Scallops

Lovely dining experience with a friendly knowledgable waiter. Very clean and welcoming environment. I was delighted with my lobster & crab stuffed shrimp with veggie risotto & asparagus. The asparagus was over cooked but the shrimp & risotto were very good. My nephew loved his scallops toped with lobster & crab. Portion were liberal & we had to go boxes. My husband said his chicken was better the next day. Go figure. Would love to go back and try another entrée.

Blackened Snapper and Grouper

Wow! If you are looking for an elevated dining experience in Sanibel/Captiva, this is the spot! We had great service and Hannah was incredibly knowledgeable in navigating some dietary restrictions. Upon hearing that I am gluten free, she immediately put in an order of gluten free bread for the table. We enjoyed the shrimp and lobster cocktail before our main courses. I got the (gluten free) blackened snapper, but the watermelon cucumber salad side completely stole the show. The grouper (atop lobster risotto) also looked and smelled incredible! We finished our meal with a classic creme brûlée. We also enjoyed the Tween Waters holiday light display! All in all, a 5 meal.

Stayed here at tween waters and had dinner here. The service was amazing. As a staff they were on top of it. My salad as a starter was delicious. I had the steak special and it so hit the spot. Garlic mashed potatoes and asparagus. Others got halibut and that was a hit. Best was scallops and crab cake meal. Winner!

Wonderful dinner experience. Location is super cool, you can park and easily walk across the street to see sunset or beach views. The waitress was even accommodating enough to let us move tables to see the sunset better. Our group tried a variety of things. Drinks were a dirty martini, chocolate martini, and hibiscus high. All were good, the hibiscus high kind of lacked flavor. Starters were the lobster and corn chowder, wedge salads, and the Korean pork belly- all phenomenal. Main courses we tried the Gruyère chicken, grouper, and the short rib. All were perfectly cooked and delivered in a timely manner. Perfect upscale restaurant for any special occasion!

Caribbean Grilled Grouper

We came in for dinner and most of us were not very hungry so we got a few appetizers. One friend ordered the Grouper dinner. The Blue Crab Bisque was delicious and was wonderfully presented. The ceasar salad was also good although the dressing was a bit runny. I was very disappointed in the lobster risotto. It was all crispy panko crumbs with good-sized lobster chunks but the risotto was dry. It had no flavor. Everyone enjoyed their salad and the shrimp and scallop appetizer. Our service was very good. We came back in the next morning for breakfast. I got the Grand Marnier French Toast which I loved but it just tasted like normal French toast. I also ordered a side of bacon for $5 which was perfectly cooked and a good deal for $5. The orange juice was fresh squeezed and cold. If you are staying at the resort it's a great Cundiff place to have breakfast.

Great food and great service. An old Florida vibe with gorgeous sunset on the beach across the road.

Wow is all I can say about the Grouper on Lobster Risotto. Classy place that is not stuffy. Staff and establishment is first class.

The food is decent -- you won't find fine dining here, but that's not really the point. The menu hits the beach bar essentials with fresh seafood, burgers, and a few island favorites. Service is friendly and efficient, even when the place gets busy, and the live music adds a great coastal vibe without overpowering conversation. It's the kind of place you drop into after a day at the beach, grab a drink, and just enjoy the scene. RC Otters isn't trying to be a Michelin-starred restaurant -- it's a beach bar, and a good one at that.

With its multi-colorful exterior it makes you feel in vacation mode just looking at it. They have an equal amount of indoor an outdoor seating, and we opted for outdoor when we came for breakfast. RC Otters is open the earliest of the few restaurants on Captiva, aside from Starbucks if you count that. All of the standard breakfast offerings were on the menu, plus a special of theirs is a breakfast sandwich that's an omelette wedged between two pieces of french toast. Kind of fun. The food was good, nothing stellar but it was decent. It was altogether an enjoyable morning with the colorful setting. They are open all day for other meals so can't speak to how the lunch or dinner food is, but we enjoyed the breakfast.

Most brunch place operate from 7 AM to 2-3 PM but The Brunch Factory open from 7 AM to midnight! Breakfast served all day! There are three separate area, "Outside bar", "Inside bar" and backroom. The backroom has Corn Holes and Dart Boards. It is designed for group gatherings. Live music is available on the weekend. The food was fine! I ordered an Uncle Larry Berries. What I got was fresh strawberries, blueberries, drizzled with raspberry sauce with power sugar and whipped cream over Belgian waffle. The portion is generous. The butter and warm maple syrup made this the best Strawberry/Blueberry waffle I had! Besides great selection for brunch, they have dinner items like BBQ ribs, Chicken Alfredo, ribeye steak, and others. Service is warm and welcoming. The vibe is playful, fun and up beating. It is not an upscale but local community minded facility. A great place to hang out with friends and family. I was impressed by the food and the atmosphere. If you enjoy brunch dishes and a lively atmosphere, you have to try The Brunch Factory!

I understand that this used to be a "biker bar", thus the motorcycle on the roof. The place is a little different. There is a full bar "outside", with lots of seating outside. There is seating inside, but it's mostly empty space. There are two "back rooms". One has Corn Hole and the other has Dart Boards. The food was okay. Service was okay. Pricing is a little on the higher side. Seems like a good place to hang out with friends for drinks. Maybe not for fine dining.
