Oil changers is usually fast and efficient. I was there when they opened first in line and still took 50 minutes to do an oil change. I dont mind waiting but there was zero communication from the staff on what was taking so long. I was also overcharged compared to my usual oil changes on similiar vehicles. May want to avoid this place. Staff spends more time on their cell phones then servicing cars. read more

Fast and professional service I was running behind today on my schedule and I stopped in to get an oil change they had me in-and-out in about 15 minutes even with the car ahead of me it only took about 30 minutes total to get everything done. They're fast efficient knowledgeable and they let you know exactly what you need and nothing more. they give you recommendations On future services that you might need or anything that might be pressing. I got in and out in a timely fashion. Definitely 5 star service definitely worth the rate that I paid. I recently visited this Oil Changers location to get my wife's car serviced. The experience at the shop was fine, it's what happened next that really has motivated me to write this review. So I get home park the car and gave my wife the keys thinking nothing more of it. Two days later I notice a massive oil spill on my driveway. After some troubleshooting I find the problem, someone did not tighten my oil filter so the car literally leaked all the oil in it's engine on my driveway. So I went and bought some oil to refill the engine and spent hours cleaning up my driveway (the oil is still not all out). The leadership at the Oil Changers have been very responsive to my issue but I hope that my car doesn't have any real damage. I will update this review (if I can) as things develop. I was very happy with all service I got today at Oil Changers. I did not have time to take my car to the my mechanic since I would need to rent a car for a day for an oil change. My yellow dummy light was on for oil and then it would go off. I thought why not go to Oil Changers. I was so glad I did my oil was down to nothing and if I hadn't stopped here my engine would have eventually seezed up. Everyone was so nice and patient and they helped explain how low my oil actually was and explained all the kind of oil I could get. I got new oil and additive since my car is such high mileage . I was so happy my car hasn't driven so nice. I guess my car was trying to tell me something was wrong. I was shocked how low my oil really was? Everyone took care of me and I have not been happier. Would be 0 stars if possible. After coming here for an oil change, I found that they tightened my drain plug so tight that it can no longer be removed by hand or with regular tools. The case is the same for my oil filter. It seems as though both were tightened with electric/power tools. Due to this malpractice I now have to bring my car elsewhere to solve the problem that y'all caused. Do better, or get shut down read more

Fast and good service. I shall take my car here from now on. My truck's from 2005 and I never knew or was never told the air filter inside the car (for the A/C, I think) was never replaced. I always had the filter inside the hood replaced everytime recommended but never inside the car, I didn't even know there was one so it was pretty nasty looking. They gave me the $5 yelp check-in discount as well as another $5 for the filter and oil system cleaner (not sure how it's really called; excuse girly here who doesnt really know cars). I came in with my high mileage car for the first time. When I arrived, someone was already being serviced in front of me. The assistant/trainee (I'm assuming) helped me while I waited. He checked my tire pressure and looked at the oil. He told me that it's recommended to get this oil cleaning thing and a high mileage thing. Because my car is burning oil so fast lately, and he said it would help, I said okay. Then when I drove forward to get serviced, the main guy asked me if the trainee had put in the oil cleaner thing. I said I didn't know, so he asked the trainee. When the trainee said yes, the main guy started lecturing him in front of me, telling him he only touches tires and windows. He continues to say to the trainee something like, "how do you even know she needs the treatment?" When he said that my oil stick was dirty the main guy said "that doesn't mean she needs that." When the trainee asked a good question: how do you know if a car needs it? The main guy responded with "once you have only touched the windows and tires for awhile". Is this how they treat their trainees trying to learn the business? I was appalled. This whole thing was incredibly awkward for me, who is sitting in the car with the windows down. Finally, they charge me for both treatments ($40 extra, total) after saying in front of me that I was sold them for no reason!!!! Once they told me the total, I said something and they took off the oil cleaner. But they were about to charge me if I didn't say anything! I honestly won't be back, or maybe I'll just try another location. But if they continue to try to sell me things I don't need (happens because I'm a woman I'm sure), I will find an honest oil changer. ** I will say that the older guy with the deep voice was very nice and helpful. read more

I just had my second oil change here and both experiences were great! I had bought the oil change package with my car and had to use Toyota. I had a couple bad experiences with Toyota in the past and am grateful I found oil changers. They are so much more convenient not needing an appointment and I've not had to wait either. I usually go to Valvoline but there weren't any in the area so I stopped here. Immediately did not like the vibe, the shop was messy looking and the staff seemed slow to respond and not super interested in helping. And then the entire time the technician was just up selling me on services, showing me the computer where he states that based on their database I have had nothing done to my car since I have owned it which obviously is not true. He repeatedly told me that these are the recommended services and that they are not liable if anything happens to my car, and then I watched him hit the decline button on the tire air pressure check when I never did that. I was also told that my windshield would be washed which wasn't done. I borderline question how good of a job they did even with just doing the oil change. Basically the overall vibe was that they were disappointed that I showed up and only got an oil change. I will not be going back, I will be going to Valvoline where the service is professional and I don't feel like their satisfaction is contingent on me doing extra services. read more

It was 6:00 PM on a Tuesday and I desperately needed an oil change, bad. I googled oil changers and saw that they were open until seven so I picked up my son and drove over. Ashton is who helped us and he was incredibly polite and professional. My son and I played hangman while the oil was changed and it made the time go by even faster but we were in and out in about 20 minutes. Every time Ashton needed to ask a question, he was very polite and said excuse me since we were playing our game. A really great example to my son who even commented that the "guy was super polite".
