Where to start.... Ok, so we have eaten at this restaurant 3 times in the past 2 months. The first time was great, staff had a bit of a learning curve, but for the most part the food was good. We ordered the "all meat" pizza which I cannot remember the menu name, and a Pepperoni Pizza. Both pizzas were delicious and we went home happy. The second time we ordered the same thing and had it picked up, and the pizza wasn't as good as the last time, but decent. This last time, was probably the last time we (a party of 6) will be back for some time. We showed up at 7pm on Friday March 17th and were told that 3 of the staff went to the doctor and were sick, not covid, and to be sure and understand that the food would probably take around 45 mins to cook. We totally understand and are ok with this. Waitress comes to ask us what we want and she takes our drink order, in which the first mishap happens, and corrected quickly. We are 1 of 3 tables mind you, with 1 of those 2 had their food and would be leaving in 15 mins. The other table of 8 or so gets their food shortly after. 5 tables around us all come in after we had placed our order. 45 mins have passed and the table behind us gets their food. Another 10 and a second table gets their food. 15 minutes pass and we see a ticket fall down and jokingly state it was probably ours, and now it will be even longer... 10 minutes more pass and another table gets their food, with only 1 more beside us waiting to get their food. One of our party goes to tell them that every table has gotten their food besides one other in which we had placed our order over an hour ago before they all came in. They scramble, apologize, and continue to throw together the pizzas, and get them out. 10-15 mins more and our pizzas come out. The sauce which has been so good the past two times, has literally turned into pureed tomatoes, and very excessive on both pizzas. We had to scrape the excess off. The pizzas were also not cooked as long as they should have been and overall was not good. About 5 mins after we get ours, the last table has theirs as well... After all that, the icing on the cake, the owner (assuming she is) comes to the table with her payment processor ready to take payment (weird that the payment process never has any issues), states the following: "sorry but humans make mistakes, and you have had our pizza before, no?" "Yes." "Well then you know we are good, we just make mistakes like every human does." Mind you, I didn't really have to have a discount, and didn't really need one, but almost a 2 hour experience and the food was not done, excessively and put together like slop, made us decide to take a big, long break from this restaurant until they are able to sustain. read more

Just the last visit! 5 stars every other times(4)! They forgot the sauce and the cheese ! Got home with crust and loose topping . Chiefs game started, so ate it as is! Will be back no problem ! Just keep a eye on product before a leave . Really missed that 5 star pizza . Service is very good 2/21 perfection is back ! My love has returned ! read more

Fantastick! You have to try this pizza. We have tried most in town and this is hands down the best so far. The options and the crust rock. We get a 4 cheese and add Italian sausge. Magnifico! They also make a homemade ranch that is a must have. Trust me, not a big ranch fan but this stuff is the bomb. Give them a try. You will not be dissapointed. read more

I wish I could tell you about this restaurant but this was the THIRD time I've driven from Jenks to South BA and even though their hours show as open, the restaurant was completely dark and closed. The first time we wanted to go for lunch on a Saturday but when we arrived at 11:30am, they were closed. What restaurant doesn't open until noon on a Saturday? I've heard great things, but I won't be back. It's too hit or miss for me. Maybe you will have better luck. read more

First time to try this pizza place during post Thanksgiving 2023. We are so glad to unexpectedly stumble this gem near us. Got the folded calzone, buffalo wings and all meat pizza. Everything was delicious. The cook/owner and his assistant not sure if she is his wife are both accomodating and nice. We will diffinitely be back. read more

My husband and I visited Old World Pizza last week after several of our friends ate there with a positive experience. The menu is pizza, salad and dessert with one "calzone" type entree. Our server was prompt and pleasant. The owner who is from Italy came over to check on us once or twice, and was welcoming and pleasant. The only food we got on this visit was a pizza, half Hawaiian and half pepperoni. Probably the best pizza I have had in 30 years! I feel fortunate that this restaurant is in my end of town. I predict that in 6 months they will be full all the time! Hurry and visit while you can still get a table! read more

Awesome new pizza place in New Orleans square near Habitat restore. Their pizza and gluten free crust is some of the best I have ever had. It is my families new favorite pizza place. Saw a post on FB about this place and gave it a shot. Very glad I did. I'll have to say it is now my favorite pizza aside Savastanos deep dish. Two great pies but completely different as well. To start this place just opened less than two months ago. The dough ( which is aged for three days before being made into a pie) is perfectly light and airy not burnt or crispy. The sauce is made daily and is a perfect sweet tomato not over powering with spices and the cheese is sliced rather then some bagged shredded cheese. But best of all is the Char pepperoni they use. Love how they get crispy on the outer edge of the pepperoni. I've tried many places here in the Tulsa area and again I'll have to say this is now my new favorite pie. I'd also like to add that the owner LyLy was extremely friendly and you can tell she has a true passion not only for making an amazing pie but also assuring your happy with what you e ordered. I highly recommend giving them a try. They are just down from cost co off memorial down 101 st. read more

Everything we had was excellent on both visits. The Caprese salad was out of this world, rivaling places in Italy. Generous toppings on the pizza, great crust that is cooked perfectly and holds up to the toppings. Don't skip the cake for dessert! Well worth the drive from Tulsa. read more

One of the worst experiences I have had any restaurant in Broken Arrow, pizza place or otherwise. The staff was slow and incompetent. When I arrived to pick up my order they couldn't figure out which orders were for which customers because they didn't write down the names on the tickets. I had to stand and wait for 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged. After that I was told my order was going in the oven and it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. Meanwhile, customers calling in were being told the wait was an hour. Mind you, I stood around another 10 minutes waiting for my order to be finished, assuming it was in the oven as promised, only to find out they moved my ticket back and I would have to wait another 45 minutes. There was zero communication among the staff and zero communication with other customers who were also standing around wondering what was going on. I can up with a fair amount of incompetence, but getting ignored and lied to was the first, last and only straw. Will not recommend and will be sure to share my experience with the 1000+ friends/family/followers on social media. read more
