Extra charge for extra pickles, lettuce, onions, etc...I get that it's a cost to them but when your base offering is minimal, don't charge to get up to standard, or don't charge at all even if you were at standard. Fries and tots are good. Twice fried. possibly lightly battered but a small amount for the price of $2.49, $2.69...something like that. So another value disappointment. Bathroom. Ants crawling around the sink. What's happening around a bathroom sink that ants find it appetizing? Floor was gnarly, sink had been re-siliconed at least twice. Only a hand dryer so take some napkins with you to open the door after you wash. Three stars because the food was edible and we didn't get sick. That's right, the three star bar was that low. I have been to the Richardson location many times and have always enjoyed the food and the people. I stopped at this location because I had never seen a standalone location for Olive Burger. The line wasn't very long, but it took forever. I even decided to hit the bathroom while waiting and the same people were still in line. I tried being nice to the cashier, but she didn't have a word to say besides what was required to complete the transaction...whatever. The multiple tea selections only had sweet tea and when I told the cashier it was not working I couldn't even tell if she heard me? So I decided to order his last night after seeing some other fellow yelpers reviews! I went with the jalapeño burger and added bacon. My fiancé got the avocado burger and added egg. First up, my jalapeño burger was deliciousssss! A little messy but tasty. The bacon was beef bacon I believe it said. It was thick and cooked to crispy perfection. I wanted to add avocado but decided not to. Next time I will and there will be a next time soon lol. The onion rings were also super delicious. Didn't give a lot of them but they were perfectly crispy and still hot when I got them! My fiancé liked their burger as well but wanted to add bacon originally but then said they were glad they didn't because theirs was slightly salty. This place is DA BOMB. their chicken sandwich with melted cheese and mushrooms that had been marinated and then rubbed in spices and grilled is perfect in every way and there is no comparison to it in DFW. their spiced fries are also delicious. My husband is arab and loves their cheeseburger with the green olives. He will literally go out of his way to get that burger. And the size is good too. They make their beef fresh at the restaurant daily and the quality is always good. The meat is halal. The place.... I would rather be able to have a conversation with whom I am with than to listen to music. Cleanliness: B+ to A- The place was clean, seemed to be well kept. You do have to clean up your own trash.
