First off, I placed an order They told me to expect it within a week or so. Never hear from them have to reach out to them. Tell me they're waiting for a part. Week goes by I have to call them again and ask what's going on. They tell me they're still waiting for a part. Decide to go in and just purchase whatever parts are waiting ready for me. This is my go to shop for my off road needs for my 2022 LT Trail Boss! So far I got the AMP power steps, BakFlip cover, and rear tire liner. I really haven't gone anywhere else when it comes to a brick-and-mortar store where I can get off-road accessories for my jeep and service as well. I had to go to them today to have the "death rattle" in my steering wheel looked at. We thought it might need an alignment because of these humongous tires I have. MUST MUST MUST make an appointment to go on no walk-in here. We had an appointment for first thing this morning. We didn't have to wait too long because they had someone working every register (sweet!) An inspection is 145 dollars and they put that amount towards any work that needs to be done. That's helpful. So we handed over the keys after filling out the service ticket stuff and were on our way. They called us and told us that unfortunately for me, I need a steering stabilizer and a track bar. UGH! I would have rather it been an alignment lol I looked online on their website www.4wp.com and found the parts I want them to put on the jeep for me (I hope that they will take requests rather than slapping on whatever makes them more money because a racing stabilizer is NOT necessary. We will see. At the time of this review, my baby is waiting for her service. So far I have been very pleased with everything I have had to do with them; from my 2013 Jeep JK Sahara to my new 2018. I did check out ORW online but I haven't been there. Their prices online for parts are higher. Anyway, I will update the review when the service is complete. These guys are great at sales, but not great at service. I had 2 Jeeps I wanted lifted. I am capable and have done these lifts myself, but I figured they could get it done faster and easier. I stopped in Tuesday, got a quote, and had them order the parts needed. I dropped my Jeep off Thursday morning when the shop opened. They had all the work done by about 3pm. I picked up my Jeep. It looked good and I was told the manager had done a test drive and signed off on it. I pulled out of the shop and got to 45 mph and immediately noticed a steering wheel vibration. This is an obvious sign the tires are not balanced correctly. I ended up running my Jeep to Discount Tire. They rebalanced the tires and confirmed that all 5 were not balanced correctly by 4 Wheel Parts. When I got home I inspected the tires and rims I had removed from the Jeep. Two had been damaged by the tire guy at 4 Wheel Parts. It looks like he smashed them with the bead breaking machine. I tried to bring these issues up with the sales rep when I came back for my retorquing inspection. He blew it off and seemed more concerned if my steering wheel was straight. Very frustrating. I was going to bring my other Jeep here, but I think I will see what other options I can find. I'm wasn't impressed by this visit. read more

Purchased a stainless steel grille guard winch-ready. Ordered by 4WP and arrived one week later. My Ford F-350, Honey Brown by name, will be the envy of the Western World. I paid for 4WP to install said grille guard after assurances that it's a one-day job. I'm capable, but likely a 3-day job. Won't be long. Turns out the winch won't fit my particular truck. Bummer. Still, looks-wise, I find myself taking double takes all the time. gives the front of the truck a look it needed. Let's hope if I ever hit a massive animal it at least mitigates some of the damage. There are some critics that say these racks are not protective, that the vehicle is engineered to absorb collisions. If true, I'm still appreciative of the looks. See for yourself read more

I purchased a Poison Spyder bolt on hood vent for my Jeep Jk online and applied for the Synchrony card for later upgrades. I received a call from Oscar the following Monday stating that it wasn't in stock but it would be shipped to the store in a few days and he would call when it came in. After waiting a couple weeks go by I had to call him back he then informs me that it was in and to come by for pick up. When I arrived he brought it out in a box that looked as if it was ripped opened and re-taped. I mentioned that to him and he replied if there's any damage to just bring it back and he would order another one. When I got home I found that there was no mounting hardware or instructions and there was damage to the hood vent. I called immediately and told Oscar and he would order another one. After waiting two weeks I again had to call to find out what was going on and he replied that the replacement was also damaged and he had no lead time on another one and offered a refund or a discounted price on the damaged one if I would be interested in that. He said he would take $40 off and since I was going to have it painted to match my hood I would have them straighten it and install on my hood. After waiting two more weeks I checked my balance and found that my card was not credited the $40 and called Oscar to inform him of that. He replied that he messed up and didn't finalize it but to hold on, after waiting 15minutes he came back and said it was now taken care of. Well now it's been over a month and still no refund....when I made the payment and called the store to inform Oscar that I still had not received by $40 refund, but as soon as a counter person answered I was put on hold, I quickly ask for Oscar and was told please wait. After waiting 20 minutes I hung up and called back. A counter person answered and put me on hold. I waited a few minutes then hung up and searched and inquired the managers name and called back and ask for Rick and was told he was with a customer but would return my call. But he never did....."Store Manager?" so I'm writing this to inform that I'm just going to pay the balance in full and cancel my account and destroy my card. The $40 isn't worth all this run around to get it and while I'm sure it doesn't matter to 4wheelparts that they lost my business but it means everything to me that I'll never spend another dollar there. So I'm leaving this review and already called & forwarded this to corporate office. There is absolutely NO PROFESSIONALISM and certainly NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at all. From now on I'll gladly pay the extra and like everyone else and take my business to Off Road Warehouse. read more

I brought my F-350 Dually in for tire warranty work. Dropped it off and asked if they would please check and air up all the tires. I had purchased the wheels and tires there and at that time possibly the wrong valve stem was initially installed as I have been told because you practically need to remove the outside wheel to get to the inside wheel to fill it with air. I received a couple phone calls from Cody and Timothy regarding options and the progress which were very professional. Each call I reminded them to have the back please check all the tire pressures as I am about to go on a long trip with a heavy load. When I go to pick up my truck I climb over some homeless guy at the door and asked Timothy at the counter if they checked the air and he confirmed. As I almost get to my house I look on my dash and the tire pressure is all over the place as much as 20Lbs difference between 6 tires???? Every mirror and seat was moved?
