Really great selection of cigars that are decently priced. The sales people on the retail side are highly knowledgeable on Cigars. They have a nice lounge which you can enjoy free and bring your own liquor with no cork fee.They also have a keurig coffee maker if you want to have a cup of Joe while your there. Nice plush leather lounge chair with your own ashtrays. I met one of the owners while smoking a nice Arturo Fuente Work of Art, in the lounge. He was very friendly and offered a lot of advice on the Cigars and about membership. They offer discounts for all Law enforcement, Fire Dept. and Military personnel. The other members I met with in the lounge were also friendly. It was a nice experience to hang out and smoke there. Next time ill bring some nice Scotch to enjoy my Stogie. read more

This is definitely a lounge I would make time to visit whenever I'm in the area!! They have a great selection, extremely friendly staff, and the usual suspects (there has always been a familiar face when I've come in). They have a cozy indoor lounge with tables and leather chairs and some seating out side. They provide WiFi and have a couple large flat screens to catch the game while killing time with a cigar. Conveniently, they've got Hooters across the parking lot so you can easily grab a bite to eat before or after a smoke. read more

Nice place for people like hubby who just wants to enjoy a quiet afternoon with a lit cigar between fingers. I checked it out for the well being of hubby. :p. It's been over a year since my last review I can honestly say the lounge has gotten better. For me, it's been a place of comfort and camaraderie. Many of the members have since become great friends. The owners are attentive to the customers needs and wants, and the staff has done a great job getting to know their customers and the types of cigars we regularly like to smoke. As for cigars, the selection has greatly improved with a bigger selection of boutique brands (IE Viaje, J Fuego, Ezra Zion). My palate has improved and knowledge expanded, especially after one of the events where we had the opportunity to blend our own cigars. Also impressive is the list of cigar makers/owners who have attended the lounge for events, or just happened by as they were in the area. Some notables have been Rocky Patel, Matt Booth, Jesus Fuego, and Bill Paley. Everyone form the owners to the customers have taken a real ownership to make sure new customers feel warm and welcome. I don't smoke cigars, my trip there was to pick up a gift for someone else, so my knowledge about cigars is minimal at best. They took the time to help me pick out some that the person would probably like, but also made it even better by giving little reviews of what to expect from each cigar and gave me a box to present them. Customer service: 5/5! Prices: no idea how they compare to other to other places, but I wasn't sticker shocked by any means. If you're in the market, this is certainly where I'd start. read more

One of my favorite spots to smoke and watch a game well at least it was until this employee David cut the TV's off immediately after the last play of the game. He didn't even allow us to watch the replay of the last play. He didn't make an announcement or say anything, just turned the TVs off. I've never experienced someone SO RUDE to it's customers, especially since I just spent over a $100 on cigars. This place has great clientele and most of the employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. This makes me rethink going there, especially if this David clown is working! Just recently found this great cigar lounge. Located not far from where I work, I pop in during the occasional lunch break to buy cigars and chat with the regular folks who gather here. Everyone, from the staff ... to owners ... to patrons, are great. Helpful with the products and you really feel welcome. Their pricing is very reasonable and the venue is clean. The staff is professional and very helpful. And you have the option of smoking on premises. Wow! Don't see that very often. I would highly recommend this establishment to any cigar or pipe smoker. I just recently got into cigars and wanted to check out a lounge for the first time. Met Jeb, the manager, over the counter and explained to him that I was a newbie. The reaction smile on his face said it all. He was so eager to help find the right stick for me. He started asking questions as to what I liked to narrow down some options. I mostly smoked infused cigars at the time and wanted to step up to a natural cigar. After going over the options he gave, I chose the DE Undercrown Shade. He even cut and lit the cigar for me. He gave me a quick tour of the lounge and I hung out for the next 45 minutes. As expected, I thought it was a great stick and his recommendation was spot on. Plenty of comfortable chairs and ash trays throughout. They have big screen TVs and a small bar for drinks. Very comfortable atmosphere, the air exchangers worked well in the space. Can't wait to go back when I'm in the area again. If I lived closer, I would definitely go here more often and apply for membership. First thing you get when you walk in is a warm greeting and a plethora of cigars along two walls of humidors stocked to the brim. Joel, the guy that ended up helping me was more than helpful in giving me some advice to finding a cigar to my liking. Something creamy and mild for a newbie? How's about an Ashton Classic Magnum? After offering a cut and a light, Joel was nice enough to fill me on on what I was missing and make some small talk. A classy lounge with leather chairs and more than ample seating. Lockers are available for those regulars out there. At the bar that is currently in the works, they have coffee and bottled water available. The TV is always set whatever sporting event is on. The air filtration system was great too, no heavy smoke lingering- just the guys enjoying their stogies and chatting. Friendly patrons and even friendlier help- if I didn't have places to be, I'd probably never leave! As far as inventory is concerned, there's a stick for every budget and every palate under the sun. The cigars all looked to be in optimal condition and ready to light up. For a newbie like myself, they were good enough to give a few recommendations for the future setting me up to be a return customer. Great all around cigar shop . I'm only 18 years old and I'm not going to lie I look a little thuggish, but I walked in looking at the cigars and they helped me out instantly! I had went here to shop for my dad. I told him what he liked and they gave me many suggestions. I also got many cigars for my self. The thing I love about this shop is that the person who was helping me stayed with me the whole time. I swear I was looking at cigars for like 20 minutes and he was with me the whole time and told me what I would and wouldn't like. And I'm going in to the Marines soon and he was very happy to see another citizen becoming a marine. The customers were very nice as well, an infantry Marine came to talk to me and was very cool and funny. I will be coming here every time I'm on leave for sure. read more

Loved the feel and vibe. My first time there was everything I hoped for in a cigar shop. I'm not an expert when it comes to cigars but I do appreciate the once or twice per year celebratory smokes. It felt great to be able to ask questions without being made to feel stupid. One of the owners heard me ask questions with a staff member and he came out from the lounge just to welcome me and introduce himself. He offered me great service and I felt truly appreciated. I have been here multiple occasions. First with my father and then a few more with my boyfriend and a few friends. We are all in our early 20's and sometimes come dressed in street attire (tennis shoes, baseball caps). We have never been judged and have always been taken seriously. Nice enough staff, and they had a deal buy 4 get 1 free, buy 10 get 3 free. Well that seemed like a bargain--until I got home and checked prices. They were charging ~20% to 50% above MSRP on their cigars. Not sure I'll go back. There are better cigar stores around. read more

The cigar selection is more than adequate. The staff is helpful. To me, though, what makes it stand out is the Pakistani restaurant next door. I have been coming to this Cigar lounge since it opened. The management and the owners of this establishment are great bunch of real cigar aficionados which makes it great. They have a great selection of cigars and accessories for anyone's taste. No need to pay to use the lounge as far is you buy your cigars or pipe tobacco from them. Let me start off by saying I live in Los Gatos, 32 miles away from this shop and have at least 5 other cigar lounges much closer to me. I decided to visit Ohlone Cigar Lounge because I had never smoked at a lounge before and read that they have to best air circulation in the bay area. I was not disappointed. I am pretty new to cigar smoking and showed up with some trepidation, but was immediately made to feel comfortable. I told the shop keeper (Ryan) that I was new to smoking and needed some help picking something out because they did not carry the 1 cigar that I knew I liked. He made a suggestion (CLE Prieto) and it is now my new favorite. I have returned 3 more times in 3 weeks and enjoyed every suggestion he has made. I was a little bummed to find out that they were now out of this new cigar that I had discovered. It is not a common cigar to find in stock anywhere but I was assured it has already been ordered for replenishment. When I asked about getting a box for myself, without hesitation, Ryan offered to add another box to the order and would let me know when it comes in. The regulars there are very friendly and accommodating. I have read some other reviews that mention that there are cliques here and that people do not welcome "outsiders". Let me 1st say, of course there are cliques, because this is a place where buddies come to hangout together. While there are tight knit groups here, everyone is friendly and courteous with each other. I have not been made to feel unwelcome by anyone. It says a lot that I have continued to spend over an hour in traffic to come here to smoke a cigar. I have other options, but this place is clean and comfortable, and I am not the most social person. You can come here and smoke in peace by yourself or choose to chat with others. I just wish this place was closer because I would become a regular and a member without hesitation.
