Another visit, more delicious food and great service. We really feel like this location is a hidden gem in Columbus. Weve never had a bad experience here and the food is always enjoyable!

Very quick to be attended to! They were just setting up outside all of their Christmas decorations and inside is very cool having all different people born in Ohio on the walls. Came just for drinks this time, and got 5 different beers brewed by them. The Christmas ale was extremely good with lots of spices, their Czech Pils was great, and their stout/porter they had was pretty good as well - a bit thick/syrupy but had good flavor throughout the sip. Definitely a place worth checking out and looking around at inside!

We loved it here! Great venue off the beaten path. Great beer, very drinkable, kind customer service with yummy food.

Certified Seger Bar I frequent this bar multiple times a week. Great in house drafts. Their hazy IPA is great. Good seasonal selection as well. The food is great. Chef does well crafting his menu. If the beer and food didn't sell you, the service will. Everyone that works here is happy to serve you.

My friend chose this place for dinner. It was a Monday night so it wasn't all that busy. Tons of parking spaces open. It's a large place! Tons of seating and TVs to catch the baseball and basketball games. Service was slow. Maybe because they weren't busy? Our server hardly came by to check on us so it took a while to get our drinks and even to get our check. We shared the pretzel sticks with cheese. Delicious! For entrees I got the Reuben while my friends got the carnitas tacos and shrimp po boy. Decent. They forgot to add the sauce to my Reuben so it wasn't great. Lacking flavorful. Kinda disappointing. I did like the drinks, the homemade chips, and the space overall. It's very Ohio-themed. See if you can spot Brutus upside down.

Really good brunch today. I loved the yogurt bar with fruit and granola and the breakfast potatoes were really good!

This venue is spacious and features a fantastic patio. It is situated between an industrial area and a gentrifying neighborhood, offering better-than-expected location and views. There's a wonderful patio outside with some shade, but it was hot enough that we opted to stay inside. The venue has a great bar, high-tops, low-tops, and plenty of seating. The service is top-notch, making you feel valued and well taken care of. It's even kid-friendly; we saw several other kids, and the server was attentive to their needs, which was much appreciated. We really enjoy this place. We've tried the Shrimp Po Boy, which is loaded with Grilled Gulf shrimp, spicy remoulade, shaved green cabbage slaw, and roasted tomato on a harvest bun. We also had the MUSHROOM & SWISS BURGER, which consists of two 3-oz Ohio beef patties topped with Swiss cheese and bacon, served on a toasted brioche bun (I requested it without the cheese). Another dish we enjoyed was the BREU-BENOBC, which is Pitchback Session IPA-braised corned beef, sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese dressed with 1000-Island and served on rye bread. Everything we've tried here has been excellent. They have 12 of their beers on tap, but we tend to favor the Lulet and the President Pilsner. There are plenty of TVs showing sports. It can get loud and probably raucous when crowded (we went right after they opened on a Friday, and it was slow but picking up). It's definitely an excellent place to have a beer, some food, and maybe watch a game. Bring your family or your friends.

My experience: good food (with several tantalizing menu and off-menu options), better beer, even better service, exceptional Ohio-themed interior and convenient parking. Sign me up! (Actually, I signed myself up to their loyalty program after this visit.)

OBC probably has the coolest aesthetics out of any brewery I've been to in town. It starts on the exterior, with a bull statue on the roundabout entrance. Inside, they have decor and artwork floor to ceiling, with industrial yet rustic vibes. Happy hour specials are Monday through Thursday with $1 off pints, $2 off flights (five 5oz pours). The flights are served on a wooden Ohio board which fits the name and feel of the place. They also have a wide menu, centered around pizza and flatbreads, but don't sleep on the burgers and sandwiches.

I like it. I want to come back. It feels a little out of the way from the other places you might hang out. I don't imagine I'll be walking here from anywhere. But drive over or get an uber. There's plenty of places you hang out within a mile of here. It's worth the trip. I tried 5 beers and liked 3 of them, which is pretty good! Flights are generous pours, but costs $14.50. Decent food options, but I didn't try anything. Apps, sandwiches, pizza, and flatbreads. Happy hour specials daily, but I didn't inquire, because I just needed to try a flight to find what I liked. The best thing about the place by far is the decor and the space in general. It's a former train station and post office turned box factory turned brewery. What a great building!! Hidden gem. The company has had a brewery out of the Cleveland area for over 20 years. They made the right choice opening up a space here in Columbus! I look forward to coming back and getting an IPA again.

My friend and I checked out Ohio Brewing Columbus for dinner and drinks. This was our first time visiting. The restaurant has plenty of parking spots. They also have a large outdoor dining section. When we arrived there were many open tables. The host greeted us and walked us to our table. The decor in the restaurant was unique, including a prop plane flown by Brutus. Starting off we ordered a couple of beers from their offerings. I got a Nitro Stout. It tasted good with a little bitterness. We also got chips with Beer cheese. The chips were crisp and paired well with the smooth cheese. For my entree I opted for the carnitas tacos. The carnitas tasted great, but the slaw made the tacos a little watery. Overall everything was good at Ohio Brewing Columbus. The price of the items is the only thing from going with a perfect score. I may visit again if they have any good happy hour specials. Their brunch offerings also interested me.

    Sad deviled eggs.

We found ourselves here in a sudden thunderstorm. Great way to wait out the rain! Really great decor - Ohio-natives who made it famous pictured throughout plus lots of other items. Who knew how many famous people hailed from Ohio? Interesting beer - I tried a Belgian wit and it was so good. Sadly, I can't recommend the deviled eggs. They were just sad. Looked mass produced or something. The pizza was meh. Crust was thick and soft, no crisp. Toppings lacked flavor. Burgers that others ordered looked good with generous stack of fries or onion rings.

    Amazing space

This is another instance where I wish I could do half stars. 3 doesn't seem like enough but 4 seems like too much. It's really a 3.5 This was our first time in. The building is super awesome. The decor and the murals and the space. All very cool. They were really busy and got our food and drinks out pretty quickly. Everything was ok. The beers were ok. The drinks were ok. The food was ok. I got the Reuben. It was decent. The beer cheese and chips were delicious. The beer cheese was great. My husband got the Cuban and enjoyed it. It's pretty pricey for what you get. My Reuben was $16.50 and it was a $2 up charge for fries that I didn't realize til I got the bill. Yep friends got the carnitas flatbread and it has also no meat on it. I dunno. Maybe we will try it again another time.

    Grab and go house beers.

This place knows how to make your taste buds do the happy dance. We didn't have to wait long for our food, which was a blessing because I was *hangry*. When the food came out, it was hot, fresh, and basically screamed, "Eat me now!" My son went for the mushroom Swiss burger, which he devoured like he hadn't eaten in weeks. I opted for the classic cheeseburger with fries -- simple, juicy, and absolutely perfect. Oh, and as if one meal wasn't enough, my son also ordered a chicken sandwich. He declared it "the best ever," which is saying something because this kid is a chicken sandwich connoisseur. The television entertainment was the Cartoon Network, which made me know this was a special place. Preston's, you've earned a special place in our hearts (and stomachs). The beauty of a Saturday afternoon is there were sports on and TVs hanging on the walls. That made the wait easy. Boy do they know their stuff bc it was pretty much one hour to the minute when they called our name and escorted us to our table. We sat in a booth and took in on the collection of various items around the bar that have been gathered through the years and had some laughs at some of it. It was almost like a fun game of eye spy! They came to take our drink order and by the time they returned we were ready to order. We chatted for a bit and our food came out in what seemed to be a good time. I ordered the Patty Melt with onion straws. My husband got the Thurman Burger. We were surprised by its size when they came carrying it out to our table. Believe it or not he ate every single bite. Said it was delicious. Mine was equally as delicious. Maybe not quite as big but that was fine by me. I actually quite enjoyed that they served the 1000 island on the side. It made it way easier to eat. The cheese was nice and gooey. Just perfect. The onion straws were good too. I shared those with my husband. They were actually just as good on their own as they were dipped in any kind of sauce. That's big coming from me bc I love dipping! We got a box for our leftovers and headed out happy with a great first time experience here.

Arrived approximately 3:30pm - restaurant basically empty (maybe 5 tables total occupied). Went to check in for 2 and the host said he had reservations at 5. Huh? So I asked do you mean you can't seat us until 5? And he said no, that we need to leave by then because other people are coming. I thought that was very weird and unprofessional. I've never had an experience like that before. It's a basic sit down place, why would you think we'd linger for more than an hour and a half? Whatever, weird feeling, but we were seated.
