This is a well-stocked store with friendly staff! I always find good things here, and parking in the deck below is free for the first 2 hours, and then like $3-4 after that. It's not the biggest location of Old Navy, but follows the familiar format of the store. It feels a bit tight, but you will definitely find good bargains here if you are looking. I wish that they had more dresses available, but that's more of a regional buyer issue versus in their control. It's located in a great location near Yard House and LA Fitness, and there are several other shopping options nearby to complete your visit! read more

I love this store. They have So much clothing. They always have an ample amount of sizes too. The reason that I am not giving them a higher rating is due to the fact that while in the dressing room, the store employee walked away. I needed a different size, and an opinion on how something looked, but she was no where around. I would have purchased more if I had more help. I mean, it was the middle of the week at 2 PM. Visiting this Old Navy in Atlanta boosted my love for the store. Having two kids Old Navy was often my go to store for my son. Now that he is grown, he visits on his own which prompted today's visit. Having shopped in many of the stores in CA for years. I was so surprised to learn today all the way in Atlanta, that if a store doesn't have an item in stock it can be ordered in store and shipped to your home, FREE!! I like Old navy. This location is between LA fitness and Yard house. Parking is not free. There are street parking that can be limited dung 4-9 pm and all day weekend. Parking deck below that about 2 dollars an hour. Location is smaller than most mall location and its dose seem stuff are cluttered. But do have four departments, Baby, Kids, Men and Women. Sales and clearance section have alot of in season and out of season wear.Also Coupons are available online . Service here sucks. Staff seems o not care or say hi to any shopper walking in. Check out process is molasses. It take at leaks 20 mins from in line to the register. It seems the the staff just dont care. Over all great clothing store with affordable prices. This is one of the better locations I've been to! The store is kept well-stocked, well-staffed, and is always clean. Right next to the LA Fitness at Atlantic Station, it is a bit more of a production to access this store than usual, but in true Old Navy fashion, a good sale is worth the trip! Very affordable compared to it's Atlantic Station competitors, this is a great shopping option- or just a good way to waste some time before a movie at the Regal Cinema. Before you go, be sure to check your email (or online if you're not signed up with Old Navy) for coupons- they send them out fairly regularly. read more

This Old Navy is one of the great shops within Atlantic Station in Midtown Atlanta. Located to the left of the movie theater...it's very accessible (to other shops, as well as the parking garage), easy to find and a perfect place to shop or just browse. Great variety (for men, women and children), awesome prices, large sale section, clean store/dressing rooms and a fabulous staff. What else could you ask for? Note (this is a part of each of my AS reviews) - the parking garage no longer offers free parking for the first 2 hours...unless you're going to the movies. Some restaurants validate too, but...if you're looking to shop during the day/week...there's usually a good amount of street parking. Just make sure to bring quarters for the meter. I was in search of particular dress and 3 stores were sold out and I rushed to call the Atlantic Station location. The young lady that took the call quickly checked the floor for the dress and put it on hold for me. It was early in the morning so I parked across the street and upon my arrival I was greeted. The store clean, well organized and the line wasn't never-ending. I had a good experience at this location. Sidenote: I put enough money in the meter for 25 mins and I had time left over. read more

Well, well, well, Old Navy has moved up in the world to shun its image of being the red-headed step child of the Gap and Banana Republic! Gone are the familiar Old Navy trucker tees, and in are the cool, trendy and fashionable men's, women's and children wear. I must admit, I thought shopping at what I used to call "Old Gravy" was exactly my nickname deemed it- old fashioned gravy. Now they have really cool men's wear for CHEAP! Me likey ! This extremely reasonable priced apparel store has definitely made it on my suggestion list! In fact I got a really bomb corduroy brown blazer that you'll see at Macy's for $33.00! The Atlantic Station location has a LOT of selection to choose from, although the men's section isn't as big as the women's, no shocker there. When I went today, a couple of their sales clerks to be sucking on sour lemons, which kinda sucked, but its all good. Check this spot out! Its worth the time! read more

I haven't been to this Old Navy in quite some time since I try to avoid Atlantic Station at all costs. I happened to stop in here last week and was pleasantly surprised by the new layout. The old layout was like every other Old Navy store and it just seemed really cluttered. The new layout makes it easier to find the section you are looking for whether it be men's, kid's, women's or baby. They have really cleaned this store up from the last time I was here. I was also impressed with the jewelry and accessory selection at this store. I have seen a small display of jewelry at other Old Navy's but this was like a full blown jewelry section. All of the pieces were really reasonably priced and a lot of styles were on clearance. This is a great place to go if you are looking for cheap jewelry to match a specific outfit. I wouldn't come here looking for high quality every day jewelry. read more

Old Navy is the happy, pop-loving sister to the Gap. The staff at this location is almost always bubbly and helpful. They are more than willing to help and I've never had a problem with any one there. And this location is always neat and tidy. I've never had an issue finding what I'm looking for here. Complaint: They don't carry many bottoms, i.e. shorts and pants, in larger sizes. I don't know if this is an Old Navy thing in general or just varies with location. And I read in an earlier review that the first two hours of parking is no longer free, that's untrue. I go to Atlantic Station almost every day and I've yet to be charger. read more

This store had misplaced a discount on a pair of jeans and then refuse to honor it which to me is unethical. One managers solution was to offer %15 off when the tag price was $1 wanted me to pay over $25!! For their mistake! Finally they offered %50 but still not making the customer right just angry and not wanting to return to this store and maybe just not shop with old navy for a while. Clothes stretch out and are cheaply made to then argue with customer is really b poor taste. read more

I shop at Old Navy for my little ones and maybe to try to find an item or two for me. A few of the times I've came to this location they are well stocked and have a great selection of clothing for my little ones. I also like the little fragrances they have at the register. My problem I have with this location is the cashiers/stockers. Some of them are incredibly impudent and inexperienced. One several occasions I've come in and prices are not as advertised I don't complain I just don't buy it. Well after the thanksgiving holiday I came in and while checking out I asked one girl which perfume where on sale for $5 bucks as the sign was under them all. So she said "I don't know with a eye role " Lol! so I calmly ask "lol can you find out"..keep in mind there is no line at this time. She asked some guy stocking if he knew..he says "scan the item and see if it's on sale" lol! So she scanned two and both where not on sale even though the sign clearly says so. Than he says in a crude way. " I don't know who put this sign here" but anyone can clearly see it's a holiday sale sign. I took a pic! Than I paid for one of them for full price(the scent was a nice back up perfume to keep in my car) it's only $14 bucks with tax so no biggie. It's just principle you shouldn't advertise a price and than expect customers to pay a different price. On top of that have indecorous employees working at a well named retail establishment. Can I ever come out of this Old Navy without getting really good deals? Nope- this Old Navy location is a guaranteed deal finder for me...I've picked up everything from the basic tees & tanks, dresses, sweaters, flip flops, sunglasses, etc. for half off (or more!) than I would get at other Old Navy locations. For some reason, this location and I seem to be a shopping fit! You know how you have some stores where you just can't help but find things in your style, size and price range whenever you stop by? This Old Navy is that location for me- I barely set foot in other Old Navy stores, as I never seem to have much luck. Stick to your basics here- tees, tanks, cardigans, workout gear like yoga pants...you won't find fancy dresses, suits, or anything fo rthe occasions that require the higher quality stuff but you do find plenty for the casual weekend and some for the business casual working world. The staff here is helpful and friendly when needed, but pleasantly absent when I just want to wander. One of the times I was in here, I was checking the price of flip flops I just bought earlier in the week- an employee says "you should get them- they're cute, on sale and they're selling like hotcakes!". My reply: "I know! I just bought 3 pairs earlier this week- I'm the reason they're selling! But thanks for the heads up!" Good looking out, Mr. Staffer...making sure I don't miss the deals. I stop in this location if I'm on my way to the movie theater, at the nearby Target, or even if I'm in the general vicinity of Atlantic Station. I usually try to limit my reviews of chain stores unless I frequent the location many times and want to comment on the location vs other locations. This layout is an urban store, so not as gigantic as some locations, but it has a nice flow and doesn't seem as cluttered or messy as many Old Navy's tend to be. The cashier lines tend to move pretty quickly (unlike the H&M Atlantic Station)- you wait in one organized line for the next available cashier. read more

This is the most poorly managed store I've been in. Subpar of the Old Navy standard. The racks were a mess and the cashiers were extremely slow. Long line for the entire hour I was in there, but the store was not even crowded. The two cashiers (when there were about five terminals) made sure they could not be bothered to lift a finger. The dressing room attendants joked around inappropriately instead of helping with sizes. Not coming back here. read more

OK.....the sales people and prices were nice but there were some problems which left a real bad taste in my mouth. When my son and I went to the dressing area they told us no dressing rooms were available because there was a fashion show and they needed the rooms for that. Finally after waiting for awhile and expressing real concern they asked two of the models to double up and got us a room. The next problem was at checkout (which took awhile waiting in a line). As I checked out the cashier offered me a card that would get me 25% off on my purchase. He described it as a discount card and never said the word "credit" and promised me he could get me one in less than 2 minutes. So I went along with it......but I should have figured out something was not right when he wanted me to put my social sec. # on the pin pad. He assured me it was just to connect me with my drivers license and no one would every know it. A moment later when I finished the purchase he never asked me for my credit card but said the bill would come in the mail....then I figured it out. He tricked me into opening an Old Navy credit card. I immediately protested and asked them to void the transaction. The told me they could not and I would have to call Old Navy myself and cancel it. I felt really abused as a customer. Then when I went home to fill out the online survey I was informed at the top of the survey that it would take 10-15 minutes to fill out and I would get a code for 10% off my next purchase (not that I was excited to return.) So I started filling out the survey, gave low scores for the first few questions and suddenly it said the survey was over (after about 1 minute) and they never gave me my discount number. This store really irks me. They are cowards. read more
