I can always count on this shop for my oil change. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Just for a bit more than I pay for buying the items my self and doing my own oil change . This place is convenient and good value.

Good places always good service In and out and if u have a issue or concern they will check it out and let u know wat they think and suggest options. Definitely a good place to get ur oil change done if u are in a hurry.

Came to the location about 3 PM. Had to wait on two cars ahead of me, but it was not very long. The way they do oil changes you drive your own car into one of two slots and then you stay in the car during the oil change. It was pretty quick and cost around $89 for synthetic.

Love this shop! My second time here. I've been to and called a few other places and have paid $90 for generic brand synthetic oil. For the price that I paid ($77), you get crap oil. At oil rite, I paid $77 for synthetic Mobil 1 oil. Not only that, they are super quick and efficient. I'm in and out (while in my car) in like 7 minutes if I'm the only customer. They can get busy so I recommend calling and asking if there's a wait. If they don't answer, they're usually busy. But when I call and they say there's no wait, I drive over and I'm in and out!

This had to be the fastest oil change I've ever had! They where really fast nice and not to mention filled my tires check all my fluids and told me something about my battery that I needed to fix. And they used good oil which I like so overall this is the place to come to for your oil change and the place I will be coming to from now on... read more

Came in for a quick oil change on my 2016 Mustang GT. Hurt myself at work, so I couldn't do it myself, but glad I went here! I pulled in, they explained what they're gonna do, they asked me what kind of oil I prefer. Everything was quick and easy. The guys here are wondeful. Fast friendly service. Why spend hours at the dealership or sears when you can sit in your car while they do their thing in 15 minutes. And like a lot of others said, they are not pushy and that is always wonderful in a world full of up sales and bullstuff you don't need! First time getting my oil changed here and they didn't disappoint. They were quick and very efficient. They even put air in my tires, topped off my coolant, wiped off my engine but only charged me for the price of the oil change. I just found my new favorite place. The dashboard on my boyfriend's car went on the other day and we knew it was around that time for an oil change. We're new to Lancaster so we looked up places on Yelp to see where we could go and found this diamond in the rough. With all the positive reviews we easily decided to try this place out. Scott the handyman is magical. They don't have an appointment system so you can literally drive there like a walk-in for service. We were in and out of the place in less than 15 minutes. Affordable pricing and friendly service; a big big big thank you to Scott! We'll definitely be back in the future. And the best part is that now my mind is at ease knowing that I don't have to worry about car troubles popping up when we make that hard drive from here to DTLA. read more

Based on the outstanding Yelp reviews I decided to get my oil changed. I arrived at Oil Rite and spoke with the oil tech Greg for a standard oil change. Boy what fantastic service and very efficient!! Within 5 minutes my oil was changed, tires filled, all the fluids topped off. What's not to like? My 1997 BMW 328i needed an oil change. I read the Yelp reviews and decided to try Oil Rite. I also expected to replace the air filter, so I bought one at an auto supply. I drove in and the guys were on it immediately. I was told the air filter was is good shape, to change it on the next visit. (Yes, they do sell air filters, but I didn't know that). They checked and topped off fluids as needed, checked tire pressure, then I was on my way. Fast, conscientious, capable service. The place isn't fancy but it doesn't need to be. Great service!! They were really quick with the oil change which surprised me, I'm used to most places taking up to an hr, this had to have been 20 minutes or less, they checked everything going on and told me the car was just fine and they were completely honest and they didn't try to scare tactic me into buying or saying I needed this that like other places usually do. My first time I come to do my oil change with Dan I went to Jiffy Lube they try to trick me then I use a different kind of oil which is synthetic which I was in true they want to get more money out of me I came to this place they told me to choose it takes regular oil their price is really really good especially Greg and Scott they're really customer service is really great was my first time coming to them and you know what I recommend this place to anybody they want to do an oil change there number one it oil change And you know what leading change my filter my air filter they check my car they put air in my tires they did a whole service and you know what the customer service was great they made me feel like if I was in home my first time coming here and I will always come here I'm going to recommend anybody want to do an oil change to come with them because they are really great customer service I will recommend anybody to do in oil change within this review is from Fluffy read more

So first time here. These guys are very nice and very fast. However when i left i noticed a big oil spot on my door and handle, no big deal. Then i drive home and noticed there is oil on my steering button and part of the steering wheel. Park the car in the drive way and there is a nice big oil spot on my driver side fender. At this point i am not happy. Do i expect you to wipe it down when you are done...no, i expect you to not get any oil on the inside or paint of my car. Why you ask? Well oil is poisen for your car paint. I would expect you to cover the seat, use fender covers like my regular mechanic does when you lean over the car with oil all over you. Sorry not trying to be a jerk, but i think you would treat my car THE SAME WAY you would treat your own. Not cool yo. read more

I am from out of town so yelped to find a trustworthy place. These guys did great. Showed me stuff that needs to be fixed but weren't pushy trying to upsell everything in the place and as budget allows and needs arise, I will definitely come back as long as I am in the area. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to have their fluids done and vehicle went over. These are good guys that do the right thing, they do not over sell you and they had Lucas in stock so I am very satisfied with the service here. It is not easy to find a place that treats you right with out of town plates but rest assured you will be treated well , charged properly and everything will be serviced as it is supposed to. I read the Yelp reviews, and they were good so I stopped in. The place is old and a bit run down, but the service was great! The mechanic Scott was knowledgeable (his helper was not) and personable, answered my numerous questions, cleaned my air filter, performed a cursory engine bay inspection, and changed my oil with Castrol in under 20 min. and only charged me $35. I'm going back! They need to repaint the place, but the service is top notch. read more

Recently moved to the area and sent my teenage daughter over with my wife's car for an oil change. The guys treated her with respect and dignity and took care of everything. They explained what they were doing every step of the way. They were so good I took my hybrid by that afternoon...I thanked them for how they treated my daughter and gave them more business. Not much of a place to look at....but do not be fooled, they know what they are doing and are fast and professional. Fantastic find in the Antelope Valley and a great small business! read more

The reputation of this place is well deserved. Every visit is a delight and the owners are sweet, efficient and knowledgeable. Prices are reasonable and they'll get you in and out in just a few minutes. I'm not a huge fan of Lancaster in general but businesses like this are a bright spot in a literal desert. read more

Great service and fast time. Called to check on the pricing for an oil change and rear oil change and got a quote I liked (better than any in the valley). I went over within 10 min. Oil Rite is a family owned and operated automotive oil change business and has been serving the Antelope Valley for over 30 years. Oil Rite is staffed with certified, competent and courteous technicians that don't sell you what you don't need. We specialize in those "hard to do" vehicles like Mercedes Benz, BMW, and custom hot rods, and of course we do all other makes and models for a low price. In addition to oil changes we also do transmission flushes, radiator flushes, injection cleaning, differential oil changes, minor tune ups, hoses, belts and wiper blades. Our house oil is Castrol oil but we also stock a wide variety of other oils, Pennzoil, Quaker State, Mobil 1, and Valvoline all conventional and synthetic just to name a few. We use nothing but the best products. Purolator air and oil filters, Vaughn fuel filters, and of course Castrol Oil. You will not have to wait long, normally it takes just 10 minutes to do your oil change while you sit in your car and watch.

I have been coming to this place for over 10 years years started when I was managing a car dealership to bring them cars, so since then I've been coming for all my personal cars to get oil changes.. But today I was appalled by how it was treated I don't think I should be treated special for my loyalty to this company at all but when I got in one of the main guys seem to have a very big attitude with me for no reason I asked them if they still do a military discount he said it's only $2 as he was walking to his computer shaked his head And talk under his breath. I have been to many oil change places here in the Antelope Valley. Most due the job but are always trying to sell you something. New Air cleaner, gas filter, on an on. After many years of driving by this place, I decided to give it a try. They are very professional, get the job done, check everything, including the battery, lube oil fittings underneath. I am so glad I tried this place. You can even sit in your car while they are changing the oil, etc. I highly recommend this place, plus you are helping a small business in your area! read more
