Came here for lunch one day while staying at the Arizona Biltmore and really enjoyed it! Our server was so nice. When she thought our food was going to be delayed, she brought out some waffles for us to munch on and they were good. What was outstanding was the crispy chicken chopped salad! We ordered one and split it, so they put it into two bowls for us and it was plenty. It was so good and the dressing had a little spice to it, which I loved. We also had some short rib on bean paste patty (I don't know how else to describe it) and the short rib meat was pretty good but I thought the bean patty had a strange texture. It wasn't bad but I felt weird eating it. With the friendly service and the great salad at a reasonable price (for a nice resort), I definitely recommend this place.

McArthur's is located in the Biltmore hotel and we were there for a 5-day stay. There's one other restaurant on the property and since we did not leave at all during our stay, we ate at McArthur's 3 nights and left full and happy each time. Our first night was Wednesday which is when they had their fried chicken special. Be ready for a TON of food! We would have been just fine ordering one and sharing. Each order comes with two legs, a thigh, a breast and a wing. Almost a whole chicken. Thank goodness we had a refrigerator in our room...I absolutely hate to waste food and we had leftovers! You also get mashed potatoes with gravy, collard greens and rolls. I have never heard of blueberry hot sauce but it was quite good. Our waiter was nice and helped with a beer recommendation. I'm not much of a beer drinker but heck, I was on vacation. Their menu is a bit limited and there are a lot of choices, but everything we tried each night was good. Some places have too many options which can be overwhelming. Somewhere in the middle is good. This is a pretty nice place. When you first walk in there's a full bar, a pool table and another table top game and they had the World Cup playing on the TV. Good vibes. After our third visit we felt like regulars lol.

Stayed at the Arizona Biltmore and McArthur's was our go for many of our breakfast/lunch/ and dinner options! It's within the hotel and has AMPLE seating! The outside seating area is beautiful in its decor design, and makes you feel like you're in Tulum (may seem like a stretch, but if you've been I'm sure you know what I mean). Customer service and food is great here - literally no complaints and always left full and satisfied! Their menu seems to change daily so you're able to try something new every day! Definitely a great option for dining.

Had a great experience eating at McArthur's while staying at the Arizona Biltmore. This is one of the restaurants on the property. Our server was Yari and she was attentive and polite. We are breakfast and ordered the following: -Avocado Toast -Breakfast Burrito -Glow (Rise & Shine, non-alcoholic menu) The breakfast burrito was delicious as hell. Originally comes with pork sausage but I swapped that for chicken sausage (if you've known me to not eat meat and you see this, mind your business haha), and declined the bacon. Be weary that the breakfast potatoes can look like bacon, so I thought they forgot to take it off. Turns out I was wrong. The avocado toast had too many textures for me and so that made it overwhelming to eat. It's a no for me. Chill ambiance here, nothing that stands out in my opinion. Great service, I'd recommend checking them out for breakfast if you're hungry.

Wow! Excellent service from Jeff at the bar! The tacos were delicious. It was quick and easy to step in and grab a quick bite to eat at the hotel. No reservations were needed!

Came here for brunch twice during our stay at the biltmore. I would say options are limited but it is delicious. For the Chicken Chipotle club and the pumpkin French toast. The French toast was just ok, i think i am more of a classic person. The club, though, omg it was delicious. It's on a focaccia bread, great juicy chicken. Highly recommend getting that. The service can get a little slow during peak hours, so just make sure you ask for everything at once. The place is big, so never need to wait for a table.

I love McArthurs inside the Arizona Biltmore - we go here at least a handful of times every August when we vacation here. I can't say enough good things about their staff or their avocado toast! It's literally my favorite thing on the menu - I always sub the poached eggs for scrambled and it's just great. The pickled onion and roasted corn brings the whole dish together and all the flavors come together in such a delightful way. The ambiance in the place is always so nice, whether you're sitting with a large party or a small party, sunrise or dinner time . The large, nearly floor to ceiling windows allow a beautiful view of the grounds and at night the stars are visible.

Pretty good option inside the Arizona Biltmore. We only had one breakfast here, so there's that. But, it was solid. I grabbed me the standard breakfast - eggs, I chose sausage, toast and spuds. Very good. Wifey and #1 daughter both got the healthy omelet (very good). Fruit side was fresh. Oh yeah, I slapped a mimosa (very good). Had a piece of dried fruit on top. Swanky. Service was solid and pricing was fair. Oh, and their coffee is good. This joint is also a bar complete with pool table and other pub type games. Looks like it would be a good time as a nightcap. Probably the best place we tried inside the Biltmore.

McArthur's Located in Arizona Biltmore hotel and featuring a sit down restaurant and bar equipped with foosball and billiards, McArthur's was neither spectacular nor dull, but the service was lovely and it was easier than ordering delivery. We used our $50 myway credit for this meal and ordered the tuna tartare ($28) and AZ Signature Craft Burger ($32). The tuna tartare was a sad attempt at something good and was more black bean than tuna but at least they had avocado. Honestly I would skip this if I were you. The signature craft burger, on the other hand, was utterly delightful. It was so thick and juicy and every ingredient contributed to the overall flavor. I'm not a burger fan, but I'd clock this as one of the top three burgers I've ever had. This is also coming from someone who prefers more vegetables in their burger. Be prepared: it's a heavy meal! I did appreciate that they were open until 11 PM but otherwise, I probably would have reserved my dining experience for breakfast with them given that their menu was definitely more impressive during that mealtime than dinner. We wrapped up our staycation at the Arizona Biltmore with breakfast at McArthur's on our last day. McArthur's is the only restaurant on property that offers table service breakfast. I believe the room service menu is also McArthur's. We arrived around 9 am and were greeted and seated right away. The restaurant is big with plenty of seating indoor and out. Our server greeted us promptly. She was very friendly and attentive. I mentioned we were celebrating my husband's birthday and she brought out a complimentary birthday treat; a warm pancake topped with fruit and a candle. It was a sweet gesture. We ordered the following: Fresh squeezed juices (they offer them, but not listed on the menu) Oat milk latte with honey Biltmore Benedict $27 + lump crab $8 Smoked Salmon $28 The juices were fresh and delicious. The green one (pictured) had cucumber and apple and the orange one (also pictured) had ginger, orange, and tajin. My latte was nice and creamy. My husband loved the Biltmore Benedict with crab, served with kumquat jalapeño jam on a crispy croissant -- a unique take on the classic. I opted for the Smoked Salmon, which was served on three small bagels. I was torn between that and another entree and our server helped me decide. It was very tasty and full of protein. We had a great experience. However, it was quite expensive, especially for breakfast.

Unfortunately, this visit was a huge disappointment. We arrived about an hour before closing and sat down as we normally do. While I was walking to the restroom, which is located past the kitchen area, I heard a server/bartender we've seen several times before ask the cook, in an obviously annoyed tone, if two people had just arrived. When he said yes, she responded, "Who the fuck!?" The cook then looked directly at me. At that point, I honestly felt extremely uncomfortable and wanted to leave. We decided to stay since my boyfriend had already ordered a beer, but the experience immediately felt different. We felt like our presence was an inconvenience simply because we came in an hour before closing. Unfortunately, the food didn't make up for it. We ordered the beef skewers and a burger. The skewers were okay, but they were not nearly as good as we remembered them being. The burger, however, arrived completely cold. What makes this especially disappointing is that we used to really enjoy coming here. We understand that being close to closing time can be frustrating for a restaurant, but customers should still feel welcomed, especially when they are coming in well before closing and have supported the restaurant in the past. We really hope this was just a bad night, because we genuinely used to love coming here. But after this experience, we unfortunately left feeling very disappointed.

I usually loathe what some people call American food because the vegetables are overcooked and the food is under seasoned, but this place was perfect! We started off having the Frito pie, and the chili was just spicy enough with Fritos, cheese, and onions, and it was just a great, great dish. I remember this dish from my old neighborhood. I had a cocktail that was made with whiskey, lemon, and some other things that was incredibly refreshing. Then I had a chicken-fried pork chop, and this was so good, so flavorful! The gravy was wonderful! I added a little pepper to it and a little bit of the juice from those peppers in the bottle, and it made it perfect. This came with fried potatoes, which were wonderful, and green beans, which were stupendous. The green beans were not cooked in the usual lousy American style but were shiny, taut, crunchy, with just enough give. The almonds added to the deliciousness. Some of the best green beans I've ever had in my life. The pecan pie tasted homemade, and I wolfed it down. The restaurant itself had a kitschy old West theme with tons and tons of signs and pictures up on the walls. It looks like the kind of place that you'd probably drink beer, but the fact that they had great cocktails and great everything else really made it shine. Our server was friendly and very attentive. Service was good overall, although the experience started off a little strangely. We had made a reservation and mentioned that it was our anniversary, that we were trying a new restaurant, and that we were hoping to make the evening special. Unfortunately, none of that was acknowledged. When we arrived, we were directed to the front, where the hostess seemed confused about our reservation before eventually taking us to our table. I wasn't expecting anything extravagant, but even a simple "Happy Anniversary" would have made a difference. The ambience was definitely one of the highlights--moody, intimate, and a nice setting for a date night. I was actually happy that we were seated along the back wall rather than in the main dining area. Overall, I'd give the experience about a 2.7/5. The food was decent and the atmosphere was nice, but for the price ($85 per person), I expected a little more from both the food and the overall experience. Especially for an anniversary dinner, it was disappointing to make a point of mentioning the occasion and have it go completely unacknowledged.

Everyone agreed it was like walking into a restaurant from our youth! One of our group had made a reservation and when we arrived they were sort of ready and took us to the back dining area and then moved tables to accommodate us. Smooth transition and drink orders were taken as soon as we settled. They had prime rib so I opted for the Mom's cut along with their best homemade mashed potatoes and I also chose the mixed vegetables, which appeared to be your common variety of frozen mixed broccoli, carrots and cauliflower. I had forgotten to ask for the gravy on the side but it turned out to be delicious and just made those potatoes that much better! The prime rib was so good, tender, juicy and done to perfection. They serve it with raw horseradish and I asked for some sour cream to tone it down a bit. We both had the salad bar, which I found again to be fresh and stocked well with lots of goodies including beets, peas, and some mayo-based salads. I love their ranch dressing and I actually mixed that with a bit of the Italian just because! Wife had the Pot Roast with mashed potatoes, gravy and roasted carrots. The meat was flavorful and tender and she loved it. Both dishes were huge and we brought some home for leftovers. The pie! Ok, so we learned our first time around that their pies are spectacular and although the wait for them (which was about 15 or more minutes) was long, they didn't disappoint and everyone raved. We got the chocolate cream, there was coconut, banana (next time I'm ordering this!), and berry pies. Their crust is so good, flaky and just tender as heck. Overall, another great meal at Mother's and everyone was happy!
