What a way for Fox Restaurant Concepts to destroy an otherwise great brand. At 7:00 am in terminal 4, this shop is understaffed, with poorly trained people. There is a line out into the airport terminal and another line with nowhere to stand near the register, of people who have paid for food that isn't ready. Barely an apology after food that was ordered and paid for is out of stock. Hire a manager!

We stopped by its store in Sky Harbor terminal for a brunch. They no longer serve the Mediterranean salad, so we got the Gorgonzola pine nuts chicken salad with Gorgonzola vinegrette dressing. ($14.99) It was full of flavor (Gorgonzola and pine nuts) and I would get it again. I got the 20oz cappuccino and it was a good one. Service was fast and friendly Ambience was good. There is a small seating area in front of the rod the store but at 10:30am on a Saturday it was full.

Super quick layover and needed something fast. Ordered the brioche breakfast sandwich would come with egg cheese, bacon and avocado. Also ordered a large chai latte. I have to say it's the best breakfast I've ever had in an airport. Chai was yummy as well. People are super friendly and more importantly very very fast.

Great dining when visiting Sky Harbor for a quick breakfast! Loved the ability to get a great cappuccino and a bite to eat before my flight. The staff was friendly and the coffee shop vibes were cozy before wheels up on my trip to my happy place - Disneyland! I'll definitely return if in this side of the terminal again.

Stopped by Olive & Ivy for a quick dinner on my way back home from MX. I enjoyed the hot turkey panini although I would have liked the turkey more distributed and a greater portion of lettuce and tomato. The bread was very fresh and toasted perfectly, still soft yet crunchy! I also ordered the pine nut salad which was good although I would have much preferred the chicken be heated before put on the salad and delivered to my table. I found it to be rather dry and cold which detracted from my joy :-) their staff were helpful, though not quite as warm and friendly a professional.

Yes, I travel with my own cup to avoid waste!

Plus - I was able to use my tumbler that I brought. The two people I interacted with were super grumpy. So, I of course showered them with kindness and a tip!

Quick service, friendly cashier. Ordered an Italian panini, got it pressed and it was delicious! Place is also has a cute aesthetic. Expected prices for airport dining. My sandwich was $13.95 but a good size portion

Marc Anthony was a beautiful server! We shared a bottle of German resiling, one watermelon Spritz, complimentary foccacia with pesto, artichoke hearts, vegan sweet potatoe entree and salmon entree. The finale was a chocolate carmel cheesecake with two espresso. Marc Anthony moved us to a small lounge table at the conclusion of his serving shift. This was very accomodating because we still had wine and espresso to finish. There is also a "happy hour" 20 percent off some menu items. To note the entrees available during lunch expire at 3pm so ensure to order prior to 3pm.

Traveling from Chicago to Scottsdale and our hotel wasn't available just yet and they were extremely nice to keep our luggage while we ate. Brunch menu has plenty of great options to share, vegetarian, and gluten free. The portions are pretty good, the service was great and the restaurant was very busy for a Thursday afternoon. They started us out with bread and this pesto/oil which was surprisingly really good and I'm not big on pesto. I got the Mediterranean salad and added chicken to it. It was light but fulfilling! I would recommend this restaurant, great ambiance, good food and our server was super sweet (Ash).

Overpriced powdered eggs, not even made fresh. The bacon had sat so long it was stuck together. So I got about 5-6 pieces when I'm sure it should've been 3...I get it, it's the airport but for $15 it should be made to order. Other than asking what I wanted, I didn't really deal with anyone. The cashier was nice, she cracked a joke. It's chill, a bit compact but I posted up near the exit to people watch. Good place for that!

    Sea bass--wonderful!

I got their breakfast sandwich in a bagel and it was delicious! Paired perfectly with an iced white mocha.

Our server was very kind and helpful with directing us to our food and drinks. The goddess of dips was an amazing starter! We were able to try all the different dips with different breads! They were all so delicious but the whipped ricotta was my favorite! They do charge for refilling the bread just a heads up! We also got the fries and they were okay, definitely would pass on them next time but I enjoyed trying them. We also go the skirt steak which was delicious and the steak kabob! Everything tasted delicious! Especially the potatoes that came with it!! Definitely will come back!

I was visiting Scottsdale for work and had several people recommend it to me. The restaurant itself is beautiful, and my server was fantastic. He was friendly, attentive, checked on me regularly, and even made me an amazing drink that I really enjoyed. That said, I have to agree with many of the other reviews--the food was pretty average, especially considering the price point. The portions were also surprisingly small. While the overall experience was enjoyable because of the atmosphere and service, I left feeling hungry and wishing the food had lived up to the setting. If you're looking for stunning views and a great atmosphere, it's worth a visit. Just be prepared for higher prices and smaller portions than you might expect.

It is a restaurant with a mini market which makes it feel so authentic. However, upon my first visit I didn't really look around the market but I did purchase a zero calorie Salaam cola which tasted exactly like Coca Cola. I ordered chicken shawarma plate and for appetizers I got the falafels. I started with the falafels and they were surprisingly not dry at all. I was not sure what kind of sauce it was served with but it paired well with it. The plate portion size is no joke...Everything on the plate had a huge portion size: the salad, hummus, rice, and meat...all of them...Every bite with the yogurt sauce was flavorful. And then I tried a bite with hummus, rice, chicken and the sauce...wombo combo flavors. Unfortunately, I couldn't finish all of it so I had to take a to go box home. On my next visit I ordered the beef shawarma plate and I was not disappointed at all. After finishing with an empty plate, I walked around the mini market. I noticed there was allot of Middle Eastern food, candies, and drinks. I really enjoyed my Salaam cola on my first visit but they did not have the zero calorie version in stock...I did research on the brand and I found that they created the cola to provide aid to countries like (free)Palestine and Yemen which I deeply support. Besides the food, I also saw keffiyehs on display which I liked as well. Overall, I rate this place a strong 10/10. I will come back to try other entrees and desserts like their baklava cheesecake.
