I have been going to this place for years and always quick, efficient and well priced. I went in last week for because my check engine light was on. Miguel was a huge help, said my car doesn't quite need an oil change yet, and replaced all fluids and added some oil. He used his diagnostic tool to find the root of the check engine light and let me know it was oxygen sensor on my catalytic converter. He let me know what it does, how it effects my car etc. Just running the diagnostic test is $100 at the toyota dealership that I bought my car at. My tires were running low on air so I pulled into Oil Changers. I told the service person that I didn't need an oil change, I just needed air in my tires. He told me that Oil Changers doesn't charge for putting air in tires. So come on in and I'll put air in the tires. He put air in my tires, and then I was on my way. Now that's great service! I rarely drive my 2022 Honda Civic. After one year, there is only 755 miles on it. I went to Oil Changers on Treat and Oak Grove to see if the car needed to have the oil changed. Kenny was awesome! He stated that I should take the car to the dealership because I had not driven the 5000 - 7000 miles typically required for an oil change. He checked the oil level, topped it off, and then refilled the windshield wiper fluid, free of charge. read more

I'm a believer of second chances, but unfortunately I gave them their second chance. Now what can you expect for a oil change, from a place called oil changers...? Well you can expect an oil change after about an hour and a half to two hours. - each car takes 30 minutes once in the bay - plenty of employees on top level, doing nothing. Literally standing with blank stares. Today, they were playing with a random dog inside the bay. - $53.00 for an oil change - once a car is behind you, you are trapped for a long long wait. I would not recommend this place. The oil change may be adequate (which is the goal) but due to the lack of professionalism, work ethic, and desire to provide customer service, I have no doubt eventually people will encounter issues mechanically. I personally would hate to be on that side. The only employee working hard was a smaller statured fellow by name of Carlos, who was moving with a purpose. On the flip, I watch his counterpart, Evion, do the exact opposite. They need a better manager to run this place. Lastly, based upon the other reviews, a corporate business person will reply and say sorry. I can tell you the people are not the same people working here. read more

I went in for an oil change on Monday 9/11/23 and I wish I could remember his name but he told me that I came in early and didn't need a change until a later date. He and his co workers were respectful and nice. They explained the procedure and I came in 2000 miles early. They proceeded to check my oil level, my tire pressure, cleaned my windshield and topped off my windshield fluid. They were so pleasant I wish I could remember their names. I used to take my cars here for regular oil changes but after this morning's experience, never again! The service attendant was not only extremely rude he was actually hostile! I asked to speak with the manager, he told me there was no manager on site. Puzzled by his attitude I asked to speak with a manager, he asked me why do I need to speak with a manager, I told him that I wanted to complain about him. He reluctantly called another coworker and told me that was the manager. Doubtful that he was a manager I asked for the corporate phone number he asked for my name and number so that corporate would call me and it's against their policies to give out the corporate phone number! This is an update to my last review after my previous oil change. I noticed there was a bit of an overfill after I checked my oil just a few weeks after this service, which is very unusual because they almost always nail it perfectly. But this last time the pumps were down so they had to fill the oil manually and that probably caused the 1/2 quart overfill. So I contacted support and Hai, who is the regional supervisor, replied immediately and we scheduled a check - he came all the way out from Hayward late tonight when they were closing to have a look and he redid the entire oil change including the filter and showed me everything including the old and new filter. This was above and beyond, and yet another reason why I'll keep coming back as I've done regularly for the last 13 years or so ! The other oil change places don't do this. read more

Service not good at all. Oil spilled into engine bay. Air cabin filter removed & asked if needed replacement which I said Yes. It was never replaced & I was not told it wasn't. I found out for myself after seeing receipt, pulling over & saw it was never replaced. At least tell the consumer you don't have any in stock! One of the mechanics there said my oil was dirty & black. He also said my vehicle was way overdue for an oil change saying I should not wait till 20,000 miles. Little did he know that Sprinter 3500 Mercedes' Benz Diesels only require oil changes every 20,000 miles. Showed him the facts & he said little afterwards. Next morning I'm driving down 680 & notification lights up on dash saying too much oil in engine. I went back to location & stated the problem. Very irritating! The mechanic in duty who was not there the day before was much more helpful. Just as well because I'm not sure if I would be kept my composure! read more

Please stay away from this Service center. They do not train their oil technicians. Due to the lack of knowledge these technicians have the made a very costly mistake to my Acura. I am a single mom of 5 and I was just trying to maintain my vehicle. I was unaware that older cars with high mileage are not good candidates for transmission fluid changes. But as I was told by Honda and Acura that these technicians if they were trained correctly should have never changed the fluid in my transmission. A week ago my car started running rough in the lower gears and so I had my transmission fluid checked and it was almost black. As you can imagine this was shocking given that I just had my transmission fluid changed on October 15th 2021. That's not the worst part, they put the wrong transmission fluid in my car. Acura cars are very sensitive and although other brands say they are versatile but this particular year cannot take universal fluids and this is exactly what the certified mechanics from Acura told me. My car is all I have, and now it's undriveable. I go to school full time, work for Instacart, and take my kids to and from school. Now I can no longer do those vital things. I spoke to Tony Campbell who is head of customer service said there is nothing he can do and will not take responsibility for his poorly trained technicians. He's perfectly fine with ruining a mothers only mode of transportation. Stay clear of this location as they have no morals or ethics. As I was making a review on Facebook about the poor services I've received. I noticed the store manager recommending this location so I clicked on his profile and found that this manager like to post pictures of him smoking weed. I'm not anti-weed but if you're a manager I expect a level of professionalism especially when you're working on peoples cars. Just a quick note that the manager and another technician was who worked on my car initially. read more
