I am disappointed that I have to report such bad service. My wife and I ordered 2 tuna salads. Both salads had old greens that were decaying with black slime, that smeared and turned our plates black. We showed the food to the server, who then took both plates away and asked us "what do you want me to do?". We were shocked that she had no ideas what she should do. She was upset at us because SHE had served us poor quality food! We waited and she never returned until we had to get her attention. She made no offer to rectify the matter. I don't know how anyone can eat here, this place is garbage. I came once--first and last time--and tried the yakiudon with shrimp. Now I'm not a chef or work in the food industry but I know when shrimp is reheated in the microwave several times and that's what I was served here. I came here for all you can eat at lunch hour and it was the worst service and food I've ever had at a sushi restaurant. I was there for approximately 2 hours because our 3rd round never showed up because the 2 chefs got into a fist fight it was completely unprofessional and embarrassing knowing I recommend this place to others. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've had in years. My coworker and I came on our lunch break for all you can eat. While searching through the menu we discovered most of the desirable rolls were not included in the all you can eat menu. We ordered 3 rolls and after feeling dissatisfied we asked if we could pay full price for the ones we ordered so we could eat all the rolls we wanted. rich, the disgruntled chef told us we would have to pay the $25ea for the 3 all you can eat rolls and full price for the additional orders. By this time, another young lady told him she doesn't eat meat but was wondering what her options were. He told her he does not have rolls without meat and all should would get was avocado and lettuce.. We were unanimously appalled... Furthermore, the sushi rolls were of inconsistent quality and the waitress was acting seemingly clueless. Not much communication other than his muttering in his native language and slamming of dishes. I will never be back and never refer my clients and friends here. read more

I enjoyed the food here and service. I ordered a bowl of ramen that was definitely bigger than my head and couldn't finish it. The broth was seasoned so well and I definitely think it was made from scratch. Didn't taste like it was from a bag like other sushi restaurants. I also tried a few rolls which were good. I have given this place chance after chance after chance. The first couple of times I went were decent but it just went downhill from there. The fish is definitely not fresh, but then again you can't expect a sushi restaurant in the inland empire to have the FRESHEST tasting fish. The last time I went they charged my card two times. When I went back to the restaurant to tell them it was a big hassle of the owner not answering the phone and only coming in on Fridays. I even showed them my bank statement which proved that I had been charged twice for the same visit! The manager on duty, Amy, called me right after I left and claimed that it was my bank that messed up and there were "so many people" at the table to maybe Ohana staff got confused. There were three people at the table and two separate checks. She then called me at 9:30 to tell me that they HAD actually charged me twice. I will not be returning for the sole fact that it took so long to get my money back and it's not that great of a restaurant anyway. read more

This is our go to sushi spot. Living in the I.E. it is hard to find good quality sushi with a decent variety of fresh and cooked rolls/hand rolls. They offer the option for all you can eat or order off the menu. My family and I always just order multiple rolls and sushi off the menu and just share. The environment is newly remodeled and their servers are always so kind to us (we go there pretty often). We usually get their Jessica Alba roll, tempura Philadelphia roll (not sure if this is on the menu), golden tiger roll, and try a variety as we feel. They don't really have much of a kids menu, although we usually order miso soup and chicken teriyaki for our toddler. They do get busy at times during the weekends for dinner so I would recommend going in earlier. I mentioned the restaurant was newly remodeled, but they cut the space in half although they do offer more seating in a sectioned off room in the back. It's good for families and large groups. Definitely recommend this sushi restaurant out of all of the local ones in our area. read more

This restaurant was a joke, not real Japanese food. I ordered a ramen for 10 dollars and they gave me instant noodle with some chicken. You must be kidding me!!!! I have been to Japanese restaurant and I know what ramen is. I want REAL RAMEN!!!!!! I really do not like korean style Japanese food. When we walked in we were told to sit where ever by one of the host/waitress and as we were going to our booth of preference she yells at our group of 4 to sit in a different spot because that booth was only to be used for a party of 8. After we were sat at the table we ordered drinks and the waitress took about 20 minutes to take our order. Mind you it was not busy at all, just about 5 other tables being used that already had their food. After she took our order the service took about 40 minutes for us to get our food. I understand that it is not fast food but no one else was ordering. When we asked for additional spicy mayo it took a long time. There was another waitress/host that was nicer to us. My family and I go try it out for the first time which was a huge mistake. We got in sat down ordered food so good so far. The food got there started going down hill from there. Was eating our meal when one of our party's great friends came in to say goodbye as they were moving that day out of town, they sat down for 2 minutes and were told if they were not going to buy them they had to leave.
