback over the years. And she continues to read and learn about many, many things affecting fertility and her patients. I mentioned the some issues with synthetic folic acid, and she knew EXACTLY what that was and had in stock the best prenatal vitamins to take that had better forms of folate. Wow. I have been going to Dr. Bailey for years. It started off with infertility and transitioned to pain management. I can't say enough good things about bedside manner to results. I am especially "into" Eastern methods with an understanding that Western medicine has it's place too. It's a heritage thing. I get it but not all folks will which is why I think the couple of sad reviews were based on lack of understanding of Eastern philosophy. An acupuncturist is not an MD and never claimed to be. I always leave the office feeling well rested and after a good night's sleep the outcome is obvious. By the way, you can choose whether or not you want to purchase the herbs at the office. I hope that you will strongly consider Dr. Bailey as your acupuncturist or at least be open to finding one that you feel comfortable with because acupuncture is a wonderful medication free alternative. read more

Do not use this service! This is a complete waste of money. The main person refers to herself as Dr. Bailey but she is NOT A MD. On the surface, It looks professional but really its nothing more than a rented office that pushes overpriced herbal supplements. There are many good, credible acupuncturists out there. This office is not one of them. Very pushy with the expensive supplements and plays on the fears of the innocent and often scared women who would do and pay about anything to have assistance with their infertility. Save your money and go to a reputable acupuncturist or even better, a real MD. read more

I gave Dr Tracey Bailey a review from my personal YELP page in 2012. I want to add to that and update that Dr Bailey still is top in my book of Acupuncturists and Healers. She literally kept me going and probably kept me alive, when I was really, really, sick and stopped working for awhile starting June of 2013. I saw her 2 x a week or as often as I could and it kept me strong enough to keep looking for the cause and the solution to whatever was wrong with me. I finally got a Diagnosis from a Dr up in Seattle after seeing so many specialists and internist MD's here. It was nothing I nor any of my colleagues or Doctors thought of or would have thought of. I am well now, getting back to work since October of this year, and so grateful for all that Dr Bailey did for my health and she also saw many of the clients of mine that I referred to her when I was in Seattle. They were all very happy with her. The office is clean, comfy and run well and the front office, Jan and anyone else I have dealt with have been awesome.
