A little on the higher side but definitely helpful and worth it. Easy experience and good customer service.

Completely unacceptable, frustrating experience…read more I paid $1,338 for front brakes and calipers, and within six months I was still having braking issues. When I returned, they replaced only one front rotor under warranty. After a third visit for the same braking noise/vibration, I was told the problem was my rear brakes, even though those had been replaced only three months earlier at another shop. I then went to three independent shops, and all confirmed the real issue was a warped front rotor (the one not replaced the second time I brought it in). This should've been fixed the second or third time I brought it in. Instead they shifted blame to another shop, in which their work was confirmed to be fine. And for the price I paid, I shouldn't have had to bring it in multiple times for the same issue. Still after three visits and over $1,300 spent, my issue was still not properly fixed. The only good thing about this experience was that it was under warranty, and another shop was able to fix my brakes properly. I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before trusting this shop, and if possible save your time and go elsewhere.

So I came in for a simple replacements for my state inspection, I have a 2011 scion tC , with a…read morefactory built taillight system that's closed for one led bulb because it's an optional feature for aftermarket installation. I know that and the car had been running and passing inspection since it was built. This auto repair shop saw a lady with out of state plates and maybe believed I didn't know anything about my car or wasn't instructed about cars, told me my whole passenger side tail light needed replacing. There's absolutely nothing wrong with the housing . Thing is Im aware about scions and I know that if it didn't come from the factory and the car has passed many times in the USA before then it's optional. I just needed to pass inspection in Virginia. I refused the offer, they got argumentative almost offended. I thanked them for their service of changing my other lights that's out and came back to my car to find a rejected sticker inside my windshield. Then I noticed a big scratch on the inside of my trunks plastic where the taillight housing is- hmmm. So basically if I don't let them rake me over the coals I get a rejection sticker huh and damage? I changed my own taillights later on and passed inspection the next day! No thank you.

I highly recommend!!!!!!They are very honest and explain in detail the issue. Most of the time when…read moreI go to auto shops it's intimidating but here they are friendly and welcoming. I bring all my vehicles here.

My Tahoe failed inspection because of a constant brake light, ABS. When I Ask the owner if at any time when the break inspection occurred Could the wire to sensor have accidentally been pinched disconnected, bumped or debris covered the sensor, He replied " are you trying to say we sabotage your sensor?" Immediately I replied ,"no", informed him I was reading from AI review. Then replied , why would you say that. I called you to tind a resolution and your recommendation. I exclaimed, I'm trying to resolve a problem, not be a problem and I came to you because you're the professional. His mannerisms didn't change, did not offer solutions and directed me to go elsewhere. Appalled and frustrated, the call ended. After 10yrs, needless to say, I Will not return to have my truck reinspected nor patron his business. I WILL miss RICK, a mechanic YOU can TRUST.
