Shopped here on Saturday, first time since Covid started. The store was very clean, they have staff outside greeting you and keeping count of shoppers. I'm not sure why this store has only 2.5 stars. I always have a good experience. They are taking precautions to keep us safe: they have an employee at the front who keeps track how many people enter the store, hand sanitizer available, and everyone is wearing masks. The store is clean and organized and also great customer service! Sometimes I use curbside pickup, its quick and easy. You just give them a call once you are parked in one of the curbside pickup spaces. I suggest to do your shopping at Old Navy when you can earn super cash! You earn 10$ for every $25 spent which could be used at a later date. They sometimes have some good daily deals that you don't want to miss out. That's why I shop there so often! read more

I came in looking last minute for a pair of pajama pants to match with my family for our Xmas party. It was last attempt. I had held from the assistant manager Mollie who helped me look for it via online for other locations. Everything was too far for me and when I was about to walk out, Mollie came and told me she found one ! It was a large ( two sizes too big for me), but I took it ! It can be hemmed. I just called to ask if they still have uniforms for kids and the person that answered the phone, Jessica was very helpful. Not only she answered my question but she took her time to ask me questions in details about what size i needed, color, gender, etc. I was put on hold and she asked debbie or deborah to look what they have in the store. I didn't really expect this kind of good service especially on a busy Saturday, employees like them are hard to find! read more

Love the pricing here. The amount of selection of cloths is not as big as Kohl's or Macy's but that's to be expected because their brand started off with a pair of jeans. Their service is nice but it's not my first choice when shopping for clothes because I also like to browse the other merchandise the other places offer. read more

I love old Navy since they always have great prices on clothes. However my only complaint is one of the cashiers they have at this location. I came in to buy clothes for my nieces and nephews and asked the cashier if it's okay to print out gift receipts for 7 items just incase they don't fit..immediately she gave me an annoyed expression and acted like it was a big deal to print gift receipts.."it's going to take a while for them to print" "are you sure you want 7? Do you just want to put it all in 1?" Umm I pretty sure I want 7 and I also work in retail...it's not that hard to print gift receipts LOL..she's lucky I was in a good mood that day or I would have ripped her another one. read more

So excited to have an old Navy so close by other than the messy one Located at the Block. This one is a good size, very organized and clean. The employees were ok, but to be fair it was a Saturday night lol. There was one that was very nice greeted me and was very attentive I can't remember his name I think it was Manuel. I was so excited to have an Old Navy right across the street from my house, but this store is such a let down. Always a long line with only 1 or 2 cashier. No one attends to the fitting rooms, and the clearance is a joke. I'll continue to just drive to the block from now on. read more

DO NOT EVER OPEN CREDIT/CARDS FOR OLD NAVY THAT ARE OWNED BY SYNCHRONY BANK!! This company has ZERO integrity. I opened an Old Navy card in 2014. No credit account due date or account number were given, nor was I told the payment would be due in 25days from purchase, or that in 2014 you could ONLY make payments in the store. No phone payment, no online, zero. I bought $149 in clothes for a vacation. I was on vacation when the bill came and was due within the 25 days. I tried to pay it, but due to in store only payment, it took me a week to get there. I paid the entire $149, but they charged me a late fee. I refused to pay it, closed the account the same day. Months later, I was getting collection notes for large amounts of $$. Synchrony BANK charged me interest on the late fee, then a late fee for the unpaid late fee/interest, and this was on a repeated loop for months. Guess what? My credit report 6 years later shows a "charge off" for "profit/losses" and an unpaid balance of $280. SERIOUSLY OLD NAVY??? The remarks on my credit show that I cancelled my own account within 30days of opening it, so how is it legal to keep adding more of your fees to something that is actually closed? I'm seeking a lawyer now because I have all the docs to prove it, and they still won't remove it unless I write yet another letter to Orlando, FL because (shocking) they have no way of contacting someone other than by snail mail. Disgusting company. I refuse to pay you off for something that YOU did. Old Navy sells a bunch of stuff that promotes USA and American wear.....they are the MOST UN AMERICAN company ever....and "Chris" from India that's working from home cannot give me anyone else's number or person to speak to....hmmmm. So this old navy is always a hit or miss. They have to much of the same thing and no enough variety. Like two racks full of the same shirt, dress ect. But what I also found to be lacking is customer service. Found a pair of jeans but they're starting to fray as they were more a jegging. I own these very same pants and was looking to replace them for the same reason cause the gray spread and so on. Only one pair in my size I go to the counter since no one was on the floor at the time. I ask the woman if there were anymore she says the system said there were two. Calls over someone else to help me. The woman at the counter just stares so I just follow the other girl. We don't find any and so she radios telling the other woman there isn't any. The girl was trying to help was really nice and tried her best. The other woman wasn't helpful at all. Didn't offer to look up a store close by with them or even a discount on the messed up ones. Just said so are you taking them or no. I said no and walked out of the store. Didn't purchase the other items I had. It came off rude. I am not doing you a favor by spending my money at your store. read more

I absolutely LOVE Old Navy BUT I have many things to say about this store! I've had multiple incidents that make me not want to go back but I always end up going back because it's so close to my work/home! One time one of the cashiers was so extremely rude and when I asked her a question about a price she rolled her eyes. There has been more than 3 times that their signs say the WRONG price and they have given me attitude when I show them. This other time a cashier was training someone and when I gave her my items I told her I did not want the hangers. She gave me attitude and said "You have to to take them!" Ummm no I don't! I never take the hangers from the store because I do not like them. Plus used to work retail and if the customer does not want the hangers they do not have to take them! I've spoken to the managers about one or two of these issues but they seem to not pay much interest or care to please the customer! Like I said from experience the customer should walk out of the store feeling happy and content! But apparently that does not apply to this store! From now on I will go to the one in Orange. I rather drive a couple more minutes/miles instead of dealing with rude people! read more

I love shopping at Old Navy, I go at least every two weeks to find new articles of clothing for my daughter and I. I frequent the Old Navy at Anaheim Plaza since its the one nearest to our home. I think that will be changing soon though. Yesterday I went to exchange a top I had bought a couple days ago specifically for an event in which I ended up wearing something else. I presented the blouse to the cashier and mind you he didn't even bother to say hello or anything at all for that matter. He took the top and started scanning it, asked for a receipt and proceeded to go about reimbursing me back for my return. He then gave me a receipt back and looked away. He didn't provide me with the turnaround time for when the funds would be dispersed into my account or even say 'have a nice day.' I understand working in retail can be tiring and frustrating to say the least, but these employees lack the basic customer service skills. read more

Store closes at 9 not at 10 should really change the time instead of misleading your customers. It's not cool when you walk in at 9 because you thought the store closed at 10 like the store hours on here state and get shoed away. read more

Worst old navy ever the cashiers r rude n the place is a mess can't find anything and managers r the worst, me and my friend came in here looking for clothes my friend left a coupon at home but knew the code and told them they wouldn't honor it unless they see the coupon physically so He wrote it down for them and they wanna play dumb so I'd rather go shop at Macy and get some real service and even telling them coupon codes they honor it so out of all old navy this has the worst ppl ever read more

My big girl friends always talk about Old Navy selling plus size clothes. I went to the Anaheim Plaza Old Navy and they do not sell plus size clothing. Very disappointing. So ladies if you're planning on shopping for big girl clothes at Old Navy, don't waste your time here. read more

I was looking for a pair of jeans. The manager with the light brown, curly bob-styled hair told me the skinny jeans were on sale. I told her I was not skinny, and she showed me other jeans. No big deal, except, as I was walking to my car, I heard her saying - on her mobile - in front of the store next to hers "I know! She told me she wasn't skinny, and, I was all, ;o-kaaaay'." If you are going to be unprofessional and make fun of your customers, don't do it at the entrance near your store. Go to the rear. She also gave poor customer service, leaving me to figure stuff out on my own. read more

I went to this location a few days ago and bought over $200 dollars worth of pants for my kids. Some of the sizes were too big so I went back to exchange them. As soon as I walked in I asked the cashier in the front if they needed to check my receipt or if they wanted to keep the bag at the registers and he told me to get the clothes I want to exchange and they would ring everything up when I was ready. I was browsing around the store while my kids were looking for their correct sizes and I told them to use the fitting rooms to make sure the pants were a good fit. As we walked over to the fitting rooms with the bag in my hand an employee followed me, and made it a point to crane her neck and make sure my kids hadn't walked in with the bag or make sure I wasn't going to do something suspicious? There was no fitting room attendant when we got there and after the employee checked up on us another employee showed up and started organizing the clothes in the fitting room rejects rack while keeping an eye on us. I decided to walk around and I noticed other employees happened to be organizing clothes near me. Overall my experience was negative, if they were so concerned about stealing they should have kept the bag at the registers. They shouldn't pretend to trust their customers and then go the extra mile to monitor or shadow my kids and I. I am never going back to this location again. read more
