This is a hidden gem! Go before they realize they are charging you less than what they should be. It's an unassuming place but the quality of the sushi is next level. On top of that, friendly service all around. We were pretty loud and having a great time so the chef brought out this scallop dish and ask us to try it. It's not even on the menu yet but ask for it - scallops on crispy shiso leafs. Tasty and very different. Don't think I have ever seen this before. Went back to Oh My Sushi after a period of absence and found out they the restaurant was sold, but the good news is it is a good or better than is ever was. The decor has improved and the sushi was excellent and beautifully presented. In addition they added a Sake flight for $12 that was so good, full pours into the sample large shot glasses with an explanation of each sake printed out. This time my dinning partner and I shared a chicken Udon soup, a Victoria roll, Snow White roll and a Hawaiian roll, all excellent and so fresh. I have no complaints with the food but when you have to ask for wasabi and ginger and you just get a little bit, no water refill or ask for a utensil then the rating goes down. The tempura was hot and crispy and consisted of shrimp, carrot, broccoli and zucchini. The cucumber salad had some pickled radish and sesame seed; so good! It was packed on a random Tuesday night from the time we walked in to the time we left. The sushi was so fresh and the rolls were presented immaculately, down to the extra crunchy's that my little cousin had requested for. This is definitely a hidden gem! Highly recommend. We usually come here and have to always get the truffle hamachi. The toro tasting is also to die for. Melts like butter in your mouth!
