I usually do not go to this Old Navy because being that it's located in the busy Arcadia mall, I am sure it will be messy and missing sizes. The times I've gone in there is lots of clothes on the floor at the sale section therefore it controls me a bit in coming out with bags of clothes. The guy section here was poorly stocked this time I went in and pretty small. There wasn't many Medium sized available for the shirt's my husband wanted to buy. The rest of the store is pretty well maintained. Cashiers are usually fast and friendly but there will be lines. This is mainly because this mall is over all always busy and this Old Navy usually only has two cashier's open. I've always had trouble finding someone on the floor though so I am not sure where all the workers are. Regardless, Old Navy has some cute styles at affordable prices. Store is pretty well kept and organized. Many fitting rooms available so there is hardly ever a line. The staff was helpful and offered to get me clothes should I request it. Transaction went smoothly. Prices are decent. Sometimes there isn't much of a selection but it's good for casual clothes. The downside is that the fitting may not always be good so I would recommend trying the clothes on before ordering/purchasing. I would probably recommend Gap or Banana Republic (the more mature siblings) if you have a bit more pocket change. Every now and then they have coupons or deals so one can get decent clothes for a good price. read more

Went in today to buy jeans. I'm hard to fit because I'm short and its very difficult at times to find petite sizes. I have to give a 5 stars because this location has great a staff. The selection is usually good but the sale sections aren't too organized. I don't really mind though because I like "digging" through and seeing what I can find. I also don't blame them, how can you keep the bottom half of the store looking perfect when there's children running around pulling shirts off the tables. (Not my child of course ;) read more

Good deals are usually easy find. Two problems though.... First, the quality of the clothes has declined (two shirts had holes in only 2-3 washes). Second, they ALWAYS have long register lines (NEVER have enough employees at the registers)! read more

I'm a loyal customer of Old Navy, though I mostly shop online. Today's review is just for Old Navy's customer service at the Santa Anita Mall. Specifically a worker by the name of Stephanie, which we encountered today around noon. I had to return and exchange a few items. Two of which I had gone over my 90 days. At first, I understood that the pants (which my daughter never wore- teenager was a size bigger) would only be 96 cents if placed back on my Old Navy Card. Mind you, they had tag, stickers, etc. brand new. But then I understood that we could exchange them for the correct size she now wore. Well, once I paid, I noticed they still were 96 cents. I came back to inquire about this, and she answered me back in a pompous attitude and told me that she "had told this already!" I proceeded to tell her that I had misunderstood, but just passed me on to the cashier next to her, while she didn't have a customer herself. I waited for the new cashier to finish with her customer, and she gave me back the unworn pants for less then 2 bucks. I understand that Old Navy has policies, and I don't expect the rules to be bent just for me. But I do expect respect for all the workers, I'm not getting anything for free!!! I'm a paying customer, she could of kindly said "sorry, you misunderstood, what I meant was ...." To clarify, instead she was rude and passed me on to the next cashier just like that!!!! Fortunately, that cashier was much nicer, she did ask Stephanie " weren't you helping her?" Of which Stephanie never answered. What a rude girl!!!! read more

old navy is old navy is old navy. it's full of fairly cheap clothing with underpaid and overworked - though usually nice and decently trained - staff. this one is not particularly different. it is big and impersonal and well stocked with their signature so-so clothing. what makes this particular location stellar, however, is the fact that the a couple of the people are AWESOME. i was a complete dopeyhead and left my snazzy sunglasses on one of their shelves. i realized my mistake about an hour after i'd left the mall, and since i live over an hour away - and the mall was closed by then - i couldn't go back and get them. i called the next day and their super cool manager, vanessa, offered to mail them to me! i offered to pay - i begged to pay - she wouldn't hear it. said "it happens"!!! how cool is that?!!? most places would have either had someone steal them, wouldn't have "found" them, would have bitched and said you get your butt here and pick them up or at the very least waited until i sent funds to cover postage. vanessa - the doll that she is - would have none of that. old navy needs to SERIOUSLY give that customer service superstar a RAISE. KEEP HER ON STAFF, i tell ya! read more
