Rode in completely clueless it was so quiet and empty at first we thought it was closed and there was no huge traditional menu ....thank god they weren't and Gavin swept in and gave me a menu. when you pull up there is a specials menu from the baristas on the window as well . There are several options for breakfast like burritos and biscuits He gave us the donut options which were Boston cream cheesecake and original Boston cream . The donuts were huge and so fresh and delicious . We got our coffee in a matter of minutes (so fast) and it was amazing I got the Venessa and let's just say she is a genius barista (girl knows what she's doing ) 10/10 service from Gavin super sweet ! Found me a new favorite .

I had a really disappointing experience at this coffee shop today, all because of one incredibly rude employee. The girl that helped me was wearing a blue shirt, had curly hair, and white nails. From the moment I drove up, her attitude was cold and dismissive. She barely looked at me, acted like taking my order was a huge inconvenience, and spoke to me with an unnecessarily rude tone. When I asked a simple question about the menu, she rolled her eyes and gave a short, snappy response like I was bothering her. Customer service clearly isn't a priority for her, and it really ruined the atmosphere of the place. If the management cares at all about the experience customers have, they need to seriously reconsider who they have working in the drive through. I won't be coming back if that's the kind of service I can expect.

My husband and I visit Ocala regularly, and when we saw that OLA opened up, we decided to give it a try. The location is a cute black and white building with a wave painted around the bottom of it. It's a drive through only business, which is quick and convenient, except there was no menu board, so we had to look at the menu online. That was inconvenient and odd. The service was quick and friendly though. It was disappointing to see that the only food options were granola and muffins. My husband ordered an iced OLA and I got a blended Pipeline. The OLA was strong and bold while the Pipeline was sweet and smooth. Both drinks were good, but I think that the Pipeline was overly sweet. I think between the lack of food options and not having a menu board, we probably won't come back. Rating from F to A +++, it gets a B-.

Really $5 for Large cup of ice? not worth it for a boring Iced Chai Latte.... needs flavor.

It was after the lunch rush and drove up not busy at all. Full friendly service. Asked for an Iced Chai Latte and got a full cup of ice. The drink was ok and kind of bland. Bought a snickerdoodle cooke for $3. Thought that was a pretty good value as it was huge. My cousin Mandi raves about this place so I decide to try ti out since I was thirsty and driving by. Tasted the drink and bleh. it did not have any flavor. Iced chai Latte has been my drink for over 2 decades; this is one of the worst I have consumed. So I said the cookie looks great. Opened it and it seemed like it belonged at a nursing home as it had very little flavor. I kick my self for not trying a muffin or different cookie. I dont drink coffee only Iced chai lattes. My wife (who does not cook or bake) made me a snickerdoodle cake from the box and that was better than this cookie. I consumed the Latte and almost stopped at Dukin down the street on 441 to get a better Iced Chai Latte. But my son had just got off work and was tired. He did not order anything. (he was lucky). Maybe the drink mixer was distracted and got the ratio wrong. SO $9.95 later I got 1/3 of a drink that was bland and a cookie that almost went in the trash. Someone forgot to add cinnamon to that batch of cookies. It made me feel like an older person with no taste buds. I enjoy the chai Lattes from Wawa and Dunkin' but I prefer to support small businesses as I am a business owner but if the quality is not there I can not waste my $$$. I do not buy Lattes every day, maybe once a week so I like them to be pretty good so I can return over and over. I will drive 1 hour to Mt Dora for good take home pizza so if the Latte is worth it I do not mind waiting or to get it. Wawa has plain, chocolate and vanilla so I like to go there and get rewards too. The only reason I gave a 2 star is the customer service was friendly and fast. if they did not care when serving me then it would have been 1 star. I might try again next year but not in 2024.

However, this ramen was just as good, and I ate it right away. This was one of the best-tasting broths; I ordered the black garlic tonkotsu. The black garlic oil was smoky, rich, smooth, and lingering. It doesn't have that "garlic breath" bite, but it stays with you. The "umami bomb" profile sets it apart from standard varieties that only an authentic ramen place can do well. It was incredible! The noodles were bouncy and chewy, and the chashu was delicate and melt-in-your-mouth. I appreciated the separated noodles from the broth to preserve its texture. This place is a gem, and I wish there were places like this at home. The restaurant was clean, service was quick and friendly, and there was plenty of parking.

Definitely one of my favorite ramen spots in the area.

For her it's good as the Pho's are gluten free. We also ordered the veg. Spring rolls with tofu (extra $1.50). We each had an order and they were very good. The dipping sauce for my wife was GF and tasty as was the peanut sauce. This all being said, we both felt that the Pho's were ok. We were hoping for a bit more flavor. The server didn't write the orders down and very typical as when not written, something is incorrect. She left off the fried onions from my Pho and had to request them. The goodies of basil, bean sprouts and items were a bit shy for us and after asking for more, the server brought more at no extra charge. Very nice! The food was sufficient and filled us up! Would we come back? Maybe not for a while. We were hoping for a bit more Pho flavor. We would give them 3.5 stars this time. Sorry....

We opted for both…read morethe Korean BBQ grill and the hot pot experience, which let us enjoy the best of both worlds. The concept is simple: choose from an enormous selection of raw ingredients and cook them yourself either on the tabletop grill or in one of several flavorful broths. The selection was impressive. They had a huge variety of meats, seafood, vegetables, and mushrooms. One thing that immediately caught my attention was the hanger steak, one of my favorite cuts, and it was excellent on the grill. The pork belly was another standout, cooking up beautifully with great flavor. Seafood lovers will find plenty to enjoy as well, including scallops and even crab legs. As someone currently following a keto diet, there were plenty of carb-heavy options I skipped, but it didn't matter. The selection of proteins, vegetables, and mushrooms was so extensive that I had no trouble filling up while staying on plan. By the end of the meal, I felt completely satisfied and genuinely felt like I got my money's worth. Between the quality, variety, and interactive dining experience, Hot Pot Korean BBQ is a fun place to eat and one I'd happily visit again.

We absolutely had never been to this K-pop before they were very hard to hear initially, and she briefly showed us the front in the back of the menu so we quickly chose something because we didn't know how it operated.. we quickly chose barbecue and when we sat down, the waitress came over and explained that we just get up get our food and then we we quickly realized that there was way more options for the K-pop and there was the actual barbecue section. The student bother us as we have in Korean barbecue before however, when we looked at the slices of meat, they were completely fat. The port was all fat. The Bulgogi had lump of fat on it and the chicken were tenders, but they were all with the tendons intact. The kimchi was not completely fermented. It was actually horrible. The daikon was so thick. I don't understand where the seaweed salad even came from as it was overly salty.. The french fries were called to the touch. I brought my one year-old in with me and he didn't even touch them. The rice was probably the most upsetting part because it was damn near porridge too much water in the rice that my son couldn't even put it on his spoon.. I also wanted to note that our stove top turned off and we weren't even aware . the only thing that they did not mess up was Gaza and I want to make this very clear. The dessert menu is watermelon pineapple orange slices a piece of store-bought cake we ended up paying almost $80 with tip for 2.5 people and everything we tasted was disgusting as soon as I left the restaurant I threw up everywhere.. I took my waitress out of courtesy but we literally didn't get our water filled. I think this was a zero out of 10 experience if I could not rate it at all and put 0.0 stars it would get that before leaving I told my waitress how disgusting everything was and she actually agreed. She said she only ate there one time to say she did and she wouldn't eat there either. I'm not sure if people are just extremely unexperienced with how Korean food should taste as we have that culture immersed in Hawaii as well as my daughter coming directly from Korea, but this experience could not have been any worse.
