I really enjoy going to oils Changers but today was terrible. I sat in line and left without getting my oil changed. The person that usually helped me came over and apologized due to people being serviced out of order but that was the only apology I received. When it was my turn,I politely asked for my hood to be closed as I was leaving. The technician closed my hood with an attitude and never apologized. I get it he may have been frustrated with the vehicle in front due to how I witness the way he dropped his clipboard. But neither gesture showed customer service. I'm giving 2 stars for the person who apologized. read more

The quality of service has definitely gone downhill here. Maybe they were rushing, maybe they were about to get off I don't know but I will not be back again. They change your oil, check your lights lie about checking everything else and then send you on your way. I asked if my air filter was good knowing that it needed to be changed and the technician said yes it's in good condition once the hood was already closed and he never went to the left side of my engine. Talk about fast service. You pull up, they take the oil out from that underground hole, and you are all done. They check all the stuff other places do, wipe your windows from the outside and side mirrors which I've never had done before. Only thing is missing is the vacuuming. A lot of people are complaining about the wait time but the key to getting in and out is to arrive when they first open . Getting an oil change is like going to the DMV lol I arrived early but there were three cars already in front of me . It took about 45min -1hour. Only thing I have a problem with is that I have a BMW and it's a hit or miss on the filters. This last time I had to walk over to Autozone and purchase a filter for $20 so they can complete my oil change. I feel like I should have received a discount since I purchased my own filter but it was still $115 .. I used the $5 off Yelp check in discount or else it would have been $120 ..other then that the guys there are all friendly and get the job done . Thanks read more

I've gotten my oil changed her a quite a few times and they always try to get you spend more and they even busted a hose touching something unrelated to the oil change, causing me to have to leave my car there overnight. I have since stopped going here and now go to the jiffy lube on Sonoma Blvd. The only perk about this place is you don't have to get out of your car if you're feeling that way. Jiffy lube requires you to get out which I don't like to do sometimes. I pay with cash here because I don't trust giving my credit card info or my address. read more

I have been coming to this shop for years and even with the change n staff, it's always pleasant and timely. They don't bombard me with products or sales, but simply advise about their services. I called oils changers in Vallejo and they were very helpful and knowledgeable. They doubled check to see why Jiffy lube could not do it. Been coming here si ce 2004. They seem to change staff every few years. The one thing that is consistent is the customer service. You never need to leave your vehicle. That is what sets this place above the rest. Never have I had to wait longer that 20 minutes to pull into a bay. In and out in less than an hour. No mess at home and they top off your fluids. They always show you the condition of your oil before and after. Cant beat that for $80 for Full Synthetic. read more

Forgot to tighten my oil pan bolt and started leaking oil. Check oil light came on in San Fransisco. Terrible... Also.. I purchased a card that supposedly gave me five oil changes for one price at this location. When I tried to redeem one of the oil changes I still ended up paying money. Felt like the whole point of buying the five oil changes at onces would avoid paying anything again at the register. With jiffy Lube being a close second, this is one of the worst places to get an oil change. Do it yourself before coming here. You won't forget to tighten everything up. read more
