Sadly the death of a once great local business. The new owners immediately raised prices. I went ahead with the oil change. Found they no longer have records on my vehicle that has been serviced there since new. Then I find that the new window sticker shows the current mileage and date. How stupid is this. I don't need a reminder that I just had an oil change. I need a reminder of when the next oil change is due. I went back and asked them to fix it and was told we don't do it that way. Well guess what there are plenty of places that will service my vehicle the way I want it done. After receiving their lame excuse for raising prices I have lowered my rating of this business to 1 star. I will take my business elsewhere read more

These guys were so nice! I came in for an oil change knowing nothing other than my oil type and I wanted synthetic. Not only we're they super speedy but they made me feel knowledgeable about what they were doing. Totally reasonable prices as well! They even reset my oil light for me when I said I didn't know how. They recommended some reasonable car maintenance but never pushed it. And then they gave me a flower before I left!!! My 2017 Honda oil needed to be changed and after calling several different places and getting very rude responses we found oil changers. As soon as we pull in they went out of there way to make us feel 100 percent welcome and comfortable. I will never go here again! The only reason they have 1 stars instead of 0 (outside of not being able to choose 0 stars) is there was one neutral gentlemen who wasn't mean but wasn't nice either. So it started early this morning when I came in and they said 'we are short staffed and it will take 45 min to get through one car" so as much as that sucks, I get people don't show up. So my wife had to take the car in and came home from getting the changed crying saying the experience was terrible! Not only did they say they won't honor the price that's on their website anymore which is actually illegal but super bad customer service but they acted as though every clarifying question was the biggest inconvenience to them and that it's something that should be obvious. When it came to the final cost it was being presented as different then what the first person said and he got so frustrated at our confusion how two employees could be saying two different prices. All in all, terrible experience! I do not recommend/trust. And employee who commented below; are you going to refund me? After I had left, my car began stalling so I called and spoke to Trevor. I was on my way to urgent care with my son in Norco and Trevor drove all the way to urgent care to check my car for me and make sure it wasn't an issue that they had caused. great great great! that's all i can say for this place. they are fast, friendly and helpful. i just came in for a basic oil change and i had a $15 off coupon so my total came out to be about $45. they gave me a paper with a list of things as essentially a "check up" for my car. they were also nice enough to include exact prices! Went in today for our oil change and we were happy with the customer service. They have a good deal going on buy 3 oil change get fourth one free. 119. It's a great deal. They checked our tire pressure and topped off our other fluids it was a great experience. It was a hot day and they do have to conduct the change while in the car, but it was so quick it was not a big deal. Again customer service is great friendly and knowledgeable staff. read more

I Miss the old spoiled location. They really knew how to take care of people. I've come here a couple times since and have never had as great of service so I usually go to my regular mechanic and And get the oil changed. Today I'm going on a road trip so I thought I would just jump in here and do a quick oil change. As usual I was disappointed. We expressed our concerns because the last few times they stripped When they did my oil change and a few times they did not put the filter in tightly. We brought up the concerns and we were told oh well your plug was already loose which I know is not the case As the last time my truck was taken care of by mechanic I've gone to for years. The only place that ever leaves my plug loose is this place and this was an issue I've brought up in the past. The one guy who filled the oil was nice and professional but the other guy an overweight guy ( nothing wrong with overweight just an identifier) Who was not even helping with the oil changes was very condescending and acted like I did not know anything about my Truck because I am a female. Little does he know not only do I know my truck like the back of my hand I also know how to work on it. The questions I asked were valid. His responses were very condescending. Then as I am resetting my own oil notification to 100% he comes over and tells me I am doing it wrong and then tells me to do it exactly the way I just already did it.
