I tried the Sand Dollar latte, it was so good. 10/10. We were seated quickly, and they have a nice indoor dining area, and a lovely outside patio. Service was very quick, as we also ordered breakfast. I had their omelet with hashbrowns and toast. Nice portion sizes, and very good! Best of all was the price. Very reasonable. This place goes on our list of regular stops on HHI. Give it a try!

Somehow, we still waited 35 minutes just to be seated. After finally sitting down, we ordered immediately and then waited over 40 more minutes for food that wasn't even hot. To make matters worse, two of the orders were wrong. The pancakes came out with no syrup, and our server was basically nonexistent, only showing up twice in an hour, so we had to get up and get it ourselves. The poached eggs on the fourth meal were severely undercooked and practically raw. What made the experience even worse was having two young children with us who were completely melting down by the end because everything took so long. A restaurant should know better than to leave families sitting that long with no urgency, no communication, and no follow-up. What should have been a simple breakfast turned into a two-hour waste of time with bad service, poorly prepared food, and zero attention to detail. There is no excuse for this level of incompetence. I would absolutely not recommend this place.

If you know, you know. The pastries here are absolutely worth the detour--and honestly, wherever I see a Paris Baguette, I do pull over. That includes locations I've visited in Northern California, North Brunswick, New Jersey, Atlanta, Georgia, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and even the one here in Charlotte down in Pineville. It's a bit of a drive for me, but when I'm in that area, I always make a point to stop in and pick up a couple of their delicious croissant-donut pastries and marzipan or almond croissants. That's the beauty of this bakery--it's a chain, yes, but the consistency is what keeps me coming back. I have yet to be disappointed. Of course, I had to stop at this Hilton Head location--and I didn't come empty-handed. Food connects people, and bringing pastries to your host is always a winning move. I picked up three different varieties of their famous croissant-donut style pastries (similar to the well-known cronut): * Chocolate * Tiramisu * Mango And I added two large almond croissants that were beautifully filled, flaky, and indulgent. Everything looked fresh, full, and irresistible. The setup inside is easy and efficient. It's self-serve: you grab a tray, line it with parchment, use the tongs, and select whatever catches your eye--from baguettes to cakes to coffee drinks. Checkout was quick, Apple Pay was accepted, and the whole experience felt smooth and well organized. The space was clean, friendly, and inviting, with plenty of outdoor seating. Bottom line: Whenever you see a Paris Baguette on your radar, pull over. It's dependable, delicious, and perfect for picking up pastries to share--or to treat yourself. For me, it's one of those rare places that delivers the same quality every single time, no matter the city--and that kind of consistency is something I truly appreciate as a traveler and lifelong foodie.

The texture and consistency of the ice cream were exactly what you want... thick, creamy, rich, and delicious. No icy shortcuts. No weird graininess. Just top-tier ice cream. I went with a chocolate-dipped cone, and it was the stuff dreams are made of. That crack of the chocolate shell followed by creamy ice cream underneath? Pure happiness. The only odd thing was that they charge a little extra for paying with a credit card, which feels a bit strange in 2026. But honestly? After tasting the ice cream, I'd probably pay the fee, a convenience charge, a processing charge, and a modest ice cream tax just to get my hands on another double scoop.

There is a wide selection of options and things are laid out well on the menu. The theming is really cool and there is something to look at on every wall. The challenge is the chaotic service and the price. I also must caution-- the soft serve is non traditional vegan.. I don't know what. I expressed my disappointment, the cashier rang up the order for $45 for my family and sent us on our way. Gentle reader-- this was not vanilla soft serve and putting rainbow sprinkles atop was sacrilegious. I tossed it as soon as I got outside and shared my daughter's coffee cookie ice cream (very good).

The taco shells were really crispy, which I appreciated, and everything tasted fresh and delicious. The service was quick, making it a great option if you're looking for a fast and casual meal. The ordering process is similar to Chipotle--you wait in line and choose what you'd like, whether that's a burrito, bowl, tacos, nachos, or a quesadilla, and then customize it with the fillings and toppings you want. Overall, it was a fun spot with a convenient setup and tasty food. I'd definitely stop by again the next time I'm back in Hilton Head!

First off, the restaurant is located perfect in a shopping center with plenty of indoor and covered outdoor seating. The ordering style is synonymous of most of the "build-your-own" restaurants. I opted for a burrito and chose the "Java Special" as my choice of protein. It has a mix of steak and chicken, cooked in queso. The burrito was delicious and well portioned. Typically, a leaky burrito would turn-off some people from the food, including myself, but it was delicious nonetheless. I went back the next morning for some coffee and opted for a speciality Dubai Chocolate coffee. It was delicious to the point where we could not stop talking about it all morning. All in all, I love eating at Java Burrito whether I want a hefty meal or just some quality coffee. It's to the point where it's a guaranteed visit whenever I make my way down to the island.
