When I returned, they replaced only one front rotor under warranty. After a third visit for the same braking noise/vibration, I was told the problem was my rear brakes, even though those had been replaced only three months earlier at another shop. I then went to three independent shops, and all confirmed the real issue was a warped front rotor (the one not replaced the second time I brought it in). This should've been fixed the second or third time I brought it in. Instead they shifted blame to another shop, in which their work was confirmed to be fine. And for the price I paid, I shouldn't have had to bring it in multiple times for the same issue. Still after three visits and over $1,300 spent, my issue was still not properly fixed. The only good thing about this experience was that it was under warranty, and another shop was able to fix my brakes properly. I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before trusting this shop, and if possible save your time and go elsewhere.

Thing is Im aware about scions and I know that if it didn't come from the factory and the car has passed many times in the USA before then it's optional. I just needed to pass inspection in Virginia. I refused the offer, they got argumentative almost offended. I thanked them for their service of changing my other lights that's out and came back to my car to find a rejected sticker inside my windshield. Then I noticed a big scratch on the inside of my trunks plastic where the taillight housing is- hmmm. So basically if I don't let them rake me over the coals I get a rejection sticker huh and damage? When I Ask the owner if at any time when the break inspection occurred Could the wire to sensor have accidentally been pinched disconnected, bumped or debris covered the sensor, He replied " are you trying to say we sabotage your sensor?"
