I do t like bitter beer and it wasn't bitter at all. I got the chicken breast pho from the restaurant. Omg was it some of the best Pho I've ever had. Slightly peppery broth with a perfect balance of good tender chicken breast, herbs, noodles, onions, etc. the broth was delicious and not too salty. Over the food came out super fast.
