BEWARE: even if they ask you if you've been there before, they check your license plate, tell you to pop your hood, and you sit in line for an hour, don't be lulled into thinking they will have your oil or filter in stock. Why would an oil changer have oil and filters? Silly me! If you'd like a place to sit in line for over an hour just for them to shake their head and send you away, then sure, try this place. I'm going on a road trip and needed my oil changed and my friend told me about this drive through spot so I came over from Martinez. A different experience than Jiffy Lube. You stay in your car and roll slowly forward until it's your turn. You stay in your car while they change the oil. The rep wasn't happy I didn't go for the radiator flush. He didn't reset my service light so I looked up a few videos on YouTube for my make/ model. Price is similar to JLube and others. I have a 2022 Nissan Altima... typically most people avoid car dealerships because of the high prices but at the dealership I am able to get an oil change and tire rotation for about $100.. I came here and they gave me premium oil without even asking!!! Came on a busy Saturday, but I waited 15 mins to get in, just in time before the line of cars behind me. From start to finish it took 38 minutes to complete. Employees were professional and explained the $90 charge because of the need for synthetic oil in my vehicle. After using a $7 coupon, it brought down the price down a bit. Drove by here for years and decided to give them a try. I was very pleasantly surprised. Drive on up, first come first serve. Sometimes there is a big line, especially on weekends, but sometimes not. Timing is everything. When it is your turn, you just drive into the "lube bay" and stay in your vehicle. No lift is used so there is no chance of any damage to vehicle caused by lifting it into the air. There is a sunken work area under the vehicle so the workers can stand under the vehicle and work. The techs do a check of all your lights, signals and tire pressure. They even checked the cabin air filter. I didn't even know my car had a cabin air filter!! Highly recommended. read more

So this Oil Changers on Treat & Oak Grove closes at 6pm on Saturdays. They take their last cars at 5:45pm. I get there at 5:46pm and these guys won't make any exception to take me, a regular customer of theirs for the past 2 years.. Quick oil service . BUT they "filled" my car tires with air...except once I left one of my tires had 24 PSI (it's supposed to be over 30 PSI) so I had to go to a gas station to fill it. You'd think mechanics would know how to fill air into tires, but I guess thats asking a lot. read more

I went to this Oil Changers today for a simple oil change and left with hundreds of dollars worth of damage on a car that I can no longer drive. The Manager Antonio Velasquez is super unprofessional and does not care about customers. I went to this Oil Changers this morning a little past 9 AM to get an oil change. Usually I don't pay much attention as I usually don't have issues, but over 4 technicians were involved with my oil change. I noticed 2 technicians who took turns trying to open something near where my radiator hose was damaged. I couldn't see what this was nor did I ask as I thought nothing of it, but I'm concerned this is what caused the radiator to break and cause my car to smoke up. I drove away and a few blocks down my car started smoking up a lot. I was so scared as it was a giant cloud of smoke coming from my hood. I decided to called the shop since it had only been about 3 minutes since I drove away and they told me to go back. I go back to the shop to have a technician check it out and 3 technicians were involved in checking it. They tell me that my radiator hose is broken and told me they were not involved at all and it was my fault. I can understand not wanting to take the blame for something, but why is it that suddenly my radiator hose breaks after they were under my hood for over 20 minutes and drove away. They claim it could have happened at anytime, but it happened after they were under my hood. As mentioned I saw them struggling with trying to open something on that side and for all I know they could have pushed down on it causing it to break. The hose is made out of plastic, so it could easily be damaged by someone inexperienced or careless. A technician named Antonio Velasquez, who did not care to introduce himself as the manager, kept telling me it was not their fault and it was my own. He handed me the broken part and walked away. At that point I needed to be towed before my phone died and eventually had AAA to my rescue. Once I got home I was able to call Oil Changers and request a call back from the manager. I spoke to Antonio about an hour later and when I was starting to explain the situation he informs me that he was aware because he was there. I told Antonio why didn't he introduce himself as the manager and he said he didn't know he was supposed to. He should've known to do so as the manager especially in a situation like this. Anyways he tells me again it is not his fault and he won't do anything to help me. It was a pointless call and I'm really sad that I'm now out of a car. This location does not want to take blame for their unprofessionalism and I'm now stuck with hundreds dollars worth of damage. I'm going to be taking this up with corporate or legal action if necessary. read more

One of them would act like they were using the force to make my car move forward and stop.
