Oli oli did an outstanding job catering our wedding in November. Naomi was quick to answer any questions/concerns we had leading up to the event and day of went so smoothly! I'm so stoked we chose to serve pizza instead of a formal plated dinner- it flowed well, was way less time consuming, people could eat as much or as little as they wanted (seconds and thirds were encouraged) and was delicious hot out of the pizza oven or cold several hours later as a dance floor pick me up. We used Oli Oli Pizza for our wedding rehearsal dinner and OH MY, WAS IT PERFECT! With how much money we invested for the wedding itself, I was looking for a relaxed, yet professional and affordable catering service to host, rather than the alternative of eating out at a nice restaurant. Which would've potentially cost us thousands of dollars for 26 people. This ended up working out wonderfully. We rented a few villas in Kihei (Villas By The Cove) for our immediate family and Oli Oli's wood fire oven pizza truck was permitted to park in one of our private drive ways. We closed the gate and had the most intimate ambiance. Naomi is a doll and her communication is excellent. Naomi prepared a few cute rehearsal signs for us as well as gifting us a heart shaped pizza and apron that said, "Just Maui'd 2023." Our guests couldn't stop talking about how great the pizza tasted. From beginning to end, Oli continuously replenished us with all you can eat pizza's. This was one of our many highlights of the weekend! read more

I had wanted to have a wood fire pizza oven for the rehearsal dinner before my wedding in Maui. I searched high and low in the fall of 2020 and much to my disappointment pizza oven trailers didn't exist on Maui. Come to find out - around December Naomi and her husband built this trailer! They've been making wood fire pizzas out of their home for some time now and had perfected the recipe. I called them up and they were so nice and helpful! They gave me all the info I needed and helped me figure out everything for the event. We ended up having the fresh baked pizzas and added on salads at our rehearsal dinner. It was all incredible - so much better than I could have imagined! Our guests were raving that these were the best pizzas they'd ever had. Oli Oli pizza brought such a fun atmosphere, incredibly delicious food and excellent customer service, they communicated with me every step of the way leading up to the wedding! You can tell they really love what they do which is part of every aspect of their business. Ps they also make special gluten free/vegan pizzas if needed (which are equally as delicious!) The short version is wow.!!! The long version is I discovered an amazing pizza company during covid. They were making napoleon style pizza in Paia and I fell in love. Seriously I accidentally ate an entire pizza in the car on the way to drop it off to my husband. What he doesn't know won't hurt him.... Fast forward a few months and we were coming every week for pizza. It reminded us of Italy and our engagement. Turns out the owners actually learned to make pizzas in Italy! They were the sweetest couple I had ever met! I loved our moments during covid picking up delicious pizza and saying hi to one of the sweetest couples. Fast forward another year. My husband and I were planning our wedding.. pizza was our number one priority. Obviously. So we hired them for our wedding! We had guests from the East Coast telling us it was the best pizza they had ever had. I could go on and on about the way they impacted our wedding in the most positive way possible... but I'll shorten and say they are special and their pizza is delicious. read more

Naomi, Oli and rest of the OliOli Team catered our wedding in Lahaina in March. We wanted to provide food to our guests that was delicious and novel- something different and memorable- and OliOli Pizza was perfect! They have an amazing set-up and the pizza oven itself is a piece of art! All of the flavors of pizza were delicious- although the truffle mushroom was definitely our favorite! The pizza itself tastes exactly like something you would have in Naples- true Italian pizza! The best part though is the team of amazing people who sincerely care and wanted our wedding to be as special as possible. They had so many little touches- a wedding sign with our names on it, a special apron for us to keep (Just Maui'd - est. 2023) and a heart shaped mushroom pizza for us to enjoy as leftovers. OliOli Pizza was the perfect choice for our wedding day and we would highly recommend them for catering any kind of event!!
