Ok. This is not a 5, 4, 3, or 2-star burger place. Dry meat, stale bun, and nearly flavorless. The onion rings were greasy, but the fries were actually pretty good. We felt like we were eating prison food because it had that vibe, you know. This is not a place that has earned its Yelp ranking. It comes down to quality ingredients and Olive Burger is as frozen patty fast food cardboard flavor as it gets. The food here is really good. They use high quality meat and ingredients. I also like that they will cook the burger to whatever temperature you prefer even if you like it rare. The fries are great with just the right amount of seasoning. The shakes are really good as well and seem to be less expensive than some other places. read more

I've tried all their locations, I'm so happy they opened a location near my home and my work since i used to drive across town for to have these burgers. The restaurant is very clean, the staff is very nice and the food is great, what more could you ask for?! I ordered delivery. I wasn't really pleased. My tater tots were cold and my chicken nuggets were still slightly warm but not crispy at all. The burger was hot and delicious until I realized it was not well done how I requested, but still pink. Normally I wouldn't care, but I'm pregnant so sadly I had to throw the rest of it away. I saved a photo of the pink meat, but I won't upload it. I I was excited to eat from here because I've had it before and it is delicious. Just be very careful with delivery. read more

We have never been to this establishment so we decided to go there for lunch while at work and in our flight uniforms (Paramedic and Nurse). Shawn was extremely nice to us and thanked us for our service as frontline healthcare workers AND gave us our meal for free! Decided to give this place a try today and this was honestly one of the best burgers I've had in a while. The food was beyond fresh, the shakes are the best shakes around. The burger tastes like I had jut made it fresh on the grill at home, the French fries are my new favorite, and the strawberry shake is to die for. Very fairly priced. Definitely not the same caliber or anywhere near that of the original location or the Plano location even. Unfortunately, the customer service here was absolutely horrible. We got there shortly after 8:00, and we placed our orders around 8:10 or 8:15. We then sat down, and a few minutes later a family walked in and sat down as well. They had called and ordered ahead of time, so after a few minutes they got up and got their food. After a few more minutes, two more families walked in and placed their orders. After waiting a while, their food was ready. By now it was around 8:50 or 9:00. After a few minutes, we walked up to the counter to see what was taking so long, because some families that had came in and ordered after us had already started eating, whereas we had not even recieved our food. Apparently, our food was ready at the same time as the food of the family that walked in a few minutes after us (the family that ordered ahead on the phone), and our food had just been sitting around somewhere in the kitchen for well over half an hour. It had been sitting around somewhere for well over half an hour and the staff did not even inform us or buzz our pager when the food had finished being made. The man who had prepared our food lied blatently when confronted for putting our food aside for over half an hour and not telling us when it was done. He tried to convince us that it had only been sitting around for 3 or 4 minutes, but other employees told us that it had been ready since around the time the other family (the one that came in after us) got their food. They had left it to sit for all that time and they never even offered to remake it for us, despite us having paid around $60! That's right, we paid around sixty dollars and they did not even have the courtesy to tell us when our food was done. They just let it sit around in the kitchen for well over half an hour and we were left waiting. BY the time we finally got our food, it was around 9:15 or 9:20. I am not the kind of person who makes a big deal over little things, but this was just downright unreasonable. If it was possible to give a restaurant zero stars, I absolutely would have done that. read more
