This is the best place to get your oil changed! The staff is super friendly and they don't try to swindle you into paying for things you don't need (which as a woman, is incredibly refreshing). It is a drive thru service so I was able to stay in the car with my dog while they changed my oil. The whole oil change process only took ~15 min and they will even top off your fluids for free if you come back within the first 4000 miles after your oil is changed. These guys are great. The last two times I drove in they told me I didn't need an oil change. I just have a hard time believing a vehicle needs a oil change after 5,000 miles - not 2,500 miles. They saved me money and even had some suggestions for the rats that built a nest in my air filter. I'll be back for another oil change. read more

Changing oil is easy. But, these guys do it for less money than I can on my own. They're fast, thorough, and kind. Each oil change comes with a tire pressure check and a clean windshield which is a nice touch. I can't comment on the quality of oil that they use but it looks great after 3000+. I'm not sure what else people look for in an oil change but I want speed and quality and they seem to have that. read more

Honestly, I tried this place because of the 5 star reviews, really bad decision as it cost me more money to fix the damage they did to my car in the long run than the original service. They changed the transmission fluid, steering fluid and brake fluid, it was not cheap but a little less than the dealer, so I went for it, big mistake. My car started to make noises while making turns and it got only worse over time, took my car back to this place and they told me it was expected and will get better. Finally took my car to the dealer and they told me they did not even know what kind of fluid they put in for the power steering and transmission, it was not the right one, so they changed it and my car is fine now, please avoid this place at any cost, their prices and coupons are not worth it in the long run. read more

Gotten a couple oil changes including changing differential and transfer case fluids here. The techs here seem competent and are friendly. Had an issue with the rear differential leaking after the fluid change. Stopped in and the guys took care of it no questions asked in under 10 minutes. They topped off the fluid and put a new fill plug in. I would say the only downside is that they don't offer popular oil brands. But the oil they do use meets all API specs like the national brands. read more

Yesterday I was given one the best customer service experience. I visited the Evans Tire Center on Convoy to see if they could repair a spare tire & have it mounted. The shop was fairly busy as expected for a Monday and I did not have an appt. so I was expecting to be turned away. But to my surprise I did not wait very long and a Service Advisor named John, who was extremely nice and professional asked to help me. I explained my dilemma and without hesitation he offered to do the repair while I waited. I appreciated his offer but told him I would leave it. Within 30 minutes he called me and said my car was done. This is a prime example that there are still good people and businesses that care about customers and provide great service. I usually go to Jiffy Lube in Poway. A few days ago I stopped by Oil Changer to get a 3,000 mile service. After pulling into the bay, the technician revealed that several of my bolts were missing on the skid plate covering my oil bolt??!!! Well, guess Jiffy Lube never put them back on? I'm guessing sloppy work? John replaced the bolts and got my car in good working order. That's the kind of service that keeps you coming back. Thanks guys! read more

2 stars for the excessive salesman tactics. If I come in and say, "I just want an oil change" don't make me repeat it three more times as you try to tell me, "hey buddy we gotta change your tranny fluid" or "hey buddy we gotta change your rear differential fluid", or "hey buddy we gotta change your coolant"... . Also waited over half an hour with 3 guys staffed working on 2 cars. I noticed one of the guys was mostly talking to the customer, trying to sell additional services.
