I placed an order for my kids with Ms. Romelia as we hosted a Thanksgiving gathering and I must say, the trays of lumpia and pancit bihon was absolutely tasty! We ordered two trays for each dish and we didn't let either of them go to waste! Ms. Romelia cooked and prepared each dish ready to serve, in fact we tossed each tray on chafing dishes and it stayed fresh for hours!
