We recently purchased a spa and needed a concrete slab installed as well as some additional areas around a fire pit. The spa company agreed to hold it until the pad was installed, so we had limited time to get it ready. I contacted several concrete contractors to do the work. After I contacted Derrick (the owner), he returned my call within two hours and set up an appointment for an estimate. He showed up when he said he would, which is refreshing because, in my experience, most contractors dont seem to make that a priority. He also took the time to listen carefully to my concerns about the project and gave me an estimate that was the best price compared to others. In addition he kept in touch with me when there was a change in plans. He called and communicated that to me. So he didn't ever leave me hanging and guessing what was going on.
