they overcharged us and added a ton of extra stuff we told them we didn't want. they told us they did the tires but we didn't see them do anything or hear anything. the men there didn't tell us when to turn off the car, and got verbally upset at us for not knowing when to. only did they tell us to turn off the car when they were already halfway through the process. we also got weird vibes from the dude who told us he'd never reset the light before and totally reached over my friend and was pretty much in their lap. (they could smell him n his grimy ass fingers got their card all dirty) don't recommend for women or beginner oil changers. free lap dance tho? read more

I'll start with the TL;DR: This place is awesome and these guys go above and beyond for their customers. For those who want the whole story of my experience, here 'goes. I've always had good service from this place, but I don't usually write reviews unless something exceptional (one way or the other) happens. Today I went in because a notice came up on my dash saying I had low tire pressure and I was about due for an oil change anyway. I didn't see any major decrease in any of my tires so I didn't think too much of it, thought they'd just top it off for me and I'd be good to go. They changed my oil, told me I'd kept up on all my other recommended maintenances so nothing else was due, checked my lights, washed my window, and topped off my tires. They were having some trouble with that last step. It turns out the cute aluminum valve covers with paw prints on them I'd put on my tires when I'd gotten the car a couple years ago had started to rust to the valves. I had no idea, and had always gotten compliments on them in the past, no warning about any issue... so they managed to get 3 of them off, but the fourth tire valve snapped in half making my tire not hold air. So this sucks, technically they broke my wheel or something. Nothing they did wrong, just a thing that happened. They swapped my wheel out for my spare, took my wheel to the local firestone to get fixed at no cost to me, and the guy noticed a screw in my tire (source of the low tire pressure notice found!) so he had them fix that too. He paid them out of pocket for that and I paid him back when I picked up my repaired wheel, which he put on for me. I should have paid attention to that guy's name, 'cause he in particular went way above and beyond to make my situation easy for me. I did have to reschedule my plans for the day but that was only because I'd planned to go out of town right after having the oil changed/tires filled, which I couldn't do on a spare. It would have been a much bigger problem if I had gone and my screw-in-tire had gotten worse out on the road far from home... so all in all I'm happy with how things went. Oh, and it's raining. They did all this for me in crappy cold weather. Thanks! read more

I always come to oil Changers for my service. This particular oil changers is very efficient. They somehow manage to change my oil and oil filter, check all of my fluids and top them off if necessary, check and changed my air filter , and cabin air filter, air up my tires , and explain to me my manufacturer recommended maintenance services that I need to do for my car , and reset my maintenance light in 15 minutes. They are not pushy about any recommendations and they do a great job answering your questions and explaining why you need these services . These guys work really hard . I went to get an oil change yesterday evening after work and I had just got done talking to my friend, who got their oil changed at this same exact location 30 minutes prior. I asked her how much she paid and she told me $40. When I arrived to oil changers for the same service I was charged $78. I asked the guy why my charge was higher and he couldn't come up with an explanation. I told him something fishy is going on here and the guy just shrugged it off. If this has happened to you I suggest you also file a complaint. read more

They were clear about what they were doing, why there were doing it and made recommendations on what they thought I may need since it was my first time there. I've been coming to this particular Oil Changers location for the past 7 years or so. Generally speaking, they're pretty good. It's easy to write reviews when you're upset about something and have had a bad customer experience. Sometimes though us reviewers need to remember to celebrate successes and call out those who deserve it. In this case, I'm writing this to sing some praises for one particular employee named Glenn (one or two n's?). He was the primary technician on my most recent visit (Inv #303-0662733 on 9/12/19) and was there the last time or two as well. Glen is awesome and really stood out as an exemplary employee - the kind that management really needs to hang on to and use as an example to the rest of the crew at this and all other locations. Cordial, professional, absolutely impeccable in delivering company standards, running checklists and following protocols, and delivering great customer service. (Somebody give the guy a raise!!)
