The staff was so nice and so helpful. They quoted me a price on a specific set of logs, and then when those turned out to not be in stock, they extended that price to me. They didn't have to do that, and I wouldn't have even thought to ask, but they offered to honor the other price, even though it was several hundred dollars difference. Our logs have completely changed our enjoyment and use of our fireplace. Before, it was truly just wasteful to run our fireplace, as all it did was create ambience. Now, you can feel the heat coming from these logs within moments of lighting them. The whole room gets warm immediately, and it has just made all the difference in our living room. I will soon replace the logs for the other fireplace as well, and wouldn't dream of using anyone but Rick's.

After viewing the grill and smoker he told me that I should replace my grill. He showed me some parts that were not replaceable and said that I would be better served spending my money on a new grill rather than paying him to clean this old grill that was about to break down. A lot of people would have just cleaned the grill and taken my money without giving me an honest opinion. Scott did not and I appreciate that. He did clean the smoker and did an incredible job. I am angry at myself that I did not take a before picture, because now it basically looks new. It most certainly did not look that good before he worked on it. It had caked on grease and grime and had not been used in at least a year. He was at the house for a few hours cleaning and it was well worth it. Breathed new life into that thing. When my new grill needs cleaning I will definitely have him out. Highly recommended.

The new store boasts an outdoor area which is also decorated well. I think this store has more furniture and bedding than the one in Utica Square. I was there during the end of the holiday season and again, while it was decorated well, it wasn't over the top cluttered. Staff might have been more helpful but it was a busy time of gift selling!

7/31/2026 They sold us a Whirlpool refrigerator that NEVER…read moreworked from the day of installation. It tripped EVERY breaker it was plugged into. The repairman they sent claimed "the issue was our house" (never-mind that one of his tests was to the outlet the fridge had JUST TRIPPED & he claimed we had no power...) he NEVER tested the fridge. We put in a claim with Whirlpool and they sent a different repairman who ALSO NEVER TESTED the fridge, but claimed it was our house when the fridge blew the breaker under 90 seconds. Our electrician stated that each outlet is pulling 118v which is standard. Never-mind that the new fridge replaced a KitchenAid fridge which had performed the last three years in the very same spot. The issue appears to be that the new fridge cannot run on a GFI breaker. It only runs when it's plugged into an outlet with a non-GFI breaker. ASK YOURSELF, "HOW DO I KNOW THE FRIDGE IS THE PROBLEM AND TWO SUPPOSED REPAIRMEN WITH JUST THE ONE JOB DO NOT?"
