About 10 people waiting to be served and 3 workers. I thought to myself, we'll this is going to be a horrible experience and expected an hour wait time. To my surprise they did everything right that tmobile does horribly wrong. 1. They have a kiosk that lets you sign in so you're not just standing there waiting to be helped. 2. They have couches and chairs that are comfortable to sit in while you wait 3. My wait time was less than 5 minutes.and I was done in a few minutes after that. Fast service. Well done! 4. The staff that assisted me was very friendly and knowledgeable. He informed me about their mobile promotions and didnt try to upsell me. This is what I liked the most. I felt free to ask questions without the sleezy upsell tactics. After this experience, I am genuinely interested in switching my mobile provider. Nicely done Spectrum!..... Now if I can only trust that your pricing won't skyrocket after the 1st year of service. This is why we discontinued our cable sercice... trust is a hard thing to earn and easy to lose.

I walked there trying to find a new phone but the guy helping was low energy and had zero customer service knowledge. I ask for prices to see if I can find a good deal but this guy was just too tired or unhappy with his job that he just told me some numbers and stand there with no more information or interest of helping any longer. This experience killed my interest of coming to the stores and purchasing my new devices. Please hire people who really want to work. With real customers service training.

Missing iPhone Trade-In -- Grand Theft Under Investigation…read more On September 27, 2025, just before closing, I turned in my iPhone 16 Pro (1 TB) for a trade-in at this AT&T Authorized Retailer. Two employees -- Brian and a female associate -- told me the computer system had been shut down but assured me they would hold my phone and process the trade-in the next morning (9/28) since I was leaving for an international trip. When I returned, AT&T had no record of this trade-in. On November 1, 2025, I went back to the store and spoke with Brian, who said he remembered me and that the manager had processed the trade-in the next day, but he needed the IMEI number so supervisor Edgar could issue a receipt. When I provided the IMEI, Edgar stated there was no record of the trade-in in their system and that he could not issue a receipt. When I asked him to review store security footage to confirm that I had turned in the phone, he refused and told me I would "have to go through court." He then asked me to leave and refused to provide contact information for the store owner or district manager. This involves a missing iPhone 16 Pro valued at approximately $1,500, which qualifies as grand theft, a felony offense under state law for property valued over $950. I have filed a police report for grand theft and am escalating the matter to AT&T Corporate and the FCC for investigation. If the store owner or district manager reads this, please contact me immediately at [your phone number or email]. I would prefer to resolve this directly before further legal and regulatory action proceeds. -- David W
