The shop itself is very clean and bright with relaxing house music playing. If you're nervous about going to a typical tattoo parlor, definitely consider coming here! Jinx was lovely the whole way through and really took the time to make sure I felt comfortable and knew what was going on every step of the way. I never once felt uncomfortable or unsure in the process, and that was really reassuring as a tattoo newbie. Oz took our initial concept and elevated it into a true work of art. Not only is he a brilliant artist, but he's also a total professional and a fantastic communicator. He has an incredibly light hand, which made the long session much more comfortable than I expected. He checked in on us constantly, kept us laughing all day, and was even flexible enough to squeeze in a tiny, last-minute dinosaur! The talent throughout the entire shop is clearly top-tier, and the high-end atmosphere makes the experience even better. This is by far the best tattoo I've ever received. They just told me they would walk me through the aftercare process. I have several tattoos from this artist and it was very unfair because of one person that I was denied to retouch. Her opinion will hurt her business & her coworkers. I worked in the Beauty business for nearly 30 years. This is not how any client should be treated.

Parking: They are located in the Marietta Square, right next to The Local. I parked in the square, which is free parking. There is also a paid lot and a parking garage nearby if you happen to stop by during a super busy time. Reservations: I can't speak to making reservations as I did a walk-in appointment. I went on a Friday, about 40 minutes after they opened. My friend and I were the only ones there (that we saw) and a few people came in to ask questions about piercings (which they also do!). Vibe: The staff was super nice and attentive. The artist asked what I wanted and I sent him pictures of what I had in mind. He went to go do the sketch and came back shortly when it was done. Our father passed away so this was our way of remembering him. We didn't have anything with his writing except for his drivers license. They actually recreated PERFECTLY! It didn't take long for the transfer to be created and tattooed. I was given easy to follow aftercare instructions and done. Next, I decided to get my nose pierced by Meredith the same day. I have low tolerance for pain but she talked me through the entire process and was extremely knowledgeable. She reassured me that she would be quick and she was. She was very thorough with aftercare instructions and educated me in what to know and look for during the healing process. I had to make a return trip because I snatched my nose ring out by accident and It closed in minutes. I was terrified of the pain. Again Meredith did an AMAZING job! She went in to use it today (*the Gc had a phone # on it, and she called and verified it had $100 on it). Long story short, the owner REFUSED to honor the GC, saying it was too old!
