This place was recommend to use by some friends. It's a nice place. It has a good menu with a nice variety of different things to choice from. It is a quick serve restaurant, but the service is very good and the people working there are very friendly. My aunt and uncle shared the healthy man wrap. They seemed to enjoy it. While I had the turkey club wrap. It was very good especially the avocado. Very fresh! I found this place to reasonably priced. I'll have to eat here again next time I'm in town. read more

Cafeteria style restaurant but the eggs were excellent and the service was good. We've been there a few times for a quick morning bite and have not been disappointed. Haven't tried takeout yet but will at some point. It's clean and comfortable big enough for 6to 8 people. read more

Recently learned about this place from an event and wanted to come back and try other things on their menu. My bf and I came during the FIFA finals and they had the game on so other people were watching too. We ordered a fried chicken sandwich, chicken and waffle sandwich, carne asada taco, and California burrito. My favorite was the fried chicken sandwich although I wish it was hot! I saw they have Nashville hot chicken but they don't offer that in a sandwich. I think maybe because it's chicken tenders? But please make a Nashville hot fried chicken sandwich! -Fried chicken sandwich - crispy, juicy and flavorful. Love the sauce, pickles and slaw in it. It's on the smaller side but the price reflects that and I def felt it was worth it ($5.99) -Chicken waffle sandwiches ($8.99 for 2) - meat was crispy and juicy. Waffle was a bit soft. I like mine on the crispier side so maybe it's how they make theirs and my personal preference. -The carne asada taco - meat was very juicy and flavorful -California burrito - was a bit dry but pretty big! Didn't get to snap a pic of that. Service was quick and friendly. OBC is on the way to Costco for me so I think we'll be making more stops here in the future! I ordered food from here for one of the Saturdays I was at work. Uber had a buy one get one free special so I got two BLTs and a cup of coffee. Cost me almost $40 after giving the uber driver a good tip. I briefly drove for uber eats before my insurance company was going to drop me if I continued and didn't switch over to commercial insurance so I know how important it is to leave a good tip for anyone serving you if you're able to do it. The BLTs were amazing, chock full of bacon, nice big pieces of bread, so very tasty. I would recommend them. The coffee was a also very good. I ate one BLT when I got it and one later on when I was done running and on the way to pick up my cousins in Brooklyn for karaoke so I didn't eat both BLTs at once. read more

Place is a nice size, roomy and plenty of seating. It's in a small strip mall. The young lady at the counter did not have a clue. I ordered a Greek Omelet and she asked me how I want my eggs cooked - I was like huh? An omelet is more or less scrambled eggs, so I finally said scrambled. At least the kitchen got it right, but oddly enough it was cold. My toast was challah bread, thick and soft. Potatoes were okay and so was the omelet. Counter service where they bring the food to your table, super nice staff, big portions, daily specials, clean inside, holiday music. The split pea soup they gave us bc it was our first time, huge portion and great, very hearty with potatoes. The Cali Burrito Bowl was great; the chicken in particular wasn't dry, the beans were well seasoned, half an avocado in there. Honestly, I would've never stopped by if my mom didn't request going here to use her Groupon. Well, let me tell you... the visit was well worth it! It's really pretty inside, casual and the staff keeps the tables very clean. They even have a modern juke box! We ordered a few different things with the Groupon and everything was really delicious! My mom got the western omelette with turkey bacon and rye with some roasted potatoes on the side and she thoroughly enjoyed her meal. It was a generous portion and those potatoes were pretty amazing with mixed in onions and peppers! I had a Cali burrito without sour cream-- grilled chicken, avo, beans, rice and corn and it was absolutely delish! To go we ordered mulitas (mini burritos) which the hubby LOVED and chicken fajitas which my mom said was the bomb (ok, she didn't really say that exactly, but described them as such!). Nice, out of the way place. Sort of an expanded gourmet deli with tables and added decor. Great variety of food choices on the menu. Had the BEC burrito and a large coffee, which, much to my pleasant surprise, was served in a real porcelain coffee cup. Both were very good (and I am a coffee snob), but the burrito had no seasoning. Not really a problem as a little salt, pepper and hot sauce corrected it. Got the carnitas, barbacoa and chicken tacos to go. They were very authentic and tasty. Highly recommended. Service by the guy at the register was smooth and friendly. Only negative is that Oceanside Brunch has joined the unfortunate trend of charging extra on credit cards, 4% in this case. read more

Just ate breakfast at Oceanside Brunch Club this morning and am stuffed! I ordered the Hungry Man platter, which came with bacon, ham, pancakes and 2 eggs. I ordered a medium hot coffee with almond milk too, and it was all just what the doc ordered. I brought my laptop with me to get some work done while I chowed down, and really had a very productive and delicious experience. The large tv in plain view of all the seats provided excellent sport coverage and highlights from this weeks games. What was really neat and unexpected is that each table along the windows had their own outlets, perfect to keep my laptop and phone charged up while eating/working. Not a lot of parking is available, but the place was very clean. As soon as you walk in, there is an assortment of drinks and snacks. Very nice dark wood banquet style tables. The food was delicious, I had the chicken waffle sandwich. The chicken was very moist, and a combination of sweet and salty was heavenly. The fish taco was also very delicious. It was my first try and it was New Year's Day afternoon. To be fair not the most popular time of day. But I walked on to an empty shop and waited quite a while for anyone to come out and help. All the food was good and fresh. My waffle was tasty (although like others said a bit soft. likely from the steam in the plastic box.) toasted at home and was good. Did not come with butter though. Two friends had burritos. They were fresh but a bit bland. The barbacoa was missing the pineapple (main reason it was ordered) so one person was disappointed. We were already home after pickup so didn't want to go back. Cali burrito was fresh but bland. ..no salsa or guacamole so was dry. Cupid use some sauces. All of the food separately was cooked really well, as the chicken was amazing and the eggs were also really good, but it has the same problem as chipotle as one bite was only chicken, the next bite was only potatoes. I recommend getting a side of Russian dressing with this burrito as it looks good but the sauce will make it better. read more

I'm giving 2 stars because the place was clean, and the lady who took our order was very nice, however the actual food was an issue. As soon as my plate hit the table there was a foul smell; I took a closer sniff and found the cheese was definitely sour. Sure enough when I gave it back, the cheese had gone bad and was thrown out. I'm glad they remade my bagel with new cheese, but the customer should not be the first person to notice the food has passed it's prime.
