I liked it and my wife noticed a fault with one of the tires on the bike which they blew off. Now came the fear selling technique of warranties for servicing which kind of annoyed me however I was OK with that. Fast forward a few more minutes and the guy wants to hit me a fee for putting together a bike that was already put together, had 60 miles on it and I said that this feels like gouging. He and his manager stated that this cannot be waived and so, I waived them goodbye. I guess I dodged a bullet with the bike which was going to have the lock drilled out and replaced which they constantly told me I would not have to pay for, DUH !!! The experience was icky and I would not recommend this organization for your bike purchase. BTW I was in selling for 15 years and these are the worst tactics I have ever seen.

My kiddos proudly display their stickers, wear their high-quality t-shirts, and we've ordered many scooter parts...wheels, bars, grips, etc. over the past couple of years. The customer service is outstanding. Recently we had some bars that had a rare issue, and Outset sent a photo to the manufacturer for an assessment, and we just picked up our replacement bars today without hassle. Super friendly associates, even friendly, chatty customers. This is a massive indoor park, and an outdoor ramp is just outside the building. They offer military discounts, memberships, birthday parties...On the day we went, it was lock out Friday! Meaning, you get to skate all night, 10pm-7am for $35, with pizza and drinks provided. This place is the real deal, the cat's pajamas.
