Good location for a quick stop for a purchase or online return. It's been a staple in the Bronx for a long time. Nothing beats a good, budget-friendly pair of jeans. Big box store and all, I like Old Navy jeans primarily for the price and quality. This (once huge) almost 25 year old White Plains Rd location, has been my go-to when I lived in the area. They've condensed significantly years ago to make way for GAP Factory store. Despite their smaller version, this store has almost everything you need when it comes to women's, children's and men's clothing. What I like about Old N. is that you can see many of the women clothing pieces styled ON mannequins of several sizes rather than just one size! And visualizing how a piece will look on me has never been easier! Aisles, shelves, fitting rooms are neat and floor is clean. My only gripe was the tray full of bagged chips on the cash register counter off to one side with some unfolded clothes¯\_(ツ)_/¯. while in soundview section in the bronx via the temporary non shooting section i hope , i visited old navy to see whats happening .store has been renovation some years ago and a bit smaller now but all the ladies , mens , kiddies , babies clothing and accessories along with footwares .as i stated before with other old navys reviews the clothing and what not is not top notch quality but for the prices i wouldnt expect it but overall whatever i have purchased seems to last for a while . the aisles and shelves are clean organized and well stock with a good variety of chic cool stuff and everything thing is on sale which seems to be old navys allure. got me some socks. cargo shorts and a hawaiian style print shirt which i will wear when no one is watching. checkout is quick as its still early and not many customers are roaming around yet. overall not a bad old navy and the locals will like the styles and prices . read more

Great store, but if you don't make it when a sale begin forget about stopping by, beacuse the first thing to go are the XXL then the XL and last but not least the L. Don't get me wrong I love old navy, I love their pants , hoodies and also there gym clothes. Came in to purchase a pair of boot cut jeans & there was an employee in that section around 7pm folding jeans putting them on those racks. I was standing there trying not to move the stuff around as she was putting back but not at one point did she ask if I needed assistance. She acted as if I was in her way as she stood in front of me to put things on rack as I was looking for my size. I thought this was very inconsiderate & what made matters worse she was putting the wrong jeans there according to sign should have been boot cut she was putting slim cut. read more

This Old Navy shrunk down to half its original size and they used the space for the Gap. At the size it was before it was bad enough the line snaked around the store. at half the size I would not be surprised if it wrapped around twice! everything is compacted together, spaces are super tight and it feels cramped. It seems they are trying to do a better job with keeping the clothing in order and they are doing better but by a tiny margin. Lately it seems like the store is ALWAYS busy. I have always reached the line when it was backed up into the mens section nearing the boys and maternity. Normally all the cash registers are manned but even then it still takes a while ( or so it seems) to be next. I must say that the times I have been there the staff has been curteous and helpful. I must say though as soon as you pay and the bag is in your hand, before you even walk off they are already calling the next customer to take your spot read more

I've been to Old Navy stores, so I know they can get a bit messy. But this one has to be the messiest yet. I was in there today, and the jeans were is piles every, even on the floor. This wouldn't be a complaint if the store was full of customers, but this one was deserted, with employees just walking around. :[ The upside? The staff is great and helpful. There's a moderate selection here, nothing too great or too dissatisfying. Great for the Plus Size gals as they carry a lot of the Plus Size items, though, judging from the fact that Plus Size jeans are the hardest to find here, those sizes might be the best selling~ Very eh, don't go out of your way to come here. Definitely check out the larger ones in the city if you're going to make a trip. read more

This location gets two stars due to the fact that my children needed to use the bathroom and BOTH of the male and female ones were out of service! Really?!?! During the busy holiday shopping time your customers have no place to go to relieve themselves? Therefore I'll pass on this shopping experience. read more

This old navy is messy but then again I haven't been to a neat old navy :). It gets really packed on Saturdays and Sundays so if you can go on a weekday. They stay open late so you stop after work. read more

If you come to this store be prepared to spend a very long time on the line, If I can give below 0 stars I would this store is the worst store ever, first they only had one cashier for a huge line then an extra cashier came over and ask to take people with credit car or debit card only the manager is clueless seen a huge line and does not do nothing about it worst experience ever, old navy corporate headquarters needs to do something about it, I never coming back to this store. read more

It's an okay Old Navy. It's worth visiting. I used to go to high school next to this store, but now I don't pass by here at all, because I live in North Bronx. I certainly will not go out of my way to travel to this place. They are not that special. I remember one day coming out of school early and the line was from almost the left side of the store all the way to the right side of the store..terrr-ri-ble! I don't know what was happening on that day. I was glad I was not looking to buy anything that day, because my mood would've been altered by the long standing. I am a frequent old navy customer. I gave birth about two months ago and have chosen to breastfeed my child. I was recently shopping at an Old Navy store in the Bronx on White Plains road and needed to breastfeed my newborn. I approached the fitting room and asked the attendant if I could utilize the fitting room to breastfeed so I wouldn't have to do it in the middle of the store. She informed me that I could not use it unless I was trying something on. After communicating with her she eventually said I could use it but would have to get out once someone came to try on clothing. There were multiple other fitting rooms. I was appalled at the disregard for a breastfeeding mother. I spoke with the manager and informed him of what occurred and while he was apologetic, I believe that this needs to be addressed with all employees. I haven't been to an Old Navy store since this incident because I don't want to be met with the same response when I again need to feed my baby. I am hoping that this issue will be corrected. read more
