I had the male doing my nails and he seemed to be in a rush .. I asked for a certain color and even had an inspiration photo ( they were purple) he rushed the entire process and skipped several steps. He quoted me 40 and then 45 and when I went to pay it was 52. I was very unhappy with my nails but unfortunately I had plans so I didn't have the time to ask him to redo them.

Love my nails!

This place was close to me. I thought everyone was nice. I was a walk in,but it is best to have an appointment. Loved how my nails looked. They had customers that you could tell were loyal to them. I think that says a lot. I scheduled a pedicure the next day since I was so pleased with the results. So glad I found this place.

Just left my pedicure with a boo boo on my little toe and dry skin on my feet. No lotion or nothing! That's a $130.00 pedicure

Having had nails on and off over a 35 year period and nail service literally all over the world, this was one of my worst experiences. My technician was either new or really that bad. She hurt me when removing my gel polish and my two toes on my foot are so sore and red. The sole of my right foot is sore from the scrubbing with the smoother. I get a pedi every 2 weeks and they are in great shape. Now my foot is killing me. She didn't massage my feet or legs and I had to ask for lotion to be applied to my feet. My mani was just as bad. I actually asked her to stop and just put the gel polish because she was hurting me with the cuticle nippers. I am sure you all are saying why is she complaining. Well after being charged $130.00 for a gel mani and pedi, and getting horrible service, I am sure you would complain as well. I can go to another salon, a bit further and get great service, no pain and for way less. Think again if you want to go here. Oh, and the guy said " He'll no I won't wear a mask, if people get covid they will just die " so sad to see people just don't care about others. Oh nails is definately not a place to be if you want to be safe and healthy. Not to mention a horrible nail service. Does this look like a foot that just got a 130.00 pedicure???? I think not!!!

Scheduling is tough, you need to be ready to wait to get in, but I find that's the same with any specialist. I've had a few minor surgeries here and all went well, healed great, and I felt safe in their care. If you need a dermatologist, this place is worth the drive from where you are.

We are hoping that this will be the last treatment for the pre- cancerous cells. We are always treated as valued patients when we come to see Dr. Lin. Her staff is knowledgeable and helpful. They can answer your questions or if not, they will have the answer before you leave! It's a place where you can get honest answers about serious issues. Dr. Lin has always been pro-active about the problems with my skin as well as Johns! I would recommend this practice for any skin care issues!

DO NOT GO HERE. Probably one of the worst dermatology places I have ever been to. There have been a…read moremyriad of red flags since I have started there, one starting with me being prescribed an acne medication which resulted in multiple bad reactions from me, to then calling and leaving a voicemail how it wasn't helping me (you know since they never answer their phone or are open long enough to get ahold of them) and them just prescribing me a new one without calling me or notifying me any way. I found out when I picked up my prescriptions and literally looked at it confused as I didn't know what it was. That's when I called and talked to this snippy nurse who said "so you didn't get a call on October 3rd at blah blah blah?" I clearly did not as that's why I was calling and simply wanted to know what this was and what the side effects were. So red flag one was that. Second red flag was my birth control not being sent in to the pharmacy for about the 3rd time, resulting in me missing many days and messing up my cycle, hormones, and overall period. I called in March of 2026 asking why it wasn't refilled, and that's when I was notified my Dr, Dr. Rupert left the practice and that I essentially had to find a new dr in order for it to be prescribed. Now, anyone with common sense would say, "that's not fair". I was never told she was leaving, and when I called they said they sent out letters about this. Never once received a letter and I had to be the one to find this out Instead of being professionally and properly informed like a dr's office should. Again, talked to a snippy nurse (everyone except the receptionist are angry elves I suppose) where she said I would have to find a new dr in order to get this. Frustrated and angry I reached out to my NP for it, but then went and go OTC ones at target. THEN, they suddenly started getting prescribed again? So, why was I told they were not able to if they then randomly started them again? Now, my last red flag was from today. That one random medication I was prescribed in October that I mentioned earlier was Spirolactone. I recently ran out this past week and went onto my CVS app to see why, and it said it was due to Dr. Rupert leaving. So, all this week I try calling them and again, they were somehow always not there or on their lunch break or closed already at 4:30. I'm trying to balance this as a 24 year old woman who works full time as well as is a full time student. I finally get ahold of them and talk to one of the rudest, cold nurses I have ever spoken to, the lovely Nurse Lisa I explain the spirolactone problem to her and instead of speaking to me with humility and compassion, automatically plays the blame game and says it's due to me not scheduling a follow up the last time I came and that I was informed of this in March. First of all, in March, I AM the one who called about my birth control not being filled, not them contacting me. And that's when I was informed if I want it prescribed again I need to find a new dr and see them. I won't lie, I was frustrated and more snippy because her tone automatically set me off of that this was my fault and she didn't care to listen nor help me. So she starts the blame game and I tell her that that was for the BC and if you guys only prescribe things for after a year, why has it almost been a year and a half and you're still doing it and then suddenly stop and one, not give me any warning, and two this is MONTHS after Dr. Rupert left. I listened when they said I needed to see a new dr for the birth control and have now switched to my NP, but for this spirolactone, I was still getting it from them. I have been off of it for about 5 days now and when you stop a medication like that, you clearly have side effects like getting dizzy, which I was getting. So I am trying to explain this all to the warm and fuzzy Dr. Lisa, you has straight attitude towards me, isn't letting me speak and cuts me off and tells me to not Interrupt her. I say are you kidding me, first of all do not tell me what to do, And she starts laughing and says I'm hanging up on you now. I tell her I'm calling HR or whoever on you and she laughs again and says this is your fault and hangs up on me. So I call again and am transferred to their office manager Rachelle who I of course had to leave a message for and now I'm here complaining. This surgical place has always has so many freaking problems with one even answering you, two getting you in, and three just being straight up rude (the receptionist Molly was a sweetheart though). I am clearly THEIR patient who is upset, experiencing scary symptoms from them not refilling my meds, and instead of Nurse Lisa coming in with humility, compassion, and overall customer service and ready to listen to a clearly frustrated patient in distress, she turned into a Karen (who is shocked with a name like Lisa who is a nurse, always the mean girls) who didn't listen and demonstrated horrible skills as a nurse.

This spot could easily be renamed: "Alvera Body Wrap & Wellness Spa-aaah!"…read more Excellent firm pressure massage by Karen. Great, relaxing vibe and she's very responsive to... well, everything. You want the table a little warmer/ cooler? Got it. Want to lighten the pressure in certain areas? Sure, no problem! Curious about how 'x' pain connects to 'y' limb? You'll get an accurate, thoughtful response. Lights lower, music softer? She's on it. No stress added that I arrived a couple minutes late. She apparently had time, so she tacked those couple minutes on to the end and I got as many minutes as I actually paid for - that's always super appreciated! It would be nice if the room was a little more soundproofed or located further back in the building away from the road; I could hear lunch hour traffic rushing by on the street about 20 yd away. But other than that, this was a great massage, and I've had plenty over the decades. A lot of therapists these days slop through the motions, but Karen really has a pinpoint, accurate understanding of the human body and I give her full props for 90 minutes of targeted, firm pressure body work. Me having slightly arthritic hands, I greatly appreciate her stamina! I left the appointment, amazed with an amount of flexibility in my neck and shoulders I haven't felt in probably 10 years. My 82 yo mom loves it here, too. There's a plethora of skilled service providers and lots of face, body, general wellness treatments to choose from.
