We have never had them, but customers were coming in and ordering a dozen at a time, so I feel like these are very popular here. They also have a great selection of coffees and lattes. Their prices are on par and reasonable. The staff were personable and friendly. There is a small area to sit inside although that fills up pretty quickly on a weekend. There is online ordering although, one of the staff told me they shut it down when they are really busy. Young people, old people (like me) all seemed to enjoy coming in here. Since it was early and I thought I may have misunderstood the gift card situation as well, I assumed I had made a mistake and we ordered another bagel. Then my son noticed that the bag was marked "Order 1 of 2," confirming that there were two items/bags associated with our order. My husband went back inside to explain that we had originally ordered and paid for two bagels, but had only received one, and that we had then been charged for an additional bagel. Unfortunately, we did not have the receipt, but we were very clear about what we had ordered. My husband has since checked his credit card statement and discovered that instead of being credited for the issue, he was charged again--leaving us charged for four bagels when we ordered two. The combination of the rude interaction, the missing item, and ultimately being charged for twice the number of bagels we ordered was disappointing. We would appreciate this being reviewed and corrected.
