They clearly don't cut corners when it comes to quality. From their corned beef to their smoked pork to their homemade salsa, mashed potatoes and gravy, every item tasted fresh and made with premium ingredients. You can tell they take pride in making their food from scratch rather than using cheap or pre-made ingredients, and it really shows in the taste. The service was great as well.
