On June 16 /2025 stopped at store 0066 change the oil and to replace fuel filters, on my 2010 F350 Lariat with 30 day tags, which I supplied. One of techs told me they were out of the fuel filters, said they would use mine from Auto Zone. Four hours later it is being towed to Ford dealer. Cracked fuel filter housing. Cost, over $1000.00 to start. Jiffy wants me to sign release, give them routing numbers to start sending money to me to pay dealer! Family member lawyer says DON'T! I will be looking to retain lawyer today. Update! Shortly after posting this, I received phone call, as well as dealer, it was going to be taken care of!! read more

While my truck was waiting for a bay to open, an employee started berating and threatening bodily harm to another employee for everyone to hear. He happened to throw in some racial remarks while at it. One of the most unprofessional things I've witnessed. Immediately removed my truck from the queue and will never return. 15 minute oil change turned into an hour. Pretty much all that needs to be said. Employees didn't seem to care.

My husband went to get my oil changed and that went pretty well, but we got my tires rotated and that's where the problem started. They completely stripped the studs and lug nuts of my tire. The only reason we found out is because I had a nail in the tire that we went to fix. Now we have to pay for new studs and lug nuts and completely replace it all. It's very frustrating. read more

I was originally supposed to go to the oil change place across the street. No one was there so I saw Jiffy lube was empty across the street so I headed over. The people were nice fast. However, I question the job they did if they can't vacuum my car and said it was completed. They said they inflated tires to pressure they were the same pressure before I came in. I don't actually think they did anything they did anything except change the oil and brake fluid. They offered to change out two new tires, but I have a hard time trusting people who say they did things and didn't do them. Changes are they didn't refill on he windshield wiper fluid either. Honestly it pains me that I have gone to other Jiffy lubes and never had this issue. Came for a quick oil change. If you all dont take cars for oil changes past 4:30 it would make sense to put a sign up stating that.

I already don't trust quick lube places but I needed an oil change before driving 3000 miles come on got the best oil service they have. Done fast get in my truck not a tire checked , no vacuum , etc. I get back to hotel to pack up get under the hood to check the level. Boom they never replaced the oil filter. Take it back right away and I tried to be nice about it but come on this right here is why people don't trust these places. They change the filter with a small one and never changed the oil after. Paid over 130 dollars and got looked at like it's my fault. Take your business else where not worth the complete head ache or time. read more

I don't give out 5 stars often, but they really impressed me here. I did a bad thing and read their reviews before I got there. My expectations were so low, but I am elated that they changed my opinion. I got there at 730a and pulled up to the open bay. The store didn't open until a little after 8, but the supervisor/ manager on duty came right out and said "I will get you in, as soon as the rest of my crew arrives." I thought that was extremely thoughtful. They asked me to pull into the bat at 813a. I got out and filled in my info in the pc. This is something I prefer over dictating to them how to spell my name and what my address is. It was convenient for me. He explained the price for the service I wanted, and i mentioned to him that I had a Groupon. He went on to explain that my vehicle took more than what the Groupon was for and explained the additional charges thereafter. I sat down in the waiting room and was asked to come up and pay about 820a. Very quick and very efficient, especially when it came to the Groupon part. I sat again and at 837a, I was told the truck was ready and waiting outside. I was extremely pleased at how fast they were. Not to mention, it came with vacuuming as well. As much as I have created a good bond coming to this location for the last 4 years I find they have more of a playful environment than a professional one. I came in Tuesday 6/18 at 12:45 . The gentleman Jamie told me they were out of my oil. I asked several times if he was sure because this did not make sense to me . He insisted they did not and I needed to come back the next day. I ended up leaving and coming back the next day. This was a huge inconvenience for me with my schedule. I came back 9am 6/19. Only to be laughed at by the staff. I can understand how it's funny on one side of things but this behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I came for a service and was lied to and turned away. I have been coming here for four years and expected better. The manager did not wish for me to fill out a complaint. I came back later that day to receive an apology from Jamie. He smirked the entire time. The staff admitted that he often does this to everyone and it's not personal. It is personal. The staff doesn't know what is going on in the every day lives of their customers. Most of us come for the quick service. We all have lives and some of us children we have to get back to . Overall this is the most unprofessional environment. I wasn't offered a discount or an apology from the manager. I do over all find the staff friendly just unprofessional and Jamie needs to be fired . If he doesn't want to do his job there are plenty of people who need jobs. I routinely use this Jiffy Lube for oil changes because it is close and they do the work professionally and quickly. Today I went in for my oil change because he car said to. Upon check-in the manager scanned my vehicle and noted that it had only been about 3k miles since my last oil change using full synthetic. He recommended that I probably didn't need it but also took the time to check he oil level and quality via the dip stick. Same results "you've got some time on this oil". I will be coming back when it is time! It's nice to work with professionals who aren't there just to make an easy buck. OK guys let's get it together. Been a loyal customer for years at this location. Service and quality has tremendously declined. Just got oil changed and attendant asked if I wanted the "same as last time." While I said "yes", I didn't realize it was $70 last time. I'm pretty sure I used a Groupon. I immediately told the attendant I did not want what I had last time. He proceeded to get extremely sarcastic & say, "WELL, that's what you had last time....well we already put the expensive oil in(said this twice) but, I'll go ahead and take care of it..." Don't get upset with the customer for your rushed error in assuming. Why bother asking? That's Jiffy Lube's error. Not mine. Apparently, the other employees were changing the oil as the attendant was talking to me because I paid on the first visit to the window during his sarcasm. My vehicle was ready very quickly!! I drove off and first noticed the sticker wasn't changed. My invoice shows Installed Window Sticker, "Completed". This is a lie. Then, the floor clearly wasn't vacuumed even though it also reflects "Completed" on my invoice. I'm waiting until my vehicle cools down to check if they even changed the oil!! The amenities and customer service are why I chose Jiffy Lube. Not anymore. I'm done. My last couple of visits have not been the best on so many levels. Now, quality is completely unacceptable. Have an attitude all day but, get the work done correctly! I gave all of my coupons to the folks in the waiting room because I don't want anyone paying full price for mediocre work. I went here for an oil change yesterday. They got it done pretty quickly. Right after they started, one of the Technicians came inside to the waiting room and showed me my air filter. It was very dirty so he asked if I'd like it replaced. I told him yes, because it definitely looked like it was about that time. Not long after he checked me out and sent me on my way. Then, I went and got a State Inspection the next day only to FAIL because my air filter was still filthy and hadn't been replaced at all. Not a nice surprise read more

Absolutely horrible service. My dipstick was broken during a recent oil change. Worst part about it is that they tried giving me my car back WITHOUT telling me it had broke. Complete dishonesty and lack of integrity. I was told by the manager that they were not responsible for the dipstick breaking. Even worse was rather than reimburse me the $13.99 it cost for me to get a replacement dipstick, Customer Service instead offered me a Jiffy Lube gift card for that amount. What would make them think I'd ever go back. Never would I recommend this location or this company to anyone seeking oil change or automotive services. Let me start off by saying if you are looking to get your oil changed or any service done to your vehicle at that...DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!! Dear Jiffy Lube on E Little Creek Rd. You guys suck. Terrible place of business. Shoutout to the long haired kid (i wish i knew your name) that was working in the service bays, you sir are very disrespectful to not only the customers but also their vehicles. Heres the details. I just got back from a long road trip in my new (to me) pickup truck. I paid a lot of money for my truck and im always sure to have maintenance done regularly (as you should). Due to the long road trip my truck was due for an oil change. Jiffy Lube on E Little Creek Rd was close to my home so i choose to take my truck here (despite the questionable reviews i read). I called ahead to be sure the shop was not to busy and to verify that they had the (sometimes hard to find) oil filter for my diesel truck. Indeed they did have time for the oil change and also the man on the phone verified the oil filter i needed was in stock. Props to you man on the phone. No complaints for you. I appreciate you. When i arrive at Jiffy Lube, there is only 1 of 2 service bays open. The one service bay that was open already had a vehicle inside being worked on so i waited in line inside my truck with my wife. After pulling up i am greeted by a nice man with a computer/ipad. He began taking my information down and asking what services i needed completed. I told him i needed an oil change at that was it. Props to this man for advising the proper oil for my truck as the manufacturer specifies per temperatures in the area. As this man is helping me is where i meet a questionable young man with long hair who is also working in the service bays. This young man interrupts the gentleman helping me by saying "thank you for your service" in a sarcastic tone and saluting me. I appreciate the acknowledgment for my service, but the sarcastic tone was very odd. I brushed off the sarcasm and replied to him, then got back to the man helping me get everything setup for the service work to be completed. As this man is helping me i cant help but notice this young man walking around the service bays and around the facility, as if there is nothing to do to help the other employees (mind you there is a line of 3+ vehicles waiting in line). Very unprofessional. The man helping me explains that i need to leave the truck where it is with it running and to follow him to the lobby and i will be notified when the work has been completed. No problem. My wife and i go take a seat in the lobby. Within about 5 minutes of waiting in the lobby i hear my diesel truck being revved up outside the service bay. I shake it off and think nothing of it. Within another 10-15 seconds i hear my truck being revved up again. I stood up and make my way outside to the service bay where my truck is being revved up. I get to my truck to find the young man with long hair getting out of my truck closing the door. Quickly i said "why are you revving up my truck??". The young man replies "i was just checking it". In my head im thinking *CHECKING WHAT???!?!?*. I replied to him and said "your not checking anything by revving up my truck so lets not do that". I turn around and start walking back to the customer lobby to hear the young man say behind me "is it going to break down? It doesnt sounds ok. Are you sure nothing is wrong with it?" In a yet again sarcastic and disrespectful tone with a grin on his face. I look at him and say "nothing is wrong with my truck im just here for an oil change thats all." I continue to walk to the lobby where my wife is at and tell her that we are leaving to go some place else. We walk out to my truck quickly and left Jiffy Lube. I had no faith that my truck would be taken care of properly. Jiffy Lube, you have lost my business. Also shame on the other employees working in the service bays for not correcting the young man and his actions. This location is not far from the intersection of East Little Creek and Azalea Garden Road. You pull up around the back where you'll be greeted by a friendly staffer who'll ask you several questions about your vehicle before directing you as to where to sit once you turn your keys over. The lobby is clean, the bathroom is unisex, there's a self serve coffee station, and a flat panel TV for your viewing pleasure. The one thing that they didn't have (at least not during my visit) that I needed the most was wifi. The wait wasn't long. It seemed like my car went into the garage almost as soon as I grabbed a seat in the lobby. Before I knew it, my name was being called to the front desk. Now here is where things get a little tricky. See, Jiffy Lube is more than just an oil change center, they also provide maintenance services so you know what that means, right? Go in for an oil change and come out with a new transmission! LOL! Well, that's not quite what happened to me but they did tell me that my wiper blades looked a hot mess (not in those words, I'm paraphrasing here, people), and my air filter looked like it was pulled out of the southern branch of the Elizabeth River...no bueno. Overall, the service was professional and very timely. I felt a sense of ease that my car was in good hands with them unlike some of the "other" national chains I've been to. They hit me up a bit driving up what was supposed to be a routine oil change into a small maintenance bill. However, the things that they pointed out to me I could see with my own eyes that they were right. The air filter had a dried up house centipede in it! Whaaat!!! Gee, ummm, thanks old air filter! As consolation, I left with some peace of mind and a freshly vacuumed out car! Not bad...not bad at all. Next time, I'm coming back with some coupons though! read more

I have been a Jiffylube customer for over 20 years. It was out of convenience and proximity more than choice because during those years, they have cross-threaded an oil drain plug leading to an oil leak that almost burned up an engine, a leaky fuel line that caused a small engine fire, and now the final straw: they quoted me a very good discount on high end new tires yesterday, but when I came back today and had them installed, I was told that they could not give me the quoted discount AFTER THEY COMPLETED THE WORK! It was an $80 RIPOFF at Jiffylube Store #131 on East Little Creek Road in Norfolk, VA! THESE PEOPLE ARE OUT AND OUT CROOKS. Caveat Emptor!!! Went to the Jiffy Lube on Little Creek Blvd in Norfolk, VA closet to my home on two occasions over the past 2 months and each time I was told they had ran out of oil due to a late delivery truck. After leaving and going back home I called around to several other Jiffy Lubes who no only had plenty of oil in stock but had received their supply trucks earlier in the week. Guess I have to stop using Jiffy Lube and start using NTB or Take 5 Oil Change. read more
