Old Navy has always been a go-to store whenever I needed new clothes. Yes, the quality of clothes are not high-end but the prices are reasonable. I would rather shop here for shorts and jeans than drive all the way to the mall. The only reason I can't give this store an excellent rating is because this store can be really messy. It's not unusual to find clothes on the floor or not organized by sizes on racks. It is a turn off when you're trying to look deals or the clearance section. Regardless, I'm still a fan of this store. The staff have always been kind and helpful whenever I needed assistance. I'm happy we have this store in town so I don't always have to drive to Arden or Roseville Galleria. read more

She hovered over me and made weird comments that didn't make sense, and made it so awkward for me that I had to leave the store entirely. I must express how frustrated I am at the fact that you're super cash is not actually super cash. The only experience that I have with programs like this are at location such as Kohl's and Macy's. When they do programs that Award their customers for shopping with them through bonus cash incentive - it's actually cash. I went shopping at this Old Navy very excited about the items that I found and got to the register only to realize that it's not actually what the ticket clearly says - which is $30 bonus cash (any reasonable person would think that that is $30 off their purchase). Not only could I not use two vouchers in one transaction, I had to spend $25 to get $10 off and not able to use my military discount on top of that. What a bummer!!! This was horribly advertised, a marketing scam, and a horrible experience at your old navy store. Sure I could've read all of the program and details prior to wanting to use the vouchers that I was awarded, but it didn't make sense to me that a store that wanted to award its customers for shopping there and then hustle them. Overall I have been a very loyal shopper at all of your establishments, but this terrible attempt at getting customers to spend even more money in order for them to qualify for their bonus award has really made me second-guess my loyalty. I ended up not purchasing anything, because the cashier wasn't really able to explain to me why my transaction wasn't going down the way that it should. I noticed the line behind me and wanted to be courteous to the customers as well as the other cashiers that we are working very hard. Ultimately this program is a failing for your business, and I was not the only one at the location that was upset and frustrated. For what it's worth advertising something as an award and then not following through is pretty sucky. read more

very poor customer service , I ordered online and chose to picked up from the store , I came to the store and pull my order number the sale associate told me that we have nothing under your name !!! Even I show her my order confirmation number. The next day I went to the store and ask for the store Manager or assistant Manager if they can help me with my order . My 2 star rating isn't specifically for this location but Old Navy overall... back in the day when I was on a budget and younger (aka not as wise) I loved Old Navy. But then I got older and wiser. I soon realized that they get you in the door by advertising "Item of the Week" deals. These deals are pretty good deals but usually the cheap deals aren't really clothes people end up wanting. So you get disappointed with the "Item of the Week" and start looking around the store. You find cute stuff but then you look at the price tag and realize that its way over priced for the quality. I don't mind spending my hard earned $ on clothing but if I'm going to be paying that much I want it to be a piece of clothing that will last more than one season which sadly Old Navy clothes do not. I stopped shopping here a few years back but recently was once again lured in by their $2 tank tops (which were hideous btw) and continued to browse the store only to be reminded of why I stopped shopping here. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice? Shame on me. I've learned my lesson. As for this store specifically, its clean but they have packed so much stuff into this tiny place its hard to move around. Also it seems there is a breakdown in communication somewhere. When I asked about the $2 tank tops which was in BIG BOLD LETTERS on the sign in the front window the girl stated, "We don't have any $2 tank tops." It wasn't until I pointed out the HUGE sign in the window and informed her a friend of mine had been in earlier to get some that she decided to inquire about them. It was so clean I almost forgot it was an Old Navy. I was just running in to make a return, and I was mentally prepared to wait for a manager to be called, and be asked for a blood sample..... Remodeled the store and it's cool. Slightly more organized, well lit, and central fitting rooms. The men's section got smaller though... The staff are very helpful. Let me remind you these people aren't on commission of course, so it's nice how above and beyond they go for customers. The security guy was even helpful and dropped some knowledge on the corduroys I was looking at. The fitting room lady was really friendly, complimented my outfit choices and didn't mind that I had over the maximum amount of items. She was really appreciative that I wanted to put back my own go-backs too. You should see their mountains, stacks, piles of clothes that need to go back. You could build a fort or a bed out of it, literally. Last and not least, our cashier was the star who motivated me to write this review. She was so kind and heartful. She felt bad that I thought a garment was on sale which wasn't and she did everything in her power to give me that price, which brought it down halfway but not all the way. Really great, she could've just not gave a damn if I bought it or not. She did not pressure me into a Old Navy Credit Card either. Then she slipped me an Old Navy ad with the $10 off coupon, how cool is she. Offered us multiple receipts and bags in case we needed them. She was efficient too. I'll call in today to let the manager know how fantastic she was. I don't know if it's the holiday jolly season or what, but there's a lot of amazing happening. read more

I used to shop at Old Navy a lot then they started to drop in the quality of the clothing. They get me to come to the store with all the sales they are having, so we come in for a few items and walk out with a huge bag full of clothes. The clothes is usually for my husband. We got some polo and a few v-neck shirts. They do have a huge selection of clothing from babies to kids to adults. The items are in fashion, but sometimes I feel it a little pricy for the quality of clothing they make. The clothing can get a little messy when the store is crowded and this store get a lot of traffic. There always a line, so sometimes I get in line and we take turn looking around for clothes. read more

Store continuously has lines that compare to Disneyland rides. Can't say I've been in there and see more than 2 cashiers maximum despite 3-4 floor workers walking around. Stood in line this evening for 2 items and had to wait for approximately 35 minutes. Throughout the wait in line (plus or minus approximately 25 people waiting) it was apparent that a sense of urgency by the cashiers was nonexistent. When my fiance asked if they were short-staffed, she then given a very "careless" attitude by one of the cashiers named Howua* (spelling?). She then went on to say, "that's just how sales are right now." It is very frustrating that the staff could seem to care less when it comes to the concerns of their customers. read more

Only old navy in the Elk Grove area and I believe the next closest store is by Arden Mall. They lack shopping carts but they have a lot of shopping bags by the entrance. You'll notice shoes being spreed throughout the store and a slight display of flats, heels and booties by the cashier area. Their jewelry/sunglasses displays are next to each other but isn't too promising with the styles. Everything is organized and even the clearance area isn't as messy as other the location. There was a shirt on the manican that I liked but wasn't found in the store, which was disappointing. Depending on the employee, it can be a fast and easy checkout, but some can be really slow thus holding up the long line. Typically during situations like this, they would radio in for backup. Employees here are working hard, fixing up displays and greeting customers and asking if they need any assistance. Impressive for retail stores because I've seen many who just stands there and gossip while watching their customers struggle to find stuff. read more

I went here during the HOT weekend and they were having a huge flip flops sale for $1.00!!! You can't beat that! Lines outside the store but totally worth it for such great deals! The were also having $2, $5 and $8 deals on clothes for the whole family! This place helps stretch your dollars in order to buy clothes for your family and look stylish :) I love buying from Old Navy because they have a great variety of colors and patterns and it's a one stop shop to buy kids clothes and your hubby's as well as a new dress or two for yourself! I haven't graced an Old Navy with my presence since my early college years. Sheer Memorial Day boredom took me there today. The Old Navy's I'd been into before looked like they had been hit by a tornado. I was shocked to see shirts neatly folded, and pants hanging on the rack, organized by size. Typically old navy shirts are so awful I expect a sleeve to fall off the first time I wash it. While there's been no change in quality, this store is, at least, presentable. I still can't get over the fact that the store supplies shopping carts to their customers. Like it's Costco for clothes. So odd. read more

I love Old Navy, especially their jeans. I am short and always have a hard time finding pants that have short enough pant legs that I don't have to worry about tripping in when wearing them. This store is of a decent size and roomy for an Old Navy store. This particular location is always neat, but not very organized when it comes to the sizing of the folded items especially as you work yourself front to back. The employees are always friendly whenever I go in and shop. Never really had problems at this location other than not being able to find jeans in my size in the style that I want. read more

I went in right after opening this morning. The store is the slowest store for check out. The customer service is terrible.I bought a bunch of kids clothes. Got home and realized two shirts I paid full price for. One had a sign for $8 and the other had a 30% off sign. Well when we came back in to have it fixed the guys at the counter said one was buy on get one half off and the other was full price. My mom headed back to re chek the sign. The guy called back to the worker in boys to tell him she was coming back. The sign was changed. This is the worst customer service. No wonder they only have two and a half stars on yelp. This would not be a place to go if you have an hour lunch check out took 20 minutes. I don't visit Old Navy very often because I don't often find anything there that fits well. However, I do think that they have a good selection of baby/infant/children's clothes for reasonable prices. When I stopped in to look around I was amazed at how busy the store was (it was about two weeks before Christmas). You could tell that the staff was doing their best to try and keep things as tidy as possible but people were ripping through the wracks like a hyena tearing through a fresh kill. I felt bad for the staff. I made my way through the madness to the back of the store where the kiddos clothes are and sifted through the rubble. I found a couple of cute items and a snow jack for a great deal! With my newly found items in hand I headed to the line. Wow, I could hardly believe my eyes... the line was a 30-35 minute wait! I felt like I was in (a short) line at Disneyland. I had about that much time before I needed to be off to my next location so I decided to wait. To my surprise I found out that the store was offering an additional 30% off everything in the store for that day only! That meant that I was getting things for 50-75% off. Suddenly the long line was worth the wait. Everyone around me was so nice, we chatted while we waited. The store staff surprised us all and handed out small bags of Popchips to everyone in line. What a nice gesture and a pleasant surprise. The 30 minutes went by in no time and I left a very happy customer. 5 stars to Old Navy for exceptional customer service!!! read more

This place reminds me of why I HATED working retail during the holidays. I came on Black Friday, the place was crowded, parking was a pain--I had to park all the way at Ulta. I needed the walk after the thanksgiving feast the previous night, but nevertheless.. It was a pain in the rear just to leave the parking lot because of traffic. Surprisingly Old Navy was still pretty organized with so many people and 50% off. I haven't shopped there since forever and since I still had to buy gifts, why not? ON has gotten more pricey since I last visited. Like damn, really? Has the quality gotten better too? Anyway they also sell 9ers and Raiders gear here too. Another surprise! Elf brand cosmetics as well (towards the counter). The lines were super long, but the cashiers did their best to keep it moving. They had someone go through the lines to take off the sensors to speed things up. Kudos! Love the clothes. My HUGE complaint? ?? The sales/discount signs are very misleading. Huge signs posted all over the store says 30,40,50 % off... Apparently the customers are supposed to know what the difference is in the COLOR of the signs because most are only if you use your old Navy credit card. When I asked about it at the register I was told look at the fine print. This is crap. Maybe they should just have legitimate sale signs and maybe inform the customer at the register that they can use the card and save the additional amount? !?! read more

Right when I walked in, there was a lady folding clothes and she didn't greet me or pay any mind to me at all which automatically threw me off. After that, I was looking through the football teams shirts and it was so unorganized, it was IMPOSSIBLE to find my size. The men's and women's tees were mixed together. It was a disaster.
