I've gone to oil changers twice now because of the yelp reviews, yesterday was the 3rd time. The first 2 times were pretty good and I really had no complaints. This time was another story. I was told they were unable to change my oil. As I'm sitting in the car, I see the tech struggling to get something off. Johnny, the manager tries and simply walks away and goes to the next car. I was told they couldn't get the "bolt off the filter". Weird, I saw the tech pull the filter out and said it was ok, in fact he yelled that to Johnny prior to. Johnny yells at him "Go to the last place it was done at"...we both yell it was done here! "Well I'm not gonna be responsible and break the car," Johnny says. He tells to the tech "Check to make sure everything is full that's the best we can do then roll her out." Tech comes over to me and hands me a business card "Here's our mechanic. He can probably get it off for you." I called to clarify what the issues were, spoke to Johnny. Again he said they couldn't get the "bolt off the filter". I explained that they were the last place who did my oil change, I saw the tech took out the filter this time . I don't understand NOW how he can't get the "filter" out. He clearly did not care and was so darn rude. Today I'm at the jeep dealership. The mechanic comes up to me and asks me where my last oil change was. I tell him at oil changers. He said "well they over tightened your oil cap, thankfully we got it off but it broke. That's gonna be an extra $20. Thankfully the whole housing didn't break because that's $168." First off, oil cap and bolt to the oil filter are two COMPLETELY DIFFERENT things. Johnny had ZERO clue what he was talking about or doing to my jeep. Now I'm at the dealership paying a ridiculous amount of money for your staffs lack of competence. Worst customer service ever. Refusing to take care of your customers and issues you cause. I will NEVER go back here and urge others not to. I have no clue how this place has so may good reviews. read more

Excellent, quick service. Everyone was in masks, and they had great COVID-related policies in place: he asked if I wanted to sign the receipt or would prefer to have him sign on my behalf and write "COVID", he was willing to hold the clipboard for me so I could sign without touching anything, and he told me that the clipboards are sanitized regularly. No pressure or upselling. We have been going there for years and I am very happy to keep giving them my business. read more

James, Jake, and Greg (I'm pretty sure are their names. I'm terrible with names so I might have gotten that wrong.) were great... I got more than I thought I would with these guys. I was about to make a trip to Texas and needed the oil changed before. What I got - topping off fluids, checking tire pressure, lights, and even cleaning the windshield - was much more than I expected. Great jobs guys! If I were staying in town I'd definitely come back the next time I didn't have what I needed to change the oil and do all that other stuff myself. read more

I've been here twice. The first time I was I. And put in 20 minutes which I love. The oil change had a little bit of the oil stop feel for me but not as many guys and not as loud. They reset my counter and I was on my way. Fast forward literally 45 days later and my car is telling me that I need another oil change. I pull in here and the mechanic asks for my mileage then does some calculations and tells me that I'm back a little too soon, he resets my counter and I am on my way. This isn't the closest place for me to get an oil change, but with all the great reviews I decided to give it a try. I love the way you drive in and get to stay in the car. No getting out to sit in a semi clean waiting room. They are very safety conscious, always calling out to each other to avoid any accidents. They are very honest and seem to have high integrity. I also enjoyed the music they had playing in the back ground...no loud rap music! Their prices are very reasonable. So quick service, honest, pleasant....how can you not come in for your next oil change!! read more

This is the only place I will go for any oil changes. Engine, transmission, differentials, transfer case. I even got my radiator flushed and refilled along with new power steering fluid. They topped off my windshield wiper fluid, checked my air filter and made sure my tire pressure was correct. After verifying that my brake lights, blinkers and headlamps were all in good working order I was out of there in around twenty minutes. Extremely professional and friendly. They won't try to upsell you anything but will give you suggestions of things you may need done in the future. I am a long-time customer this is the only place I go for this type of service. This establishment is great at changing oil -- keep it to just that though! I recently had a radiator flush and a day later experienced the check engine light with a VSC error message in my car. Bringing it back in, they fixed the issue and showed me where it was not properly connected. Haven't had any problems since - going to keep it that way by sticking to only speedy oil changes. read more

I dread every time my car is due for an oil change- they always try to over charge me and/or do a sloppy job. I just started working in the area and was on the hunt for a new oil change place. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw Oil Changers 5-star reviews on Yelp! and thought I'd give it a try. I showed up a little before noon without an appointment and was immediately directed inside the garage. The guys that helped me (Jack, Johnny, and a younger guy) were all super friendly and extremely efficient. I was in and out of their in 15min tops! They brought to my attention some maintenance items to keep on my radar, but did not push absolutely anything. I will definitely be coming back to this location. read more

I went to this place to get my regular 5000 mile oil change after trying a bunch of places with varied degrees of satisfaction. The cost is a little more than the cheapest places but less than the rip off places that tried to gouge me. Much to my surprise, they told me I did not need any oil change -- the oil was clean and full. And despite not performing any work, they checked under the hood and even filled my tires. Nice to see honesty and integrity still exists in business. :-) read more

The service was good. But they were going to use the wrong kind of oil in my car. My car takes synthetic oil. I have only used synthetic oil since car was new. The mechanics were good but I was upset that they were going to use the incorrect oil. The mechanic explained that the owner has his own refinery. I believe they are using recycled oil in the vehicles that they service. For this reason I will not return to Oil Changers. read more
