Simple review: I absolutely love hot stone bibimbap with Bulgogi. So I was yelping where to find it. I found Ojuk and circled the parking lot, not realizing it's inside H mart. I parked went inside and saw their little food court. I order my bibimbap with bulgogi. The people working there are very kind and sweet. The food came out fairly quick. The restaurant is located inside the Hmart. Shared indoor seating with the other restaurants. I tried the bibimbap and beef Tofu soup. The Tofu soup was a bit different from others that I've had. It had vegetables in it which I didn't mind for being able to have some extra vegetables. The flavor was still good. The bibimbap however was strange. It had vegetables you don't usually see and not sure if they had forgotten for my takeout order but there was no sauce to mix the rice with. I honestly don't understand how this place has a 4-star rating. This is not an authentic Korean restaurant. To me, it feels more like a Korean-style restaurant operated by Chinese owners, serving a very inauthentic version of Korean food. If you are familiar with authentic Korean food, you will probably be very disappointed. People who are not familiar with Korean cuisine may enjoy it simply because they don't know what the food is supposed to taste like. We ordered the hot stone bibimbap. The gochujang they provided was not the traditional bibimbap gochujang sauce. It tasted more like a dipping sauce that you would normally use with other foods. Another strange thing was the utensil. They served the bibimbap in an extremely hot stone bowl, but gave us a cheap white disposable plastic spoon. Because the stone bowl was so hot, the plastic spoon actually became soft and started to warp. The restaurant uses proper restaurant-quality dishes for everything else, so I don't understand why they would provide a plastic spoon for a dish served in such a hot stone bowl. It was very uncomfortable to eat. The "soup" that came with the meal was also disappointing. It tasted more like an instant Japanese-style miso soup than Korean soup. They seem to have confused Japanese miso soup with Korean doenjang-jjigae. And unfortunately, the Chinese cashier was not particularly friendly or welcoming either. I'm not surprised that people who are unfamiliar with Korean food may give this place a high rating. But if you actually know what authentic Korean food should taste like, I would not recommend this restaurant. My friend and I came here because we wanted to try this new spot in the food court in hmart. They were very busy on a Friday night. We wanted to get the bibimbap and kbbq beef galbi as there was a discount. However, after ordering the cashier told us that they ran out of kbbq beef galbi and was going to give me a refund. We were quite disappointed because it looked really good! We didn't try anything else and just got the bibimbap which I would rate a solid 3/5. HOWEVER, the restaurant running out of the kbbq kalbi was NOT TRUE because as we were finishing up, the table next to got an order of the kbbq galbi! What really happened was that they ran out of the plates that they served it on. I didn't appreciate them telling me that the dish was sold out when it wasn't. They just needed more patrons to return their plates so they can wash it and use those hot plates again. They could've just told me it would be a longer wait and let me decide if I wanted to wait or cancel the order. This experience left a bad impression on me and I wouldn't return because of that. I saw that it had a variety of dishes similar to Sogongdong, so I decided to come give it a try. I ordered the stone pot bibimbap with an egg. The dish came with a soup and several banchan, including a delicious salad and also some gochujang. The dish took a good 15 minutes to prepare. I've had many stone pot bibimbap. This one was solid. It did not stand out in any way, but it still tasted good. I loved the gochujang, which was not too spicy for me. The service was solid. Staff were nice. Thankfully, we were completely wrong. The new owner is incredibly friendly, and the restaurant feels even more thoughtful and authentic than before. Even the bowls, utensils, side dishes, and presentation show extra attention to detail. Most importantly, the food was outstanding. A new addition to the Arcadia H-Mart and one that's really good. Ambiance? What you'd expect in a typical H-Mart food court. Food? Delicious. Service? Amazing and helpful. Saw that this place replaced so gong dong so my boyfriend decided to try it out since it looked like it was actually owned by koreans. he got the beef bulgogi han sang which is claimed to be "tender marinated beef with classic korean banchan". The food basically came like nothing like the photo, there was barely any beef and the banchan did not have "classic korean banchan" it came with the banchan that is also AIed on every other dishes on the menu. The soup also was not beansprout soup, it was some egg drop soup looking thing that had overcooked egg - I just don't think this dish is worth ~$25 pre tax. I went to the front and asked why the banchan and the beef look nothing like the pic and she claimed that's just how it is but later I saw her delivering kimchi to a separate customers table so I am not sure what that was about. As a korean, i don't think we should be overcharging for mid banchan and beef. won't be back read more

This place is an absolute gem for the healthy people and elderly. I'm so glad the food is not salty and there's no crazy additives for flavor. You won't get a lot of protein but more veggies. I got some mentaiko from the market mid meal to bulk it up a bit. I got the squid stone bibimbap and it was about 50 grams of squid which is about 8 grams of protein. Rice was about 350 grams so ask for less if you're cutting. You'll love this place if you want to eat clean. read more

The container the meat comes in is SMALL, and there are veggies mixed in. The flavor is okay, but the meat is tough and had some gristle. The sides were TINY cabbage kimchi, tasteless salad, and fried tofu strips. The rice and soup were decently sized, but overall, the order was totally NOT worth it. read more
