Well if overpriced tourist spots are your thing then you found it here. I went just to check it out as I have never been here but am nearby multiple times a year. Live music was good but unless you're on the ground floor you can only hear it and watch on the jumbo screens. Service was kinda slow and it wasn't even that busy when we visited. Price point is horrible. $127 for three Tito's Bloody Marys and an order of loaded tots. That is insane even for Vegas in my opinion. When they talk about Vegas tourism being down this is exactly why. Definitely will not be back. read more

Do NOT book VIP for NyE!!!! Kevin Rega the contact for VIP reservations told us ALL tables for the night would be VIP only. So with that we booked a table for $500 plus fees and 20% tip total of $660 for the evening. We were prepared for the price and had no issue with it. Until we later realize that is a free for anyone to sit at tables and get service without paying the $$$, it was not regulated in any way. So it was packed and made it difficult to get service for those of us who actually paid for VIP as server was spread to thin. Do NOT expect what you are told!!! Well it's Vegas. So without having to say it, it's definitely overpriced here. But on top of that, The food was nothing to write home about. I ordered the ribs and they were rather dry. And it took me forever to get a server to come back to ask for barbecue sauce just to give it a little bit of flavor and moistness. So I was already probably 60 to 70% done with my meal at that point when I finally got the barbecue sauce. But she was very friendly though. So I'm going to give them a high review for a service just because she was nice and very friendly.. The coleslaw had a strange sour flavor to it Afterwards we went to the rooftop. It's a winter day but yet the heaters were not set up. I'm literally freezing up here while trying to enjoy the view and having a drink. But can we talk about the bathroom?! It's unisexed which I'm okay with. But the only problem is the toilet was literally right in front of the urinal. So if you're a woman that doesn't like to sit your entire butt on the toilet, pretty much got a urinal right in front of your face. Gross. And because of the fact that it's unisexed, if somebody forgets to lock their door, you're walking in on someone of the opposite sex using the restroom. Yep. Exactly what I did. Walked in on a dude peeing. So then of course it made me hypersensitive. That may be my lock wouldn't work and someone would be walking on me next. I did like the ambiance though. Blake Shelton you've done it again! This is a cool spot to check out when you're In Vegas. It gets lit at night. Four floors; packed with people; live music ; food and bars. The rooftop was pretty cool; had a dj spinning some tunes and bartenders shelling out the drinks. They even had a line dancing instructor , which was pretty awesome. I so wanted to like Ole Red for Blake is everything! However.... (sigh!) First, there need to be signs on the locked doors (yeah, the ones that says Enter Here) denoting the direction of the entrance. The two bouncers at the door leads one to believe that is that kind of party. It wasn't. I entered on level 1. The band was playing "Before He Cheats" and I had to do a double take because the voice sounded like Lainey Wilson! Very nice!! To get the full experience, I wanted to check out all levels. The elevator takes an extremely long time (I wasn't drinking yet). Patience is a virtual that I hope to one day master, but this wasn't the day. I got to the 2nd level. I thought, "okay, I can dig it! ....but what are my other options". Not level 3, because it's designated for VIP (they forgot that I was coming ) and completely empty. I made it to level 4, the rooftop. There was DJ spinning great tunes and two girls on the dance floor given it all that they had. Out of the 4 levels, I opted for#2. I perched at a table. Staff were there in no time to take my drink order. No food tho. The kitchen closed at 9p.(boo!) (Blake, it's Vegas. Leave the kitchen open until midnight babe.) Way over priced! Bottled beer is $15 and draft is even more. Ordered a burger and it was smaller than the bun and came with tots. The salad was big but the dressing tasted diluted down, watery. I have the half chicken which was large and mashed potatoes and okra, which actually was good. It wasn't very busy but the wait staff seemed over worked. The venue was nice with the open concept and live music but hard to hold a conversation because it was loud. I wouldn't come back because of the expense. read more

The atmosphere is ok, nothing great, but fun enough. Now the bad. The service has been some of the worst I have ever received. From being completely ignored to straight lied to by the staff, I cannot justify ever going back. The food is on par with Applebees at best and the mixed drinks were basically straight sugar. Was in Vegas for a conference and stopped by Ole Red for a drink and some live music. The band was awesome and the venue itself is impressive with multiple stories and a lively rooftop vibe. They check ID at the entrance (no cover), but be warned: no outside liquids are allowed -- they made me toss a sealed water bottle I had just bought. Getting up there was a hassle -- long wait for the elevator, so we eventually took the stairs three floors up. Once we got to the bar, we ordered a Tito's soda, a tequila soda, and a High Noon... and the total came out to $98. Yep, $98 for three drinks. $14 for a canned seltzer and $40 for a vodka soda that wasn't even that great. Outrageous pricing, especially when the drinks are just average. The rooftop views are great, and the music was the highlight, but I wouldn't return. If you're looking for the same kind of rooftop vibe with better food, more reasonable drinks, and a laid-back atmosphere, just head next door to Beer House -- much better value. read more

Decided to try something new today on the strip and Ole Red caught our eye after seeing it was featured on TikTok and Yelp repeatedly. We arrived and right away got seated near the stage. They have live country music, playing the classics. They're great singers, Country is not normally my music choice but I indeed had fun here. For food, we ordered the Bluetick Burger and the Hell Right Bar-Be-Que Burger, they were delicious to say the least! We got fries and the tater tots but we weren't fans of the tater tots, they're round balls but don't taste cooked all the way. They were just fine for another person in our party so it is probably just a choice of taste. They have FOUR floors which is pretty amazing. Visited Ole Red for the first time with our friends and it was..an experience to say the least. We had reservations for brunch on the rooftop area. We got sat right away and had great views of the strip. We ordered our food and sipped on our drinks as we listened to live music. All was great - we got our food, took a few bites and all of a sudden came the rain! We stood there for a few minutes with our plates until our server came and got us another table inside right away. Our server was great! She discounted our meal for the trouble and gave us some souvenir shot glasses and cups. The food was alright for breakfast. I don't think the breakfast burrito was worth $26. The food looked amazing when it was coming out, and the music was amazing! I was there when Paige and the Overtones were singing, and it was fantastic music. It gets one star because the bartender came over twice to check on and serve people that came after us and sat next to us but never asked us if we wanted anything and never acknowledged us at all. We were here for a private party and had such a good time. Our bartender and server were fantastic and the food was great- we were treated to passed appetizers such as caprese skewers and potato skins, then we had a buffet of chicken and waffle on a stick, tacos, bao, and a delicious tiramisu dessert. Our balcony seating let us enjoy the Bellagio fountain view, and the live music sounded great. We ended the evening dancing to a DJ at the rooftop bar. I really love me some Blake Shelton and I was really excited to try this place out for the longest since living in Vegas. But every server we encountered were not friendly at all and I've been to plenty establishments. My friend asked for a cup for her beer. She never got it and had to go to the bar to ask for one. You can really smell gas on the corn on the cob. The music was great but unfortunately my old fashioned was horrible for a small $34 drink. We came for lunch mid-week abd it wasn't overly crowded. Their is live music so it's pretty loud - not an ideal spot for conversation over your meal. Our server was amazing! Sweet, friendly and efficient! She moved our review from 3 to 4 stars! My salad was just average. Not overly large. Fried chicken was more "tempura like" than crispy fried chicken I prefer. The onions and cucumbers tasted pickled (??) I prefer fresh. Ranch dressing was watery, but honey mustard was not. The place is large (4 stories w/ roof) and super easy to find. I was craving a salad and I got it. The salad itself was 2 stars most places do better - but our server, the ambience and a well managed restaurant pulled them all the way from 2 (food) to 4 overall. Ole Reds was amazing we had to go twice the first time we went to ole reds we got the brunch which we couldn't stop raving about I got the chicken biscuit sandwiches w fresh berry's, the biscuits were delicious the chicken I got was not with the hot honey so it was plain but had enough flavor. The rest of the food I had small bites from and and the lunch was good but didn't make to much of a impression but the chicken sliders I would say get those. The service was great the staff is super friendly and very helpful. The ambiance for brunch is great sitting on the roof is great as long as you're in the shade the Vegas sun can be brutal lol. Ole Red is a multistory bar with live country music and a rooftop bar off the strip in Las Vegas, between the Flamingo and Paris. Upon entering, our group headed straight for the elevators to go to the rooftop. It was Tuesday night transitioning to Wednesday morning and it was surprisingly busy. Good vibes all around without being too overly busy. We ordered a round of Makers shots, and then each got different beers and drinks to hang out. I had a Twisted Tea. We headed to seat ourselves at one of the tables along the edge and we were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful view of the strip, right across from the Bellagio fountain. This is a great spot to go to if you're looking for a spot with good views. Chill spot to hang out in between our wandering and gambling. Good times!! read more

Just like his concert, the good music is way too loud - at 98 average decibels on the (quieter) second floor the wait staff should be wearing hearing protection per OSHA. I plugged my ears with a napkin. Had the hamburger which was mediocre at best, as were the fries. Spouse had the Chicken mini sandwiches were ok until it gave her the runs the next day. All that and a glass of sangria, for $100? Ole Red must be eating filet mignon every night in his dog bowl. Could have got a better meal at Applebees for half the price. Never heard of this place. Just happened to walk by with my daughters and thought we would try it. There was a live band going all out. They were amazing. Got the house special burger that came with pulled pork on it as well. Very tasty. The fries were very good. Seasoned well. The tots were really good too. The Caesar salad was huge.
