Loved the ambience here! The inside is on the smaller side (they only have about 5 tables, however they have a spacious outdoor area. I came here on a sunday to watch the niner game and i was very happy they had plenty of TVs (2 outside and i believe 2 inside as well). Service was very quick and my beer was delicious. I love hazy beers and they had plenty of options. Not sure if they have their own food menu but they have food trucks. Highly recommend

Parliament Brewing

Parliament Brewing is my absolute favorite brewery! It has a wonderful atmosphere and a great variety of drinks. You can also grab a game or two and enjoy playing with your friends while sipping on a nice, fresh drink. I personally love the STRAWBERRY ORANGE SELTZER (full of strawberry notes), CUCUMBER SPEARMINT SELTZER, Pils (German-Style Pilsner), and of course Birds In Paradise--fruited kettle sour (sooo delicious!). The service has always been top-notch. Everyone is so polite and friendly, and they are great at giving reccomendation based on what you have tried before and what kinds of drinks you like overall. Parliament is also dog-friendly, so you will often see lots of people hanging out with their cute pups. As for the food, they have different trucks on site every day, so you get to try something new throughout the week. Even though there is plenty of outdoor seating, this place gets packed pretty quickly (especially on weekends). I definitely recommend!

Fantastic brewery. I am embarrassed that I have not reviewed them yet as we have been coming here for years now. The beer is always delicious, and I love that they make tasty seltzers now too. They are dangerously good. I love that they make all kinds of beers, they try it all and are pretty darn successful at it! They have a pretty full calendar of fun activities. I have been to a trivia night (23 teams that Tuesday night) and a fun paint Nite there too. They have good taste in food trucks because it's always something we're looking forward to like War Pigs BBQ or Cousins lobster. We love it here so much that this year we had my husband's birthday gathering on their patio. I called ahead and they reserved a few tables for us. Beer-tenders are all super friendly and hospitable. It's always a hoot at Parliament!

Me and my husband stopped in here the other day after driving by it many times saying we want to check it out. I was disappointed there was no food. The bartender let me know they do have food trucks that come by we just came too early. I was shocked at how much I like their Seltzer. It didn't have that gross seltzer aftertaste. They also had a nice sour beer that was called something margarita. They have a huge outdoor seating area and a cute inside bar area. We plan to go back when the food trucks are there.

Poured straight from the glass - ~360 ml for a full pour, or around 12.2 fl oz.

In my previous review, I incorrectly said their full pour is 10 fl oz, but I derived this information (incorrectly) from their website (see the attached photo) which gives the impression that a 1/2 pour is 5 fl oz. The actual pour is ~ 360 ml (see photo), or about 12.2 fl oz. A full pour ranges from $7-8, thus the revised per-pint math is $9.18-$10.49, which is slightly better than I had mentioned in my previous review but also still more expensive on average than others. I don't know why we have to use vague terms like "full pour" and "half pour" rather than just saying the amount. It's very clear to anyone that drinks beer that Parliament's pour is a decent amount shy of a pint, so why make us guess? I wish they would be a bit more transparent here.

Parliament makes fantastic beer and I never compliment a brewery. Russian River is fine but I prefer Parliament by a country mile.

Well, when it came to planning my husband's 40th birthday party, it came to mind when I was scrambling a month out to find a place that met my husbands vibe: a brewery with a full bar. Flagship met all those marks, and then some! I called and was instantly impressed with the ease and helpful nature of Kamran. He reassured me they would be able to take care of us, and boy did they! We reserved the whole patio and they catered the food. All of the bartending staff went above and beyond to accommodate our guests, and overall just made the experience phenomenal. As for the food, their catering menu was bbq and it was some of the best I've had. All our guests raved about it, especially the queso dip and sausages... although the pulled pork was my favorite! Their regular bar menu is very different, but I have really enjoyed what I've gotten in the past. Overal a 10/10 experience all around and we can't wait to go back.

Plenty of beer options, friendly service, good food and chill vibes. Well, we got 3 out of 4 so ... Friendly owner/ bar attendant and apologetic for the lack of beer options. She was upbeat but didn't change the results. Beer: I don't know what happened, but they were out of everything we tried to order. The suggestion to drink something out of the fridge was understandable but I definitely prefer tap when at a restaurant. I don't remember what we landed on but it wasn't one I loved. One and done. The outdoor patio was mostly empty, minus a large family enjoying a round of Cards Against Humanity. It was so fun to watch the teens and the grandparents navigate that game, with the grandpa often saying "I can't say this, it's inappropriate!" I had the chance to people watch with this family and it didn't disappoint. Food: happy hour made it easy to order more than we needed. Oops. As mentioned, we've eaten at the other locations so wings were definitely on our mind. Naked with a couple sauce sides. They were good, might've asked to have them a little crispier, but had good flavor. and the ranch is delish. Ordered a pretzel with side of cheese sauce and mustard, and cheesy garlic bread. Everything worked well to go along with a beer drinking happy hour. All that said, we went out of our way to come here but most likely wouldn't return.

I followed their journey to the new location and just recently visited the brewery. I cannot say enough about my experience! As luck would have it, we were being helped by the owner and it felt like we were his main focus, despite the long line behind me. Since we are newish craft beer drinkers and just venturing past Coors Light and Blue Moon, he wanted to take time to give us direction on what we might like and why. I could tell clearly he cared about sharing his craft. (I also kept telling him he could help the next person behind me and he just said don't worry about it, let the other staff members help them.) We tried a few samples then ordered our two main choices. Found a spot at one of their beautiful long tables and just enjoyed every bit. I absolutely loved the vibe going on that day. Food truck, music, dogs, families, kids, grandparents, couples, everything. As for the beer itself, it was delicious to drink. So cold, flavorful, smooth. I do know the beer buzz words, but all I can say is ...I'm hooked. I need an Old Caz t-shirt. It is a longish drive out there and that will be my own personal hesitance, but I 100% recommend Old Caz.

There is a fun patio space with lots of tables and shade out front and plenty of bar seating with space for bar games inside. I ordered some happy hour bites and the Mexican lager. The tab was only $15 during happy hour. I should note they were out of quite a few things and this place didn't have the refinement of many other breweries in the area. We grabbed a table outside. I sipped on the beer, which was pretty good. It took awhile for our food to come. When our tater tots and pretzel arrived they looked good, but after first tastes, it was clear that they were just frozen and reheated items. The pretzel was overly tough and chewy. The nacho cheese certainly came from a can. The tater tots were fine, but probably from a frozen bag and thrown in the fryer. As a brewery, I'd give this place 4 stars.
