The website states that the restaurant is open seven days a week, including Mondays from 4-10 p.m. My husband and I planned this date night a week in advance and made the motorcycle trip from Amesbury specifically to eat here, only to arrive and discover that the restaurant was closed. To make matters worse, Google Maps directed us to a condo building about three blocks away. We spent nearly half an hour trying to find the restaurant before finally locating it, hungry and tired from the ride, only to learn it wasn't open. What was supposed to be a fun date-night adventure turned into a frustrating experience. I completely understand that hours can change, but if your website lists specific hours, customers should be able to rely on that information, especially when they're traveling a significant distance to visit. read more

Ordered from DoorDash, and I ordered Jaden's carbonara as well as the shrimp cocktail. I received a single shrimp, and the carbonara had this extremely odd plastic-type taste. We had a reservation for 6pm. We showed up at 6:03pm and stood in the crowded waiting area for 10 minutes. The host (who I assumed was a host) appeared once to seat a table, but didn't address anyone else. She disappeared again. We heard a few groups talking about how long they had been waiting to be seated with reservations, so we left. We never even had a chance to check in. As a former maitre'd in high volume restaurants... please have your host stationed at the door. read more

Overall a good first visit. 3.5 truly for the rating but the vibe is probably much cooler at dinner. My hubby said the old fashioned was not great but my cosmo was good. Everything was spectacular! It was absolutely stunning when you walk in! Service was really friendly and happy hour had a great menu! Overall good experience, I went on a weekday and the service was very good, the ambiance was very interesting, it a little odd set up with a mix between bar, tables as well as couches and lounging area. It's dark on the inside and they have a stage that could be used for a DJ of some sort but I have not gone when it has been used. The food and drinks were very good and have very good portions, although a bit overpriced for the quality. The cocktails were very cute with the garnish on them, this restaurant seems to be a more trendy type vibe. read more

Went here recently and genuinely just a weird place. The place feels like some millennial nightmare restaurant. Vibes are strange, the decor is also strange. The seating is a welcomed change with couch which are comfortable. But the food was not good. Nothing more nothing less. Our service was good, but the food took FOREVER around 630 on a weekday. They have a policy that normal soda cost 5 bucks with only 5 refill??? Meals were undersized and under seasoned, i do not recommend. read more

We dined here on Valentines Day, but thankfully this was a last minute decision to eat out and not a highly anticipated date night. Service was so slow we considered leaving- it was 45 minutes until our appetizer arrived, which was literally about 1 minute before our entrees arrived. Our guess is that everything sat under heat lamps for some reason, as the gyoza was overcooked and arugula garnish unappealing and wilted. We ordered (specifically) well-water soda water, which we didn't realize until the check came would cost us $5. Each. My meal was very tasty if not spectacular - carbonara with lots of cheesiness, hunks of bacon or pork or something. My husband decided to try the chicken and waffles, which looked like an appetizer when it came, but was the same price as my ample serving of pasta. He got overdone, small chicken nuggets on a soggy waffle with hot fruit. And then helped me finish my pasta. The atmosphere is very hip, lavishly (if eclectic / ersatz) decorated, a fireplace, comfy chairs and sofas, coffee table books everywhere, a beautiful bar, attractive waitstaff... The sushi looked good, as did the extensive cocktail menu. So maybe we (and the couple next to us who got comped a drink due to slow service) just got them on an off night (but February 14? Really??), and maybe we shouldn't have ordered the chicken waffle, but the service was bad, food inconsistent and prices a bit much. read more

Ordered $60 worth of Sushi Rolls from them last night (1/21) along with other food. Ordered from their website, so no blaming DoorDash. The sushi was not delivered. I called and they said they had no Sushi for delivery last night (Wednesday, 1/21), but still charged me for it!. There was no offer for a refund or redelivery. Seems that they were overbooked and understaffed for Valentine's Day. Arrived 15 mins early for a 6:30 reservation with 8 people ahead of us and no sign of hostess. While we stood there the entrance continued to fill with people. Hostess swung by 20 mins later and we were seated closer to 7. Immediately ordered food and an hour later it came out, luke warm. Went on a weekday at 5:30pm and was pleasantly surprised to find that they had 3-6 happy hour with $8 food items and drinks. We we sat at the bar and ordered sushi, cauliflower, beef sliders, and some drinks. The service was attentive and the food and drinks were excellent. Only loses one star because I'm not sure I would go back after looking at the regular menu food and drinks prices for Dover. We will definitely be back for happy hour! read more

My partner and I went here for happy hour around 3p on a Friday. We were the only ones in the restaurant and the bartender let us sit by the open door since it was such a beautiful day. Hmmmm. You've got Rory on the back foot here. The decor and ambiance is weird, not bad but weird. Cushioned chairs and rugs in the floor, empty sushi stations, games everywhere. It's weird. It's marketed as a an after work hang out spot but it looks like a hotel lobby. The stand out here is the food. It's fucking good! Overpriced perhaps, but good. (Their Trivia Night is amazingly well done!) The Office has an incredible ambiance: the decor is comfy yet casually chic; the music hip and happy; and the food -- equal parts delicious and diverse. went there for a party , the food was not that good, at all , i have had better sushi from Hannaford, the rest of the food, not worth paying for , after being there for a few hours, yes we did stay , we were there for a party , we walked out to where we were parked and our vehicle was gone, it had been towed by Cass towing, owned by Mr. Mo cassinanelli, is truly the scum of the earth, when we went back to the resturant the owners offered no help , instead they pointed to a sign on the ground , that said something about parking in that area, instead we were helped by another couple that, also , had there vehicle towed, when we got on the phone with cass towing, he asked me to pick up the vehicle in the morning, i told him that i was two hours from home, and he fussed at me and told me he was sleeping, mind you this was only 45 mins after he pulled my vehicle, but then gave me the address ,$300.00 cash no card , nothing else except cash , please do not go to this bad,bad place the owner is in on it, the police are complicate , as well , judging by other reviews, cass towing can be found on the BBB , i could go on with further details , it was supposed to be a good night, but turned nightmarish read more

I arrived on the later side for a special dinner with my boyfriend. The drinks were excellent but unfortunately the kitchen had just closed as we ordered, which was due to our late arrival. However, the server we had was amazing, she accommodated us to the best of her ability and ultimately provided a phenomenal experience! The service here was unlike any I've had in most of the restaurants in the surrounding area. It was extremely refreshing to be surrounded by an ambiance that was friendly and caring. We just went there for the first time last night. The food was excellent. Service was OnPoint and the ambience was fantastic. They have a huge bar area with plenty of seating, and the sushi bar was out of this world! Everything was brand new, clean. We will definitely be going back there again and it's my new favorite spot for sushi! The menu has a great variety so if you don't like sushi, they have chicken piccata or chicken Parmesan or steak and they also have a children's menu which is nice. We loved it so much. We've already made a dinner reservation for Tuesday evening with some new friends from Dover. Can't wait to try some more of their excellent cuisine. read more

The decor was awkward and felt unclean, the service was slow (even w/just water), the food was over priced and gross. We waited 45 minutes for a meatballs app and another 15 minutes for salad and sushi. Our meals didn't even come out together (was the sushi going to get cold??). Service was great. Ambiance was fun but felt like an odd mix of decor, however tables are large and chairs are comfy so that's a win in my book. Where everything goes wrong is the food... the menu has so many options and is all over the place that it seems they can't focus on making anything that is excellent. Everything was either mediocre or just edible enough. We got the chicken sliders, those were good. Also got the chin chin salad, while good it was on the fence of being too oily. Speaking of oily... the edamame. It was sitting in a bowl of oil (see photo). The menu says sautéed in oil. Also it doesn't specify its sesame oil. That is super dangerous for those with allergies. In fact, none of their menu specifies allergies or dietary options. Seems to be a big flaw. Lastly we got the Armaan Roll. For NH sushi, it was fine. The rolls fell apart the second we picked them up (see photo). And the unagi was a tiny little strip so it really just tasted like an avocado and cucumber roll. Unless this restaurant does some serious rework on the menu and preparation of items, I probably won't be going back. read more
