I explained that I would need to arrive at 9:00 AM, as I required a ride. I arrived at 8:50 AM and was pleasantly greeted by Bryce, the store manager. However, the experience quickly went downhill. At 2:30 PM, I called to check on the status of my car and was informed that it was next in line to go into the bay. When I arrived at 4:15 PM, the car had been moved but was sitting on the side of the building. The receptionist mentioned someone was working on it--though at that time, there were no cars in the service bay. Approximately 10 minutes later, my car was pulled into the bay. It was the only vehicle in there for about 15 minutes, followed by two others. At 5:15 PM, a technician came over and showed me a photo of a bent lug nut, stating that the tire couldn't be reinstalled until the issue was resolved. By this point, I was extremely frustrated. At 6:45 PM, I was informed that my car was finally ready. I was shown the damaged lug nut and told, "I've never seen that before." Frankly, I wasn't interested in explanations at that point. From my perspective, the damage occurred because the technician likely attempted to force the lug nut without first hand-tightening it. What's more disappointing is that, despite the delay and inconvenience, I was simply told my total and wished a good day--no apology, no acknowledgment of the 10-hour wait for what should have been a routine tire replacement. I had driven past three other tire shops to come here--despite colleagues warning me against it--because I've had good service from your location in the past. This experience, however, was among the most unprofessional and poorly managed I've encountered. I hope you'll take this feedback seriously.

About a year ago, I brought my 06 honda civic to this shop because it wouldn't start. They…read morediagnosed the problem as a bad starter and charged me around $700 to replace it. After the repair, the car started and ran fine, so I assumed the issue had been fixed correctly. About a year later (yesterday), after getting off work, my car suddenly wouldn't start again. I had it inspected by two different repair shops. Both shops determined that the starter had not been installed properly. According to the mechanics, one of the starter mounting bolts had been installed crooked, stripping the threads in the transmission and preventing the starter from being properly secured. Knowing this, I am surprised my car didn't run into any issues sooner. One of the mechanics attempted to repair the problem but explained that the damaged threads could not simply be corrected because of the location of the starter. The intake manifold blocks direct access to it, meaning a significant amount of the engine bay now has to be disassembled before the damaged mounting hole can be rethreaded. As a result, the repair has turned into a much more expensive job. I assume Angelo didn't want to take this step (removing the intake and accessing it correctly), tried to install the starter with the manifold in the way, and installed one of the bolts crooked. This stripped the hole and is the reason I have my current problem. I'm now facing about $1,500 in towing, diagnostic fees, and repairs to correct work that should have been done properly the first time. I'm extremely disappointed. It's unfortunate I spent around $700 for an incorrectly installed starter that would end up costing me double the price to fix and several days away from work.

I still looked around but couldn't find anything I needed so I got my drinks and left. When I had more time, I went to Costco and guess what? The prices were much cheaper than Sam's club and they had tons of stock of bottled water which I filled my cart with. If you have the time and membership at both, go to Costco for better deals and stock.
